Happened to be in town visiting my family and was missing my home CrossFit gym so I dropped in. Amazing and welcoming community atmosphere, good coaching, and I loved the encouragement! I highly recommend this gym, and would join myself if I lived there. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Love this gym, the community and the workouts! Tons of classes at different times and open gym too! Going on my 3rd year! If you’re in the Garner 42Hwy area it’s a must try! You’ll love it too.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! Everybody is so encouraging and welcoming to new people. They really take the time to work with everybody skill sets. All the workouts are very challenging yet very fun. Everything is kept very clean and I love being a part of this community! I highly encourage anybody looking to try out Crossfit to give this location a try you won’t regret it

I recently joined Stillhouse CrossFit and has met my expectations of being a great gym. I like that there are various class times throughout the day to accommodate different schedules. The coaches are very knowledgeable of the exercises as well as how to scale them based on skill levels and individual needs. I also travel often for work and am thankful for the app they utilize so that I can access the daily workouts in order to stay on track. The various levels of gym memberships and the price points are other big reasons for my decision to join, as well as them offering 24-hr open gym access to members.
Overall…I am very pleased with the gym and would recommend it. It’s a welcoming and encouraging environment and has much to offer.

I have been with Stillhouse since August 2023 and I love it!!! The coaches are truly amazing, providing excellent guidance and support throughout every workout. Everyone is so friendly. If you are thinking about CrossFit, give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I joined this gym back In August of 2022. Shortly after I found out I was pregnant and had to figure out how to adjust to the change. The coaching staff was beyond knowledgeable in being able to modify my workouts to make them work for me at the time.
Now, a full year later, the coaching staff continues to impress me by helping me become a better athlete in a healthy and safe manner. They help me with cues to better achieve movements and get so excited with the progress that I’ve been able to make.
The overall gym environment is welcoming and I find the other attendees fun to be around.
I highly recommend stopping in and giving a class a try.

I joined Stillhouse CrossFit 9 months ago, and I absolutely love it! In the past, I did group fitness classes because I was worried about getting hurt in CrossFit. I can say it’s the complete opposite. At CrossFit there is a lot of focus on proper form. The trainer/coach ratio is much lower than group training. There are modifications for everything and there is plenty of time for transitions. The trainers are great and the members are very welcoming 😊

Just found out that most all the coaches left, as well as most of the existing membership. This seems indicative of deep seeded issues with this gym. I would steer clear.
Edit: signed up with CrossFit MTA instead!

I was an amateur when I walked in to Stillhouse CrossFit, but it was such a positive, welcoming place where everyone cheers for one another. The best part is that the workouts can be scaled based on your fitness level and the trainers are there to help you and push you through them. This place made me love CrossFit!

Stillhouse is a great gym! Cody was my coach and is definitely a coach that wants to help, support, and see you grow into a stronger version of yourself.
Unfortunately, since I live half an hour away, I can’t go anymore. Morning traffic makes it an hour.
