Buyer Beware of this health club. If you leave, they charge $100 to each and every person for membership cancellation no matter what. You have to be 100% disabled per Social Security, not just a doctors note, or leave town, to make them stop taking your money. It is in the very, very, long membership contract, and they do a hard sell for personal training. It is way over priced and when I went to hot yoga we were packed in like sardines and I just left. The weight rooms are very crowded. It is a big time rip off and they have a racket going!

This gym has completely healed my past gym trauma. The staff is so welcoming the moment you walk in, and the members are equally inviting. From the sales team to the management team, you’re truly taken care of and listened to.
If you want to experience a luxury gym that feels like you’ve been transported to Europe, this is the place for you. Hot yoga, and so many classes that make the experience even better.
As a military spouse, it’s often hard to find time for myself, but the child watch room here has been life-changing. Many of the employees have been with the gym for over 20 years, and the younger staff are trained to the same high standard of safety and care. My son, who usually cries when left with others, absolutely loves it here—he actually begs me to go, talks about the staff, and waves goodbye with ease when I drop him off. Rest days can be spent in the hot tub, sauna, steam room or on the massage table.
With a military ball coming up in December, I don’t even have to stress about finding extra childcare just to get my hair and makeup done. I can simply drop him off in the child watch room and head to the spa for up to two hours.
And the best part? The prices are unbelievably affordable for everything they offer.

Impossible to cancel your membership here. I'm upset that I didn't read the reviews before signing a contract here. I was enamored by the fact they have child care, and I was rushed through signing the contract and was made to believe it was a simple contract that's easy to cancel. I'm providing the SS of the cancellation forms they emailed me when I said I wanted to cancel. You basically have to have become 100% disabled, or have to move more than 25 miles away from one of their locations.

I love working out here! I don’t feel judged walking around and there’s plenty to do while you wait on machines if its a little on the busier side. There are plenty of classes to go to that are included in the membership including water aerobics! I’ve also not met a trainer that I don’t enjoy talking to. The trip I’ve worked with knew what they were talking about and totally kicked my tush. The steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs are my favorite way to end every workout! Oh, and the 2hrs of childcare at each visit, no excuse not to workout!

Be careful. If you do auto payments, they steal from you! Had the gym for more then a year and found out they were taking more than the monthly amount they were supposed to. I’ve been training at this gym for well over a year now and seriously plan on canceling my membership. What I witnessed this morning was OUTRAGEOUS. At first I thought it was a man yelling but when I came around the corner I noticed it was in fact The manager Lu yelling at a fellow trainer/staff member, in front of us guests as well as the entire staff. She proceeded to walk up and get in her face multiple times yelling, and even snatched the dry erase board from her! The other employee whose face she was in asked her on multiple occasions to calm down and not talk to her in a disrespectful way, but she continued yelling at her as more guests walked in screaming things like “you don’t speak to me when you come in, you treat me like trash”, “get in the office now so we can talk or u can go home!” Her husband also proceeded to yell at this same female employee to get in the office now as if they were double teaming her. I couldn’t believe that man was even allowed to address a woman, especially in this manner. This was so unbelievably disturbing and all of the employees stood by and did nothing. I can not fathom the thought of a business being ok with a manager talking down to an employee the way she did and it honestly brought tears to my eyes. If your business is ok with this type of wreckless and wild behavior from a manager then I will not continue doing business with you all. Lu you should REALLY learn how to talk to people better or you will continue losing customers.

This gym is highly unprofessional! They are very quick and very good at pushing their membership onto perspective members. On the contrary when it comes to cancelling your membership for a legitimate reason, upper management (which is a third party, that is not onsite) will completely ignore you. My family submitted a cancellation request for a reason I will not go into detail about (however it was regarding a staff member) and management never got in contact with us regarding our cancellation request. We followed proper protocol for cancellation requests. We called several days in a row to follow up sometimes even multiple times a day, and sent emails to ensure our cancellation request was received. We heard nothing back from the management company up until this day, which is now months later after we submitted them. We ended up having to dispute the gym charges with our bank and our bank did clear the charges for the time being, which was months ago. However, we never heard back from this third party management company despite still making attempts. Months have passed and the gym charged us for these past couple of months and sent the bill to collections, which we recently received. A bill never came to our home, they did not notify us via a phone call or email whether or not our cancellation request was ever approved. Just sent us to collections with absolutely no communication. If you sign up with this gym, ensure that you don’t plan on cancelling because they do not accept cancellation requests AT ALL!! They will in fact ignore you for months, not contact you, ignore when you call and email them, the staff onsite will make excuses for the third party management team and you will still be charged your membership fees regardless and they will send your bill to collections without hesitation.

I love this gym, I really happy about the fresh water with lemons and cucumber and strawberries and oranges in it. Makes me refreshed. I also love how they emphasized taking showers before using the steam room and sauna. However, when I go into the sauna and steam I go in for a peace of mind and to relax. I should not hear constant talking while trying to relax and enjoy. It would be nice if people practice being quiet 🤫 to respect others. One lady was on the phone talking very loudly in the sauna. I could tell others were getting irritated. However I do love it and enjoy coming here.

