Excellent easy-to-access gym! My mom lives in Mebane and I came here because it was super easy to get into while dropping in.

The equipment selection is great, it’s a very usefully laid out space with everything you need to train.

I have a feeling this place will be around for a while. This is a great gym if you live in the Hillsborough area!

I was visiting family in town and found this wonderful gym. They have every weight training exercise free weight, cable weight, and machine, and accessory grip I have ever wanted to try. The machines are organized perfectly to move from one muscle group to the next. They also have cardio machines and a nice sauna. It is also well-maintained, clean, and the owners and members were all very friendly and respectful. This gym is better than the one I have at my apartment and office. The day pass was easy to sign up for and well worth it.

I joined about a month ago. Owners are very nice. The gym is super clean from the workout space to the locker rooms. It is never too many people there. The machines I want to use are always available! Other members are also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend!

Over the past 2 years, I've tried at least 8 gyms between FL, the DMV area, and the Triangle before my wife and I settled down in North Carolina. I'm happy to call SocialFlex my home gym. Of all the locations within the Triangle area, I have to say it’s hands down one of the best no-frills 24-hour gyms I’ve been to. Most of the big box gyms in the area are too expensive for what they offer, or their hours are inconvenient. Brandi and Dustin's dedication to building community and making the gym a great place to train is one of its best features.

I've been a member for about a year, and any concerns I've ever had—they’ve been more than accommodating. While smaller than other locations, they’ve optimized the space and been intentional in their selection of equipment, which is on par with any Gold’s Gym, Anytime Fitness, or Planet Fitness—or whichever other location you want to throw in there. And they continually improve. I’ve been training for 12 years, and few gyms get this right even when they have the space.

For people who just want a place to train and work toward their fitness goals, it’s a gamechanger. The community at the gym is definitely a great one as well. Whether you’re the type to chat with others or work in silence, there’s a good mix of people, and everyone I’ve spoken to has been great—whether it’s exchanging advice or showing me how to use a machine.

It has been nearly a week since I started coming to SocialFlex. I absolutely love the comfortable, safe, and welcoming atmosphere this gym provides. It is a 24 hour gym, so you can show up and leave whenever. There are workout plans available at the counter for anyone who needs a little guidance. Snacks are always available for purchase. Plus, everything is always so clean! Overall, there is so much that makes this gym a favorite of mine. I highly recommend anyone who is in the area, temporarily or permanently, to try this gym out for yourself!

I’ve been visiting Social Flex whenever I’m in town to see my family, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever had the pleasure of working out in—especially here in Hillsborough! The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between motivating and laid-back, making it easy to stay focused on my goals without feeling stressed or overwhelmed. The owners are incredibly hands-on and always available to chat or answer any questions, no matter the time of day.

The equipment here is outstanding—well-maintained and always in great condition. Whether you're into weight training or cardio, they have a fantastic range of machines and free weights to accommodate all fitness levels. I particularly love how spacious the workout areas are; they never feel cramped, even during peak hours.

The amenities are top-tier as well. The locker rooms and sauna are not only spotless but also modern and comfortable, adding an extra layer of convenience to the overall experience. It’s clear that the owners truly care about every detail, ensuring their members feel valued and supported.

Looks like an amazing gym. But no one is ever there when it states on the video someone is always there for help. I wanted to see someone and give me a tour because I have been released to weight lifting again no help there. I had such high hopes for this place to be welcomed here. I will say the environment looks good but with questions & concerns there is no one to talk to. With the 4 calls and no answer I will say I’ll have to move on.

Visiting from NYC and purchased a day pass. Have been coming to the Hillsborough area for years, and can say that this spot is a welcomed upgrade to the lackluster gym options in the immediate vicinity. Been looking for a good neighborhood gym and I am happy to say I finally found one! Open 24 hours and not crowded. This place is a hidden GEM and a much needed addition to the area. Conveniently located, equipment is amazing, the atmosphere is great, sauna is top notch. Just everything about it is great. The big draw for me was the price of the membership and the location. Highly recommend getting a membership and supporting this local gym.

If I could make a suggestion. Perhaps install a lost and found drop box or something of that nature. I found a pair of earbuds in the sauna on Saturday and I will be stopping by to drop them off when staff is in.

Other than that. Thank you for establishing this gym. Definitely beats going 35 mins else where. Best of luck and wish you success.
