Really chill and welcoming place - always a treat to visit on Saturdays. We just kind of hang out while stretching or working out during open practice. Whenever I have friends or family visit I always bring them in using the month pass, it's worth it!

I feel like the instructors does not do well with beginner students. The talk about outside drama, they don't walk around and help you if you're struggling with a technique most of the women in there are from 4 plus yrs ago etc like the environment to me was just uncomfortable. The women side eyes you and even if you did do a technique perfect they will not praise you for it but praise women who look like them that's been there years already. The owners wife does not respond In a timely matter for example: I messaged her in the early morning I didn't receive a reply til late evening of the next day. I'm sensitive when it comes to ppl and the energy the first day I came the energy was off and there after. When meeting the other instructors the energy was off as well except for 1 person but she stayed talking about bar drama with her other associates.... that's why I canceled I can teach myself everything that they was teaching in that class without distractions, drama and side eyes. The whole place gave mean girl mentality like I didn't belong there.

Overall, I regret my business with this company. I highly suggest you pay the walk-in fee for classes. You’ll end up saving money that way. The classes were fun when I took them and the instructors were generally knowledgeable and organized. Not much 1 on 1 instruction or review. The owner has terrible business practices. For her clients that move away such as I did, she does require you pay a massive amount to cancel. Lacking overall customer service and not responsive. My main issue with her was that I contacted her to cancel long before the end of the month, but she did not reply. It seemed strategically until the beginning of a new month so she could continue to charge me for that month as well. Not replying to your clients for a week is not okay. After I made my final payment, which accrued at least three months that I had not been attending the studio because I moved, her company tried to charge me $95 again. And when I reached out To tell them it caused a lack of funds fee an account I was no longer using, she did not reply for over 2 weeks.

Everyone has the right to their own opinion so I am giving mine! This studio is an amazing place to attend especially for Jacksonville. It is the inly studio like this in the are! Most gyms here are all equipment based we use our own body to work out using poles, Lyra, hammocks, and dance! I can tell you first hand this place helped me lose 90 pounds in 6 months. This studio has become my other family! I have gained so much confidence coming here.some people have left very inaccurate reviews about the owners and it is sad! The owner is a man and his wife but the wife runs it. Also the male owner only comes to help with recital he takes his day off and comes help! The owner has never said anything inappropriate to students because he is never in the studio! Also strangers are not aloud in the studio! It is a very safe, friendly, and welcoming studio!

I’m very sad how this business is run. I was excited to try out pole fitness but it was ran so unprofessional. When I signed up, they did not tell me I wouldn’t start from the beginning of their cycle of classes. I was thrown into the middle. The instructors are also very unprofessional in how they teach. The introduction class, we maybe did Pole for 30 minutes. It was an hour class. The instructor talked for most of the class to other people or about her life. After that you take the beginner pole class and each time I came they acted like they didn’t know what they were doing or we weren’t going to have enough room. I was just blown away. I would not recommend this place. I worked at a Dance Studio for 5 Years and it was never ran anything like this.

This pole studio has become my saving grace . The instructors are amazing and supportive and I’ve met life long friends . Recital time is SO fun. It’s a an uplifting and judge free zone! If you start off shy , that’s okay.. but once you move up leveled you really build strength and confidence !!! I’m gonna be heart broken when it’s time to move away from Jacksonville (military life )

My experience at this studio was average up until a week or so ago. At a recital the owner/owner’s husband enter the dressing room several times as women were trying to get dressed (he was reminded twice that women were getting dressed). In addition to this very uncomfortable and violating encounter, during an intermission between the show, trans jokes were made by some comedian. While I’m not sure whether or not this content was review before hand it was completely out of touch and inappropriate. I spoke to the owner I’m familiar with, Mary. She apologized directly to me but behind the scene it was made out to not be that big of a deal. Which led to me cancelling my membership. If the instructors at the studio could make excuses and make light of serious incidents, I do not believe this is a place that promotes safety and inclusion for all. Anytime that things like this happen I always want to give the business an opportunity to address the issue properly and I felt as though it was swept under the rug. When disrespect is public, the business should make a public statement. Also, other instructors should have refrained from talking over those who felt uncomfortable with everything that happened. Only one instructor advocated for this as well and ultimately decided this wasn’t the place for her after the owner refused to make a statement about the events. I realize the company’s desire to save face but a company that truly cares about its customers will take accountability for missteps. I think overall the people at this studio need a lesson on impact over intent. Also a cultural competency class could go along way with some of the women at this studio. In the future I hope this studio handles issues with more transparency, tact, and sensitivity and less half truths.

I want to share my experience to warn people on how shady this business is.
When I first went to class it was a breeze I had an excellent time and learned a lot. At the time, there was a contract given to us and whoever wanted to sign up for the year could sign it and it was a monthly payment of $75. I was told by a heavier set lady who was teaching the class that day that at any time that I was moving, because of my husbands orders changing that it was a breeze to cancel, and I don’t even have to worry about it. My husband was going to deploy soon so I thought why not? I’ll have a hobby while I wait for him to return. Fast forward into August, my husband is deployed and I find out that I’m pregnant. I gave a written notice to Mary who is the owner via text message on August 14th of this year to let her know that I am pregnant and my husband was deploying so I needed to move to Florida to be with family. Of course since I was in the middle of a move I couldn’t provide proof of residency, as it takes time for mail to be sent to your residence. After I gave her the written notice, I was told that I had options as to which cancellation policy I could choose which I will include in the post. I chose the moving more than 30 miles away, waited until I got proof of residency to which she replies “today starts your 30 day notice” and explains that not only do I have to pay $50 for a cancellation fee, but $75 for my monthly fees as well even though at that point I hadn’t gone to class in 3 months and was obviously not planning to attend that month either. I WANT TO REITERATE THAT MY 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE WAS NOT VALID UNTIL I SENT HER PROOF OF RESIDENCY. It doesn’t say that anywhere in the contract, and quite honestly I believe she did this to get two $75 payments out of me. This is morally wrong. I asked for my original copy of the signed contract multiple times and was never even sent them.

All this to say, do not trust this company. They do not care what life scenario you have going on or that you are even a human being. It is simply about the money. I am super disappointed and would not recommend to anyone in Jacksonville, God forbid you have important things going on in your life! They’ll happily take all of your money without a second thought. Save your money and don’t sign that contract.

I absolutely loved pole class! It helped me grow into my skin, gain confidence and make new friendships! I learned so many awesome tricks! Definitely recommend everyone to at least give it a try. Much better than going to a gym to do the same old routines day in and day out. It works out your entire body. Challenging, engaging and fun! I have fallen in love with the art of pole dancing thanks to Studio 360!

When I moved here, I didnt know anyone and I work from home so its hard to get to know anyone. The classes are my socializing and I've really fallen in love with pole dancing. It's definitely been a bright light during a rough time in my life.

This place is the best place to really learn how to love your body no matter what shape, size, or color you are. I’ve gotten so much out of my lessons each week. Once I noticed the amazing strength I was gaining, I was hooked. Mary is absolutely FABULOUS!!! She is an AMAZING teacher and she helps each and every student throughout the lesson. I have a pole at home, which I practice on regularly. I come to class each week because if I’m trying to learn how to do poses correctly (so that I don’t hurt myself!), YouTube just does NOT help any. I need all of Mary’s tips and pointers so that I can create a strong foundation of the basics so that I will be able to move onto higher levels. I’ve never had much self esteem, however, Mary’s class has given me so much hope in the reality that I am a beautiful person both on pole and off pole. It feels great to be in the fittest state of my entire life.

recommend this class to anyone who wants to change their current life and work on some heavy
