Hands down, best place for my 3 daughters to learn and grow in dance. They have learned respect, punctuality, standards, and the camaraderie with the other dancers is nothing like I have seen before. This isn't just another dance studio, this is a family. A family, that we will continue to support and love and overall respect! If you want your child to be included with all of the above aspects mentioned SSDA is your go to studio in Morganton!

From the moment you walk in, the energy is amazing and welcoming. Keshia, the instructor and owner, is not only incredibly talented but also so patient, encouraging, and fun to learn from. She makes every class exciting, and her passion for dance is truly contagious. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll feel right at home here.
My child has grown so much in both skill and confidence since joining, and she always leaves class smiling. If you’re looking for a place to dance, grow, and be part of an amazing community, Southern Swag is it!

The first year my grand daughter was so happy.she loved teacher, Kesha and dance family.i wouldn't but following she changed she became very hurt and sad.3/4 though the year .I pay the bill I feel I have the right to speak up.my family and I disagreed with choice of song young girls should be dancing in recietal.i never asked her to change it just wanted to point it out to her I'm 69 I'm going speak my mind when my grand daughter became so changed and hurt her solution to problem was to call me disrespect and I just didn't fit in she dropped a beautiful 8 year old from class she didn't even get say goodbye to friends.just before this year recital that she was working for and planing on.keshia doesn't know how to handle problems if you want a dance school that your not welcome to disagree.or question.then so be it but beware.she doesn't like innpute she wants things her way or no way.and doesn't respect paying customers.or that we are a dance family is setting your child for heartbreak.my the teens can talk it but a 8 year old.beware
