I joined Sor over a year ago and each time I walk through the door , it feels like home . I’ve tried a myriad of training styles and gyms throughout my life and this place checks every box for me . Inclusive , welcoming , CLEAN, friendly , adaptive to all skill levels and body types , loving to all who show up to put in the work . Every instructor has their own special twist for each class so you never get bored . These folks are amazing at what they do but they’re also amazing HUMANS! After Helene , this gym was all I had left after losing my local hang out spot . It’s meant more to me in the last 9 months than it did in the year before that . I encourage you to take the leap ; walk through the door and just try 💪

I can't say enough about SOR Studio! This place has truly transformed my mornings and my mental health. Every class feels like a dose of medicine for the soul, leaving me feeling incredible, empowered, and thankful. The instructors are amazing, always guiding us with so much care and expertise. Even on days when I’m low on energy, I leave feeling ready to conquer the day. I highly encourage anyone, especially women over 40, to join these classes. The welcoming atmosphere and supportive community make it a truly special place. SOR Studio is a game-changer!

I love SOR! I have been going to classes at SOR for a couple of years. I’m 64 and have lots of aging issues, BUT I have never gotten hurt at SOR. The work outs are fun and the instructors make sure you are moving safely. I get a great work out every time I go. Oh, and the instructors and participants are all very friendly and welcoming.

Love being able to give my money to a locally owned and operated studio. The classes kick my butt, but the instructors are as exceptionally kind as they are knowledgeable. I also love that they offer early morning (like 6 AM) classes many days of the week. Oh, and great music. That's important when you're trying to move your body first thing in the morning.

One of the best parts of SOR Studios is the welcoming and friendly community. I've made several friendships with other members, and I love seeing familiar faces every time I go. It's truly a place where everyone feels like family.

SôR is amazing. I have lived in Asheville for 25 years and I’ve joined lots of gyms/fitness studios over the years. When I discovered SôR in 2020, I knew almost immediately that I would be a lifelong client/member. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and the best motivators. The classes are FUN! Rhythm & Burn is my absolute favorite group class I’ve ever taken and Rhythm & Strength is the perfect way to get in that ever-so-important strength training we all need. The cherry on top is that I’ve met so many wonderful people that I now call my friends. If you are considering a small group fitness studio in Asheville, SôR is definitely worth trying out. Who knows? You might find your happy place just like I did ☺️.

SōR has the 🔥🔥🔥hottest🔥🔥🔥 instructors in town. Literally everyone who works out here is so hot, and the moment you walk in you're instantly hotter just by being there. The beats are bumpin' and so is your heart. The instructors push me to be my best physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, grammatically. Never have I smiled so big while simultaneously feeling like my legs were going to fall off. Expect big gains...in confidence, besties, and glutes 🍑 🍑 🍑

I've been going to Sor since 2020 and Rhythm and Burn is something I look forward to every week. It's very challenging but also really fun so you hardly notice how tough it is. There are always options for modifying if you are new to the class or have an injury. The atmosphere at the studio is very welcoming and open- nice teachers and nice community

I used to be a cardio hater, but the cycle classes at Sor have kind of made me love it! Came for the cycle, stayed for the rhythm! Kylie's class curriculum is truly something special. Before coming to Sor, I used my body a lot for work but not my personal health. As someone on the go and an early work schedule, I really appreciate the accessibility, as a regular at the 6a and 7a classes. I accidentally ended up in one of the rhythm + burn classes and was quickly converted. Both the burn and strength classes, in conjunction with cycle, gives you all the elements you need for a healthy and well-rounded workout. The instructors are very welcoming and a lot of fun to be around. Highly recommend.

Great place to break a sweat and have fun while doing it! They provide mat and cycle classes that are beat-based, taught by friendly and encouraging instructors in a welcoming and inclusive space. The owner, Kylie, is particularly wonderful and manages to make me smile and laugh (while kicking my butt) throughout each of her classes with her awesome playlists and hilarious quips. Highly recommend!

Great studio! Very upbeat & REAL instructors make the place fun. Coming from Barre3 and Cycle Bar in my previous town- SoR brings the best of both into its own even better version and leaves out the “cult-y” vibes.

Has been conducive to pregnancy and postpartum with modifications and encouragement to listen to my body.

I’ve tried all the gyms in town (it feels like) and this is definitely in my top!

I've taught indoor cycling in Fletcher and Hendo since 2011 and seek downhill mountain biking experiences just for fun. So, yes, I'm a bit of an adrenaline rush junkie. I would highly recommend this studio, especially if you are into Spin, Spinning, Peloton or Cyclebar. This WNC Asheville studio provides you the high energy, beat-based fun every Spin enthusiast seeks. There's even mindfullness and muscle practices I've not seen elsewhere. WOW! THIS is what I have been searching for! I recently relocated to Asheville from LA via NYC and have been on the hunt for a fantastic work out studio that meets all my needs and neither pressures me, or kills me, nor bores me to death... and I must tell you that Well.Fit IS IT! These classes are AMAZING! They are fast paced, the music and sound system are beyond, and the coaches are so kind and charming, yet they are not afraid to push you to YOUR limit. Extremely fun classes, talented instructors, quality equipment, great atmosphere! Instructors are ready and willing to help you out if you're new to the workouts or TRX/cycle and the community is open, excited and welcoming. If you're an ol' pro you'll walk out feeling like you got a workout that's worth showing up for.

This is a wonderful place to maintain a healthy lifestyle and yet be at ease in an environment that is pleasant, judgement free and has a community feel--which keeps you accontable to your goals. I have been a member of WellFit since they first opened their doors and absolutely love it there! The workouts are challenging and fun, the teachers are knowledgeable and motivating, and the space is clean and inviting. This studio offers it all - great cardio with the spin classes and strength training with TRX. I love the Gun Club classes the best - a fun mix of cardio and strength.
