Was in town last week due to a death in the family, and took the opportunity to check out this newer gym in the area. Whether you're looking for a personal trainer, or (like me) looking for a crossfit box - this is a great place. The owner/coach, Colt, was very welcoming and very professional. I look forward to seeing his gym, and dream, grow over time. I will most certainly be dropping in to this gym again when I'm in the area.
