I’ve been working with Chris since August, and it’s been nothing but great vibes. He takes what he does seriously and really pushes me to stay consistent and reach my goals. What I love most is that he’s a real, down to earth brother who genuinely cares about your progress.

I started training with Chris Blair at Tap In Training this summer (May 18 – July 2025) at 294.6 lbs as a 20-year-old, and today (August 19, 2025) I’m down to 250.6 lbs! 💪
Chris has been more than just a trainer – he’s helped me build my mental capacity and get in the right head space to keep pushing forward. His app makes a huge difference: daily affirmations for mindset, a food and drink tracker, plus 200+ meal prep options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s been a full lifestyle change, not just workouts.
I really enjoyed working with him in person over the summer, and now that I’m back in school, I’m excited to keep growing through his online training. If you’re serious about reaching your goals and want someone who supports you mentally and physically, I highly recommend Tap In Training!

This was my first time attending the Tap In Run Club session and I will definitely be back… they have a pace for all levels, they are friendly and professional . At the end Coach Bass gave some great tips on back pain, causes and remedies…thank you Coach Blair for creating this program and thank you Coach Mack for also being a great motivator.

I started training with Chris at Tap In Training at the end of December, right before the New Year, after struggling with postpartum weight loss. I wasn’t sure exactly how much weight I wanted to lose—I just knew I needed guidance, motivation, and support. Chris delivered all of that and more.
From day one, Chris created a welcoming, family-oriented environment that made showing up feel less like a chore and more like a lifestyle shift. He didn’t just train me physically—he helped me shift my mindset. Through honest conversations about healthy eating, consistent encouragement, and challenging but achievable workouts, Chris pushed me to see my own strength—even when I couldn’t.
The Tap In Training community is special. We all came with different goals, but we supported and motivated each other every step of the way. Chris was always positive, yet firm—he knew when to push and when to celebrate the wins, big or small. There was no such thing as “tapping out.” Every session was an opportunity to show up for myself, and I’m proud to say I did just that.
Now, I’m nearly 25 pounds lighter, have dropped inches off my waist, and most importantly, I feel stronger—mentally and physically. I look healthier, I feel happier, and I owe so much of that to Chris’s dedication and the Tap In Training program.
If you’re serious about reaching your personal fitness goals, I highly recommend working with Coach Chris. He’ll tailor a plan that works for you—as long as you’re ready to commit and put in the work. Trust me, he’ll get you where you want to go!

A fitness journey involves your mental health just as much as your physical health. From us writing daily affirmations, to his one of a kind fitness apps, even the meal prep ideas included in the app.. where are you going to find this all included in the price of the training fees.
The workouts are designed to help you reach your fitness goals all while pushing you to encourage you to give your best. You will start this journey and truthfully not regret it. Chris helps you unlock your potential and show you that you can do greater and be greater than what you think you are capable of. It is one thing to have a trainer who focuses on just physical training but to have one who genuinely cares about you and your journey is another story.
