Iβve been doing 2-4 sessions a week with Jamal for about a year now and Iβm in the best shape of my life. He is also really good at adjusting technique and routine to account for injuries. Also very knowledgeable on supplements and nutrition. I highly recommend him!

I've been working with Jamal for just over a year and it's been an overwhelmingly positive experience. I've never been a "gym" person, but Jamal makes our sessions enjoyable and helps cater the sessions to where I want to focus my exercise and growth. Highly, highly recommend!

Jamal is amazing! Heβs everything you would want in a personal trainer. He seamlessly meshes years of experience with the kindest heart. Jamal is excellent at his craft!! He has been training our son Towner for quite awhile now. Towner has Williams Syndrome, a genetic disorder that comes with intellectual disabilities and a heart condition. Towner is a Special Olympics participant in several sports and wants to be faster and stronger (just ask him). Jamal has been integral is helping him gain confidence in what his body can accomplish. Itβs awesome to watch the two of them train together!! It takes a lot of patience to understand the mind and body of a WS teenager!! Jamal has the patience and drive to get the most out of Towner. Strong mind and strong body. You are the best Jamal!!

Jamal is an amazing personal trainer, who is very passionate at what he does. I train with him 3 times a week, very motivating and encouraging. He will work with you and push you to reach your goals. I have worked with a different trainer before but what I really like about Jamal is, he will check in with you on your off days. He also pays attention to your nutrition diet. I would highly recommend him.

Jamal is an amazing personal trainer who is extremely motivating, personable, and encouraging. He is very reasonably priced and will work with you tirelessly to reach your goals. He not only pushes you but he is right by your side working out with you, which makes the workout more challenging and fun! He is the first trainer Iβve had who is always checking in and genuinely cares about all of his clients.. I cannot recommend him enough and am so glad to have him as a trainer!

I started training twice a week, as part of a group session. I have really enjoyed the variety and challenge Jamal has put into each session. He is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun!
