About the Club

The 21 Minute Workout is a time efficient science-based approach to exercise . The key to our 21 Minute Workout is to never let the muscle rest by removing the element of momentum from each exercise, making the muscles do the work instead of capitalizing on the tendency of a weight in motion to stay in motion. Muscles are worked beyond the shaky phase to the point of failure, when the person is physically unable to perform one more repetition. By using our 21 minute training protocols just once or twice per week, you can achieve several healthy benefits. Come see us!

Scott is an excellent trainer. He views working out from a scientific perspective. It’s not how many repetitions or how much weight you put on the machine but how you perform the movement. Scott is extremely patient and flexible which is important to those of us with busy schedules.The amount of personal attention he provides is hard to come by. Scott is extremely knowledgeable about Personal Strength Training. He has 30 years of experience and he has developed a great workout regimen for me that literally takes 21 minutes! I guarantee you that you will be amazed how worn out you will be after a 21 Minute workout--when you exercise the proper way to strengthen the muscles, it doesn't take very long!

I read the other day that strength training is the closest thing we have to the "fountain of youth" and as a 60 year old physician, I can tell you that I have never been physically stronger or felt better.

I went into the 21 Minute Workout gym and spoke with the owner, Scott. I have been looking for a small, personal training fitness gym for a family member who has some health challenges. The gym was clean and inviting, and Scott was a fun and welcoming person with whom I had a great conversation. He handles the training of the members/clients personally, and he was able to communicate his ideas and philosophy about training very well. I appreciated the time he took to converse with me about the gym, and I believe that many people can and will benefit from what he has to offer.

My experience with Scott has been life changing. As a 65yr plus; the 21 minute workout has enabled me to gain several lbs of muscle while losing fat weight.
