The customer service at this gym is amazing. Last summer, they accommodated their schedule for my son to come in when we were visiting from out of town and had limited time. Then, today, when we were desperate for Ollo ninja sneakers that are sold out online and impossible to get, they had them in stock as they are a retailer for the brand. I got a video of exactly what I was purchasing and the management shipped them within a half hour of me buying them online from them. The response time for communication was almost instant as we messaged about them from different states. Lastly, their competitions are high quality and my son enjoys the obstacles at this gym- we can't wait to head to Rock Solid this year for an upcoming competition! Thank you, Rock Solid, for saving the day with the Ollo sneakers!!!

This place is great! They offer scheduled classes, free play, birthday parties, and will also train you to be a ninja warrior! Their coaches are kind and very qualified to teach you how to gain strength, mobility, and skills. Their gym has a ton of different obstacles and mats, and they're currently expanding on their Fuquay location. Come check it out!

Went for open gym today with another family. Total of four adults and seven kids. Staff was fantastic. One of, if not the best Ninja Gyms in the country. My family has visited enough to know that Rock Solid is our favorite. Our 13 year old loves visiting NC specifically to come to Rock Solid and has connected with so many of the great employees who work at their locations. This is our second week of coming here and my son loves it so much. But this review is mainly for Jenn. My son was sick one day while being there and Jenn took such good care of him until I was able to come get him. She provided him with a mat to lay on and even put her own blanket over him. It’s always scary sending your child some place where you won’t see them for hours, but this type of kindness from basically a stranger really made me feel safe sending him here. She also credited our account for the missed day, most places wouldn’t do that and that was also incredibly kind of her! Thank you Jenn :)

Our kids have been attending classes and open gyms at Rock Solid Warrior Fuquay for the past several months and they have been having a great time. The obstacles are always changing from week to week and the staff/coaches are always friendly and encouraging. After a few months the kids were already getting more confident and stronger.

An added bonus is that the atmosphere is always family friendly and appropriate for all ages. You won't have to worry about foul language or inappropriate music. I would highly recommend checking them out for a family open gym if you have multiple kids. The owners have made it a point to offer a good value for larger families.

My daughter has been at Rock Solid Warrior in Fuquay Varina for the last five weeks and she loves it! The coaches are so helpful and she’s moving through her skills quickly. They always have free time at the end of class and she works difficult skills on her own. The coaches are always encouraging her and teaching her how to conquer them instead of staring at their phones or ignoring them. The other thing we love is that Miss Rebecca plus many different coaches always know her name. She’s not just another face but she’s actually feels seen and supported by the staff. My 8 and 6 year old daughters love the day camp during track out. The Nerf gun fight night in September 2023 was amazing! My friend and I dropped our sons off with their safety glasses, guns and their own ammo even though rocksolid did say they have some ammo to provide if the kids didn’t have any. They had an awesome night, and so did we! I’ve taken my son to rock solid warrior for daycamp during the summer, daycamp when there’s no school, and for aftercare, as well as his birthday party. My youngest son is a monkey. Living in the area we have heard a lot about this gym and also have employees that have worked here and also customers at our coffee shop that go here. Everyone speaks so highly of it, and I found out why today! Lots of really cool things to work on strength, balance, coordination etc. Clean, safe affordable and well maintained. Hope met me at the desk and explained everything and showed my son around the area, she was super helpful and friendly and immediately put him at ease. The staff wear shirts that identify a Christian framework beneath their business and I saw all the best attributes of that framework during my visit… we will be back! My son is already begging to go back!

Five stars is not enough stars for a stand out sports organization such as this one. When they say they want to see your child thrive, they mean it. My son requires specific accommodations to learn the sport and the staff has been beyond supportive to help ensure my son feels included and succeeds at the ninja sport. My son absolutely loves this place and especially his coach Caleb who has been amazing at coaching and guiding my son. We are moving into month two of being a mini ninja. This is the longest we’ve ever lasted at a sport due to his accommodation needs and that is all credit to the staff, coaches, and his coach working with him to excel. Truly grateful this place exists and all staff that works there! Best sports organization in Fuquay Varina hands down!

