StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Holly Springs offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Had my first appt there today. Tim greeted me at the door and I told him what i'm trying to succeed at. It recommended the 3 month plan and 50 mins weekly to be the best optimal results, I admit it was expensive and he gave more options.. But when it comes to you want to be able to tie your shoes again with out help, I went for the top package.. Then Tim introduce me to one of his specialist "Jaden". What a great guy,!! He paid attention to my limitations from surgery and accidents and said "I GOT YOU! " I was only on the table for a few minutes and he begun to stretch my leg out, moving it all directions , a pull, tug and bend... not a bit of pain at all, in fact it was great the mobility he got out of my first leg and it was feeling GOOD! The session just became better from there! I really felt more mobility, even home Im doing some recommended stretches and i can really tell an improvement.. Nevertheless I will be going back for sure.. Thank you StretchLab!!!!!!!

I went to StretchLab a few months ago and thankful I did. I had some tightness in my hips and wanted to get a deeper stretch. Ameerest was able to greatly help and she took all my concerns seriously not consideration to put together solid stretching sessions each week. Thanks to Stretchlab and Jaden my quality of life has improved!! I can get down on the floor and play with my grand daughter, I can bend and pick her up off the floor. I was able to bend and stretch and pick strawberries today! Been going every week since Sept 2024. Excellent customer service provided by Tim as well.

At first I was skeptical, But I tried it, I love it, I have a bad back every time I leave this place.It feels that much better. My husband's 75 tried it and he doesn't know where but he looks forward to stretch lab, Kyle and the staff are just the best wonderful Group. Thank you so much.

Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with.
I called to lodge a complaint regarding a charge that wasn't supposed to occur until March 26 but was instead charged on March 10 (I have email proof of the scheduled charge date and the actual charge occurring 20 days earlier than indicated). I called to seek clarification and speak with management, but never received a response. Ultimately, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge because management did not respond to my concerns. Additionally, I have email evidence of canceling my account freeze. On February 17, 2024, I sent an email stating that I wanted to cancel my account instead of merely pausing or freezing it. The response I received was, "We have placed your account on a 30-day freeze. The next payment will now be due on March 26, 2024." Despite sending another reminder email on March 8th requesting cancellation of my monthly membership, I received no response. Then, on March 10, 2024, I was charged for a full month. I sent another email requesting a refund and cancellation of my membership but still received no response. I then contacted Kyle from Stretch Lab, who has been very helpful throughout this entire situation. He advised me to contact the manager in Cary. I made several calls and informed them of my issue, requesting the manager to contact me, but never heard anything back. I informed the front desk worker in Cary that I did not want to resort to disputing the charges; I simply wanted to resolve the issue with management. However, I was forced to initiate a dispute because they failed to contact me. All I expected in this situation was a call to address the issue and issue me a refund, but that never transpired. I will never utilize this company's services again, which is unfortunate because the workers here are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Beware of this manipulative owner who will tell you anything to sell the terms & conditions. Record her making the sales pitch to you, it will come in handy later. When you cancel, ask the proof and document everything. They will continue to bill you.

I was really looking forward to StretchLab. I watched probably all their videos and was ready to get my one-on-one assisted stretching session! So much so that I requested it as my birthday present. My husband went to the Holly Springs location to find out gift cards needed to be purchased online which he did.
This review will focus on customer service from the support staff, my Flexologist, and the owner.
When I made the appointment online, I was asked for my gift card number. I told her I didn’t have a gift card number. She said I should have received an email. I explained I had not received an email. It didn’t appear to be a big deal to her – seemed like “no worries, we’ll figure it out later” – and booked my session.
I arrived for my session on Tuesday at 9am but my Flexologist did not. Excuse #1: The girl at the front desk said that they are closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Because it’s such a long break, they “forget their schedule.” I can certainly forgive a mistake, but it just compounded this situation.
Ok, so let’s talk about payment. I brought in a copy of the credit card charge to show that it had been purchased. The receipt showed the date of purchase and the credit card number. Excuse #2: The front desk girl said they weren’t opened in August, they opened in December. Ummm, you didn’t open until 10 months ago but you weren’t opened 8 weeks ago??? She thought about it and then said she would need to call the owner to find out what to do.
Did the owner help? Nope. Excuse #3: The owner said it was a corporate issue and that I would need to go to the website and send them a message to find it. I explained that I don’t live in town. I took off work and drove from a nearby town for this appointment. It would have been great to have this information 2 weeks before when I scheduled the appointment and gave my situation with not receiving an email.
So basically extremely poor customer service. In this situation, I would have expected the owner to go on and give me the session and contact corporate for me.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! I went here and they talked me into a month member of $284. I have tried to cancel my membership just like it states in the contract and they won't cancel it. Will bring in a lawyer

Horrible experiences at stretch lab. I had four or five total sessions. During my last appointment in April, my shoulder was put into what amounts as an arm-bar and the team member stretched it too far, very quickly, causing me to jerk in pain. After the stretch was released, I mentioned that I 'felt like my shoulder was burning and on fire'. After I left the stretch lab, I iced my shoulder, but lost full-range of motion. I emailed the stretch lab about my injury asking to cancel my membership as I was no longer comfortable with someone stretching me. I received a call from them that they would cancel my membership immediately and waive all associated fees. Three-weeks later, I received another $259 bill for a full-month subscription. When I email them about it, Elissa called me to tell me that they would not refund the charge as I did not give them sufficient notice for the cancellation.
I am still rehabbing my shoulder to try to gain back my full range of motion to what was likely a ligament injury.
My sister had a similar experience with trying to cancel her subscription after she tried to freeze it. She was being charged a 'freeze fee' without her knowledge as it was never mentioned when she signed the contract.
