Team Attraction Gymnastics strives to improve the lives of 18 month to 18 year olds in the Apex area through the sport of gymnastics. We offer beginner through competitive team gymnastics programs from 45 minutes 1 day per week up to 20+ hours per week of intensive training in a positive environment. In addition to recreational classes and competitive teams, we also offer summer & track-out camps, birthday parties, and Friday Night Fun Gym. Contact us today for more information!

This is one of the worst gyms in the world. I was trying to put my daughter in team gymnastics and we called them 1month ago and they called us saying that they don’t except people outside for teams and they didn’t tell us that 1 month ago and we didn’t apply for anything else my daughter is now balling her eyes out I hate this place so much it is ridiculous .

TAG is so worth the wait! Their programs have small class sizes and are well structured, which my daughter benefits greatly from. She was no longer being challenged at her previous gym due to their program being disorganized, and after trying a trial class at TAG, we realized moving her here was the best option. I've witnessed her enhance her skills these past 6 months, and she always looks forward to bringing home stars to add to her chart. Highly recommend!

The BEST place in town if you want your girl to get into competitive gymnastics in a loving and supportive environment. There are other gyms in town with great teams but they do not coach with love and empathy!! There is a waitlist for most classes here but I promise you it’s worth the wait.

They do not handle high energy preschoolers well... a lot of sitting and waiting. The teacher my child had spent more time worrying about if the kids were sitting on their spot than actually teacher them.

We came to the parent and me class for a few months. My daughter learned some things, but was all over the place and just not ready. When she was old enough for a class on their own, we tried another gym to see how they run their preschool program and it was NOT safe. We went back to TAG and are so happy here! They keep the kids safe and have extremely patient teachers! Can’t say enough good things about them.

went for a trial for my 2 and 4 year old. The staff was unfriendly and fellow parents were as well. I was so uncomfortable. Lots of Bad vibes. I will not be coming back. Do better TAG.

Excellent gym, high quality programs, and most important TAG provides knowledgeable Coaches who will push your child to be their best with love and compassion instead of fear and intimidation that you hear so much about in competitive gymnastics. We wouldn't want our girls to be anywhere else.

This is a great place to train and grow. It is more than just gymnastics. They encourage the kids to really support each other and be a team. TAG has helped develop my child into a well rounded athlete striving for excellence.

We have been going to TAG for about 4 months now and I'm amazed at how much my 7 year old has already learned in this short time period. She loves the Onyx classes, and was recently moved up from Emeralds. The Onyx teachers are very dedicated and spend a great deal of time making sure she learns the techniques. We are very happy with TAG and plan to continue going there.

Our experience has been great here at TAG. the coaches are completely engaged in instructing the gymnasts, not socializing with each other. Team Gymnasts are constantly being encouraged to challenge themselves, but not at the expense of skipping over basic skills or good form. So glad we found them!!

My daughter loves having gymnastics here. The coaches are friendly and patient with the kids. They have multiple classes going on for different levels at the same time. The only downside is during class transitions there is a lot of commotion and it's very hectic.
