Our kindergartener attended a track out camp here, and I can’t say enough good things! She is still talking about it weeks later. The staff is phenomenal, and what they did for our daughter’s confidence, in such a short amount of time, is impressive. She keeps asking when can she go back. We will be back! Rock Solid Warrior is wonderful! The staff are great with the kids. The facility is big, bright and clean. My son, now 9, has attended camp there on several occasions. My daughter, now 7, recently asked to go with him which shocked me. That sort of activity isn't her thing. While I know how much my son loves it, I wasn't so sure how my daughter would feel. She absolutely loved it! When I picked up the kids my daughter wanted to show me several things. She was most proud that she was able to run up the smaller warp wall. Rock Solid Warrior is fantastic and your kids will grow in confidence attending camp there.

Our whole family loves this gym! We started going to their Fuquay-Varina location and were so excited when the Apex South location opened just 5 minutes from our house. The coaches are all amazing and they feel like family to us considering how many times our children have been there. Our youngest son went there Monday through Friday the entire time from January through end of summer. He loves it so much. It's comforting to know that all the adults have great values and morals to lead the children by example.

My daughter has attended the track out camp 2 times now and absolutely LOVES it! Her first time she was clearly the youngest and smallest, but you never would have known it with the way she was treated by all the coaches and kids. They supported her and empowered her to not be scared and to try and keep working. I cannot say enough great things about Rock Solid Warrior of Apex. Everyone is kind and attentive and we love it! We will continue to sign her up during every track out session and likely enroll her in regular classes!

We’ve been bringing our oldest here for a few years and last year our youngest could start the minis. Hannah and all the coaches are so great with the kids.

It’s such good exercise for our guys. We brought them to other places like this (ninja and rock climbing) and I have to say, the safety at Rock Solid is amazing compared to these other places.

You can tell they genuinely care and you’re not just another number paying a membership, which seems to be more and more rare these days.

Both my boys have been attending Rock Solid Warrior South Apex for over a year and the devolpment and growth is fantastic! They are ages 5 and 7 and started in Minis Class and are both now in Level 1. They have become so agile and strong. I am astonished at their skills. My oldest son really didn't love other sports until he found Ninja! He has developed so much confidence from finding his sport. This confidence has been evident in the fact that he tries new things now, including other sports. The coaches are very patient and teach/expect good sportmanship and respectful behavior. It is also important to mention that my kids LOVE every class. They have also done day camps and they just can't get enough of Rock Solid Warrior! We are so thankful that Rock Solid Warrior is in our community! Thanks for all you do to support the youth in our community!

Absolutely love Rock Solid Warrior South Apex campus. It’s so close and convenient to our home. We normally pop over so that our 6 yr old can participate in their Open Gym time. I just love the facility’s atmosphere and how clean it is. I also love how easy it is to book sessions & pay online and just show up ready to go! The staff are very attentive and are extremely engaging with the children so I’m never guessing if my daughter is going to get hurt while going through the various obstacles. My daughter and I visited first to watch a kids competition, and we were star-struck to meet some of the big name ninjas from around the country! Then we tried out a couple of the day camps and she had a blast! She showed so much excitement at being able to try out a warped wall for the first time, and the mini competition they hold at the end of each week was such a fun challenge for her. My 6 year old and 8 year old love coming to the Apex Rock Solid Warrior track out camp. They have a fun day and can't wait to get there in the mornings. My 8 year old says his favorite part is the way the coaches challenge him and then help him overcome challenges. My 6 year old says his favorite part is the upstairs rig. As parents, we love the Friday afternoon obstacle course and the kids love ending the week that way too. We will keep Rock Solid Warrior - South Apex a regular for our track out camp rotations. My eight year old son recently started going to class at RSW. He had been going to camp for years and wanted to go regularly. He absolutely loves it. He recently moved up to level 2 and it is challenging. The coaches are great, always positive, and give one-on-one attention to the kids. It is clear that safety is a priority for them. We also like the small group set-up. The new Apex facility is awesome!
My son also wanted to have his birthday party at RSW. That was another great experience. Communication and facilitation of the party was outstanding. Very personalized. I also like that they close an area that is then reserved for the party.

To say we're a fan of this place would be an understatement. Our son comes here for level 1 Ninja twice a week, day camps when school is on break and most recently they hosted his birthday party with 30 kids. The gym area is a nice place for parents to work out while their children take a class and it's only $20 a month.
