S.L.A.M. Sweat like a Mother is a comprehensive exercise program for women in all stages of motherhood. We are a community that strives to bring women together as moms and athletes. Our classes combine fitness with camaraderie and offer an opportunity for women to come together under common goal of challenging and bettering themselves. SLAM Cam-San is a fantastic community of moms in all seasons! Not only do I get an incredible workout, I've also met some wonderful friends for myself and my kiddos. Coach Sarah and her team of coaches are awesome. You'll definitely want to check it out for yourself!

One of the best decisions I’ve made for myself was joining S.L.A.M! This community of women has inspired me to be a better person, mom, and friend! The exercises are great with different options for whatever stage in life you’re at. My kids even love coming because they get to play with their friends after! If you’re looking to start a new exercise program - I HIGHLY recommend checking out S.L.A.M!!

Was invited to try SLAM Cam-San by the SLAM Boss Sarah and I am so glad I did. Not only are you getting great work outs geared toward all fitness levels, the community of women that you meet is AMAZING! The certified coaches provide guidance through the workouts with lots of modifications for all fitness levels, and they uplift and support you to do what your body needs. 10/10 recommend!

Trying a free class at SLAM Cameron-Sanford was literally the best decision I ever made after moving here. Through this group, I found friends for my toddler and me, a sense of community, and exercise I actually looked forward to day after day! The boss and coaches are so supportive and offer modifications for whatever phase of life you are in at the moment. Whether you are a mom of stroller-aged kids, kids in school, pets, or houseplants, this is the group for you!

Really really love this group!! It provides so much more than an opportunity to work out. It gives you a chance to meet other mamas that are in the same boat as you are! They plan fun activities for the kids and the moms get a monthly night out all together!!! It's such an awesome community!!! Great coaches!!!

I’ve been connected to SLAM Cam San for years now! It provides a welcoming community for ladies to workout and encourage each other. I completely recommend it! Kids or no kids, 5+ workouts a week or just coming out when you can- you won’t be disappointed if you try it out. First class is free!

I started S.L.A.M. in May 2022 and I've loved it ever since! It's a fun, safe community of moms who encourage and challenge each other to get fit. There's also fun get-togethers outside of class and opportunities to serve moms with new babies and family emergencies. I love my S.L.A.M. community!

This is an amazing community to be a part of! Great workouts that are always different so it stays interesting, but also you can really learn good technique from the coaches. They are so encouraging and welcoming! All levels are truly welcomed, supported and challenged, especially along your pregnancy and postpartum journey. Highly recommend! You won't regret it.

I cannot say enough about how SLAM has changed my life! After my third pregnancy, I just could not loose any baby weight and I did not feel like myself physically or mentally. The coaches showed me how to take care of my postpartum body and how to modify my work outs- always encouraging me to keep going and reminding me how strong I am! The mama’s out there have become some of my closest friends and the greatest support system. I am down 30 lbs and I always look forward to take my “me time” at SLAM. I built the courage to go outside of my comfort zone on heavy lifting days and also how to relax and tune into my body on yoga days.

This group of humans is exactly what I needed in my life. They are a “come as you are” group, very accepting and up-lifting. Motherhood has seasons and everyone is different and the coaches do an amazing job incorporating all walks of life. Wether you are new to fitness, seasoned fitness, new mom, pregnant, SLAM gramma, SLAD (dads), it is an amazing workout with lots of optional modifications. They are also super helpful when my kiddo is having an off day and needs a stroll around or a giggle to keep him happy while I get in my hour of me time. I joined In October 2021 and have seen an increase in strength and my overall mental health.

Slam is the best thing that has ever happened to me! I started October 2020 and have loved every minute of it! I was never a "let's work out" type of person but you know with age metabolism slows down and 3 kids later... I needed to do something! The slam coaches are amazing and they really understand what you need, no one pushes you to do what doesn't feel right and they teach you to listen to your body! I really can't recommend slam enough, and our Coach Sarah has so much energy it's contagious! Plus you get to slam with the founder of slam on occasion!!! Of your ever in the area throw on some comfy clothes and check us out! You wont regret it!!!

When I first decided to join I wasn't sure if it was really going to be a good workout or if I would fit in. I've never been so happy to say how wrong I was! Not only did I get a great workout but I met some amazing women. Having the workouts at a park is also a huge plus because my son gets to play and interact with other children. So incredibly happy that I found this community.

This workout group provides so much more than amazing workouts; it provides a positive mom community that you don’t even realize you need. It’s great physically and mentally as well as teaches your littles the importance of an active lifestyle and that women are strong. They make the sweetest friends and so do you! The owner/instructors ensure that prenatal/postpartum care is taken in the workouts. There are options for all levels. In addition to the slam workouts there’s a run focused day and yoga! Such great variety!

LOVE the workouts and not having to find childcare. Add in the Fresh air and fellowship with other moms, it’s the best exercise group! My kids love playing at the playground after class with the other kids. Also Covid friendly since we maintain 6 feet and workout outdoors.

Love Stroller Strong Moms! This class is so much more than a workout (but be prepared to work up a sweat and get fit!). If you’re looking for a community that welcomes everyone from the youngest babes and toddlers in strollers to moms, dads, grandmas, grandpas, EVERYONE, these are your people!

This ain't your average mom's stroller group. This is so much more!! From my first class, these ladies were welcoming and encouraging! The instructors know how to modify everything and still get a good workout in. Even if you're new to fitness (especially new to motherhood), these coaches and ladies have you covered.
I do other at home workouts but this was the added cardio I was missing.The sweat is plentiful each class and we work out hard to play hard. Come check them out. You won't be disappointed!
