This is an exceptional place to engage in strength training! The coaches make sure you have proper form for safety purposes. With my severe osteoarthritis, they make accommodations when I’m experiencing excessive joint pain. The environment is very calm compared to other gyms since only a few people are scheduled for any one session. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach!

I have had a great experience at The Exercise Coach.
The staff is very courteous and professional from the owners on down. Their expertise, in combination with the advanced exercise technology has enabled me to have a workout up that meets my work and personal schedule which I can attend regularly and consistently.

The Exercise Coach has wonderful, friendly instructors who guide me through a structured routine designed just for me. The instructors explain what each exercise is designed to do and encourage me through out my workout. They modify my workout on the days my knees or back are feeling old, but don’t let me give up!

The entire staff is knowledgeable, motivating and extremely helpful. I have done twice weekly workouts one-on-one with AJ for over a year and he is incredible! I am so much stronger today because of him. The owners are so approachable and fantastic and treat you like family!

I’ve only been a few times, so I can’t speak to results yet. However, from day 1, I’ve been impressed with the friendly/welcoming atmosphere in the gym. The technology used is very cool and impressive…and TOUGH! I’m shocked after 20 quick minutes, I walk out feeling like my legs are Jello, but I’m not drenched in sweat, and can zip right back to whatever I was doing without a trip home to change/shower. Highly recommend giving this a try if you’re curious!
Updated: still really enjoying the studio and sense of community/accountability. It’s a great, encouraging, yet low-pressure, environment.

Science meets exercise. This workout is hyper personalized, efficient, fast and from what I can tell a few weeks in, making me stronger. My doctor said that if I want to keep building muscle and protect my bones after the age of 40, I need to “lift heavy $hit.” This gets me there safely.

This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly, extremely supportive and kind. They are flexible when it comes to scheduling and encouraging while you're working out. I've been doing one workout each week since December 7th and I have noticed a significant increase in strength. I started with atrophied muscles and severe knee and back pain. Now I have none! This place is golden. I feel 200% better. Thank you guys!

Love love love the whole team here! I was in rough shape having been sedentary throughout the pandemic and needed a workout that didn't feel overwhelming. Workouts are short but challenging. It's never crowded, all shapes/sizes/abilities are welcome and accommodated, and I've enjoyed every trainer they have. I'm so much stronger and my balance and mobility have improved dramatically. No drama, no anxiety, just a great workout. Highly recommend!

It is exactly what I expected and more. I was first introduced to Exercise Coach via sponsored ad on Instagram. Followed the link to apply and read the emails and texts I got interim. They told me what made you different and what to expect. When I walked in there was a welcoming atmosphere that seemed like an extension to the online experience. It was cohesive and the exact next step. I was given just the right amount of information as an introduction and a comprehensive packet I could deep dive into later. Dan was the perfect guide and coach, answering my questions thoughtfully. I felt truly heard and my goals regarded. I had been to another specialized fitness competitor that was disorganized and pushy with the sales pitch despite under-delivering on their brand promise. I couldn't figure out who was the certified coach or even if one was present. But at Exercise Coach, I knew and he's been following up with me ever since. I love your approach and professionalism.

I’ve been working out with Dan for three months, and my strength has steadily increased. Walking up and down stairs is much easier. Pushing up off the floor also is significantly easier, which is great with a new puppy in the house. I literally can feel the increased strength I’ve gained several times a day. It’s fascinating to me that all these gains have taken place with only two twenty-minute workouts per week. Grateful!