The facility is nice and well kept, the staff are friendly, and has decent hours. That being said, corporate is super sketchy, and i’d recommend putting payment on a gift card with a few hundred bucks so they can’t charge you to death. Cancellation takes a full month and requires move or disability. The place is quite small, With only maybe a few hundred square foot weight room, with yet an even bigger locker room/spa room. All actual amenities are extra like haircuts, drinks, and personal trainers. During the weekdays it can get kind of busy at night, while the weekend hours are shortened by up to 7 hours. For the amount of weightlifting equipment, I’d say the price is a bit high, a lot of places nowadays have saunas and steam rooms, with much more equipment for 25-$40. Like mentioned, don’t initially sign a contract if you don’t plan to stay for a long time, they will do their best to keep you through fine print and/or saying stuff that is not on the contract, either read it thoroughly, or understand they’ll milk you to the furthest extent. They aren’t too strong legally so a lot of it could be beaten in court although the effort to reward ratio is probably not there. Overall, wouldn’t recommend but can understand why people stay.

I’ve been here for a year. Not a bad place to workout, but the locker room always feels dirty and constantly has puddles of water due to clogged drains or uneven floors. The bathroom situation is also not the best, the stalls are tiny and everything seems old. In addition, you can’t use the pool if a class is going on — unfortunate, really. Staff is relatively nice and the equipment is well taken care of. So that’s a plus.

I won’t be renewing due the aforementioned. I’d rather go somewhere else that won’t cost about $600 a year. At this price point, the facilities could be better.

I will say the gym its self is very nice HOWEVER please beware of getting anything further than a membership. I decided to get a personal trainer to help with form and getting some more ways to strengthen my body. (Mind you I was fit before seeing this trainer. I wanted education, help with form, and safety using new equipment.)The trainer I was working with didn’t focus on the core goal of form. This resulted in me having a very bad injury and needing to go to multiple months of physical therapy and now needing surgery. I reached out to corporate at that time informing them of what happened and requested that due to the injury and trust broken that I would be able to void the $300 monthly training sessions. They refused to do this even though an injury accrued on their property with their trainer. A couple months went by and I continued training other parts of my body to not waist $300 monthly. The trainer goes on maternity leave and sets me up with another trainer who ghosted me. At this point I was fully fed up and was on route to a new location. When I contacted the gym to cancel the membership (with military orders) along with getting the back pay of three months of personal training for services not rendered the refused. They stated that I should have made a more concerted effort to track down yet another trainer.

All in all I would say use the facility for its basics. However anything further be prepared that even with injury, being ghosted by trainers, or moving you will not see your money back, even when the fault falls on them. When I moved even with proof of orders they charged me for another month along with taking weeks to get back. Total loss is $950 from this scam. Please beware.

I've been really enjoying my time at The Spa Fitness and Wellness Center in Fayetteville! One of the best things about this gym is that it's less crowded than most, which means I can always get the equipment I need without any wait. I paid over $1200 for a membership here because someone said it was a good gym. This gym is money hungry. Will tell you a bunch of lies just to get you to sign a contract and now I’m stuck. Paying $120 every two weeks for something I can’t even use. Guess I have to deal with what I said yes to but believe I will tell people they are better off going to planet fitness.

However once I moved and it was a slight hassle in order to cancel my membership. Just wondering why I can’t cancel the membership straight up the same day. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a gym. Pablo is fantastic. His customer service is top notch. He toured the facility showing the amenities, answered all my questions and broke down pricing for me. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent people skills. He showed me what the facility could offer me without being pushy.

The facility is very clean and seems to be well equipped. There are a variety of classes (my main reason for joining). I am excited to do my first hot yoga session tonight!

My buddy is PCS with the military and all he did is follow the cancellation kit that corporate office emailed him, the process was simple, just follow the guidelines and it was done in 30 days just like contract stated. Absolutely terrible experience. The gym itself was amazing for the 6 months I was there. When I PCS'd to my next duty station , even after sending them my orders to cancel they sent collections after me not once but twice, both times I had to dispute the collections (I was successful). Absolutely money hungry company. I'd advise staying far away.

5 STARS TO MY PERSONAL TRAINER CHARLES WILLIAMS! He is very professional and always has an excellent exercise program I enjoy and feel challenged every time. I find his smile, great personality, and patience very comforting to work out with him without judgement. He is verry knowledgeable when it comes to exercise routines and proper form. This gym has just about everything you could need! Pablo gave me a tour of the facilities and high-end equipment, but I must say the included yoga studio, pool, and steam room have to be what sets it apart from any other gym. I can’t speak for childcare, and haven’t yet been to the Day Spa inside, but I am loving the amenities and standard of the facility. Definitely have Pablo break everything down for you, he will no doubt make sure you are taken care of!

I highly recommend the spa & fitness center. I've been a member for over one year. I mainly joined for the group classes. The pool, steam room, sauna was a plus. The group fitness instructors are phenomenal; they're very supportive and freely share useful information. It's truly a special place where everyone encourages and motivates each other.

I won a raffle and came by to get a tour and pick up some VIP passes. I thought it was a little odd that they held onto my ID. The red flag for me was when I had to sit down with the manager to sign up for a membership. She did everything possible to convince me to sign into a minimum 36 month membership. I’m personally don’t jump into big decisions until atleast 24 hours of thought. Now reading all the reviews, I’m glad I didn’t get finessed. Annual membership is $250, $45 annual maintenance fee, and a $65 monthly fee each per person. In my opinion, the facility appearance does not match the pricing. This unethical place won’t get a customer outta me though. They should treat current customers better if they want new ones.

I love the exclusivity compared to their gyms. Specifically, around New Year when all the new people are hitting other gyms like planet fitness. They have nice machines enjoying a sauna or jacuzzi after isn't bad either.