We held by 8 year old daughter's birthday here in February 2023 and it was a GREAT experience. The staff engaged with the kids and really made each one feel special. We would highly recommend birthday parties at Rock Solid! We had about 20 kids and their families at our daughter’s 7th birthday party in January. Planning the party was easy and the business was very responsive throughout. The coaches handled everything from the minute we walked in and made sure everyone was having fun. As hosts it was really nice to just show up and have everything taken care of for us so we could watch the kids and entertain our guests. The kids had varying athletic ability but the coaches made sure everyone played together and had fun. The organized activities we chose for the party were well run and our daughter was excited to have a party that was different than most others. There’s also a great place upstairs for the parents to hang out and observe the party. We would definitely recommend having your party here and will definitely be back for parties and camps in the future.

My son LOVES going to RSW. We have been stuck a few times with school closings and thanks to the wonderful Jennifer from RSW, we were able to get my son in there for a few days or even full weeks. We love this place but we especially love Josh R! He has been there every time we've done open gym during the day and he is so great with my 3 daughters! He coaches and encourages my girls to try things they have never done before and when they accomplish it, I can see their confidence boost automatically. We've been to the one in Apex as well, but whenever I ask which one they want to go to, they always choose fuquay, hoping Josh will be there. Great place to watch your kids' confidence grow!

My daughter really enjoys Rock Solid Warrior for track out camp. The equipment and programming is great, as are the coaches who are playful and engaging with the kids. My daughter came home each day with lots of drawings that she did with Coach Riley during their quiet time. As a parent, I love the camp timing (so many end early), as well as the ability to sign up for single days. It’s a regular for us on track out camp rotation.

We decided to give Rock Solid Ninja Warrior Summer camp a try for the last few weeks of the summer.. I’m not sure who’s happier with the camp, the 7 year old attendee or the adults. The camp director Ms. Jennifer answered countless emails in the beginning just trying to work out a schedule that worked for us to maximize his time at camp and let me tell you, she has been so flexible and responsive to any and all changes we have requested. There was an issue with another child the first week and I was genuinely amazed at the incredibly quick resolution. I was reassured via email as well as at drop off that they took my concerns seriously. I think any parent has some hesitation when dropping their child off with people they have never met before, and leaving them for an entire day. Coach Rilee (or Coach Batman depending on who you ask!) Coach Jackson, Coach Josh, Coach Abbie and Jen are all AMAZING with the kids. They are wrangling a ton of kids and still after just a day or two they all knew my son by name and made him feel right “at home” he has never been nervous or shy walking into what I was worried would be an intimidating setting. The Coaches have made him feel comfortable and better yet, excited / determined to learn something new. Each day he comes home proud of what obstacles he was able to push through and complete that he wasn’t the day before. We will be signing up for classes thanks to these amazing coaches… and with certainty I can say we will sign up for camps again just as soon as schools out!!! Thank you for making it so easy to meet our schedule needs and wrap up our summer with a bang!

i'm an adult with disabilities and ended up with a private session with a coach. the facility was fantastic and not crowded and i felt welcomed from the moment i came in. The coach, Jeshuah, was very understanding of my limitations but positive and encouraging of my desire to push and expand my limits. He made it feel like my desire to pursue ninja was not only reasonable but achievable. He paced the session skillfully and i left feeling like i had pushed myself without over doing it. My boys, ages 5 and 7, attended a track-out camp here for a full week in Feb 2022 and this was our first experience at Rock Solid Ninja Warrior. We loved the idea of an integrated Christian experience. And, we’ve been pleased with other local track-out camps similar to this…but we were quite disappointed. There were two counselors there that were disengaged every time we picked up and dropped off (one even had ear buds in several times). Our pickup and drop offs are were at normal open and close times, but then a few random times given misc. doctor appts etc. The counselors were not engaged at all…and didn’t create a warm, fun experience as I had hoped. Seemed the kids were just on their own to self manage. Both of my kids had open blisters on their hands from all the warrior fun, and the counselors didn’t wrap their hands as I asked. I realize this is tough to do given hand washing, tape and bandaids come off etc…but our kids hands were literally bleeding and weeping…pretty gross. Our 1st grader (who is a rule follower and fairly social kid) was teased by several older kids repeatedly and when he told the counselors they didn’t assist. Overall just not a place I’d bring our kids back to for track out camp.

We had a great time with a group of young men in our Truth In Nature - Apex Chapter at Rock Solid Warrior! We reserved the place for 2 hours and were able to spend some good quality time with these young men and enjoy some new and exciting challenges at the same time. I don't usually say this but can I give them 6 stars? My kids started coming here for the camp and I was blown away by the new skills they learned. Then the 2020 covid school craziness started. They brought in a retired teacher and have integrated doing school work with their ninja fun during downtime. I get regular updates and my kids are very happy. I live in Raleigh and I'm sure there are closer Ninja Gyms but with this type of commitment from them and amazing customer service I'm not going anywhere. Thank you!

My son LOVES Rock Solid Warrior camp! His favorite things are the obstacle courses and the work walls. There are opportunities for kids to work in teams and also on individual skills. DAY CAMP/TRACK OUT CAMP is awesome! I love the flexibility they allow for doing full or half days. All of the staff I have interacted with have been so nice and helpful. I was in awe of how amazing this facility was. The pictures really do no justice as to capture the greatness of the place.
The staff were more than friendly and and helped me not only to show me the ropes of the gym, but to also assist when needed (especially when I was admittedly lstuck on the ninja wall),They were nice and kind and even got involved with you to teach you. overall this facility was by far the best I've been to in ages and I highly recommend it, even to make it a monthly go to. 5 Stars, no doubt

Our boys love Rock Solid Warrior! When track out time comes around, they beg for us to sign them up at Rock Solid! After a full day of camp, they come home exhausted and worn out from a full day of activity! Every day challenges them physically and spiritually! We’ve seen their confidence spike based on their achievements at different obstacle courses. Try it out! You won’t be disappointed!

I Love This Place its Perfect to train. i just wish it could be cheaper. BRING WATER! Its for kids and adults 1 to 5 has to be watched by adults theres a little gym for kids and a big one for advanced ive also gained taller FAST im as tall as my she she is tall

My 11 year old son has been training at RSW since it opened about 4 months ago! He LOVES it and we highly recommend this ninja gym for its challenging obstacles, amazing staff and family-friendly atmosphere. He loves his coaches (Caleb and Josh Auer along with Dougie Fresh and Brett Strong) and has received excellent instruction. They have done a great job in preparing him for competitions! They care about safety, learning and fun and they do it all very well!

Caleb and Hannah Auer are an awesome team and they’ve built a haven for those who love rock climbing/bouldering, ninja warrior training, and obstacle courses.

I stopped by the for early AM bouldering/workout class. Found out that they also do track out camps, birthday parties, open gym, and classes for both adults and kids.

Basically, they have it all. Well worth checking out - you’ll probably love every minute of it like I did.

This gym is AWESOME!! It has a lot of different obstacles, including an 18 ft warped wall. It has plenty of pads everywhere. The staff is very nice. The finished rock wall is very nice and they plan to change the runs on them regularly. Definitely worth it to train here!!

Since we started here 3 months ago, the staff has been super helpful and encourages the kids to try hard things. My 3 girls love it and my son (who just turned 4) is impatiently waiting to be able to be a ninja too. ♥️

Very fun, but would not see myself going again as it’s not much of a training facility in the rock climbing department.

It needs a small campus board, a few finger boards, and a handful of weights and it’ll be set. Climbs were pretty solid, more would be cool.
