This place is full of amazing supportive people. Everyone is there to encourage each other to meet their goals. There's no judgement just genuine kindness and support. They're great at modifying exercises and meeting you where you're at. So much more than a gym.

The Fitness Lab is a wonderful and welcoming place to get an energetic work out in. Tanya and Stacey have so much energy and vitality and they encourage you to bring your best to every workout, while understanding the need that so many have to modify exercises and movements. Classes are usually small which increases your accountability, this isn’t the kind of place where you can slip in and out of the back without anyone knowing your name. TFL provides a challenging workout that I would just not have the motivation to do at home. If you are like me, you push yourself so much harder working out with a leader and a group. If you want to support a small business (the heart of our communities) with engaged and supportive owners who have an obvious passion for what they do, then try out TFL.

Modify, or push harder. It’s your workout. Tanya and Stacey and all of the instructors, have a way of knowing you better than you know yourself. They’ll push you harder or they’ll modify, given their knowledge about you. They get to know you and they’ll advocate for you, every single day. And the village they have created? No words. It’s been over two years since I last wrote that review below and I’m still loving the classes and the people! If you’re looking to get a good workout in a safe environment, where you will never feel judged, this is the place for you!

I just joined a month ago and so glad that I did!!! I have been looking to get back to a gym that offered early morning classes that didn’t break the bank. The instructors are amazing. Very motivating, encouraging and positive! Makes it worth getting up super early to work out! Great way to start the day!

I have been working out for many years in group settings and on my own. The Fitness Lab has elevated me into growing stronger and reaching my personal goals. In addition, the village created with others there for the same reason is irreplaceable. You aren't lost in a sea of people at The Fitness Lab and it's not just a work out. You get assistance with form and nutrition with are oh so important. I have been through many of the fitness facilities in the area over the last 19 years and The Fitness Lab has by far passed all my expectations. I cannot recommend this place enough.

A big thank you to the Fitness Lab in Holly Springs. I have been a member since they opened. I work out at least three days per week. Two years ago I had major neck surgery. I returned to the Fitness Lab after three weeks and with a lot of modifications and encouragement from Stacey and Tonya I got my self back to 100%. On September 27, 2023 I had another major surgery. On October 23, 2023 I again returned to the Fitness Lab. Stacey has been modifying my workouts to accommodate my limitations. I continue to improve and get stronger every day. I know I will be back to 100% in the next several months. A hugh thank to Stacey, Tanya and all the members of the Fitness Lab for all their love, support and encouragement.

The BEST locally owned gym in the area for small group classes (and personal training)! The trainers are incredible - they push you hard and will help you modify exercises based on injuries or ability. There are a variety of times and classes that are capped so you will always get individual attention. New classes are always being added to mix things up so we can try something new. The price is affordable compared to some other group fitness gyms in the area - they also offer a virtual membership if you travel a lot. Within the same office space, there are other wellness related businesses that you can also take advantage of such as neurofeedback, physical therapy, and chiropractic! The trainers are also skilled in nutrition advice and overall wellness. They genuinely care about you. It's a true community!

The Fitness Lab is amazing! I've tried multiple classes at The Fitness Lab and never left disappointed. Tanya & Stacy are always there to encourage or push when needed. I absolutely love that they are always present to guide each individual, such as suggesting using different weights, showing the proper way to do a particular exercise, how to modify an exercise, and so much more.

UPDATE: I've been coming here for 8 months now and I've lost 16 lbs and gained some muscle and strength (went down about a size and a half). I'm so grateful to have found such a supportive community of people who grab you towels if you need it, cheer you on to get through those last tiring minutes, to help you with a workout if it's new to you, or to remind you that everyone modifies some things because we're all different. LOVE this community!

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Fitness Lab and the class offerings they have. They have so many different options and styles of workout, but each one targets a full body experience so you get everything that you need from these classes (cardio, strength, endurance for the whole body). Tanya and Stacy are also amazing teachers and very attentive to each individual. They provide plenty of modifications as needed depending on the individual. They keep the class sizes small so that they can continue to provide the best workouts and the most personal attention that they can. I highly recommend checking it out!

If you are intimidated by fitness classes or large gyms, then this is where you want to start your fitness journey: the classes are varied, small size so you get the attention of the trainers who can help with correct form (to avoid injury or provide modifications for existing injuries). They will encourage you to keep pushing and reaching your goals. They change the format of the classes constantly so it's always a fun surprise. Never cookie cutter! The sense of community here is strong, and both trainers and fellow members are so welcoming.

AMAZING GYM, WONDERFUL TRAINERS/OWNERS!
The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring! Classes are led by Tanya and Stacey who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts with just the right amount of encouragement.

They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts; all while helping each member with modifications to meet their personal needs/goals.

The atmosphere is awesome! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. Great class variety and for all fitness levels. You will not do the same workout twice!

I have only been at this gym since May, but it is exactly what I needed, mentally and physically. So HAPPY I found The Fitness Lab in Holly Springs, I recommend it HIGHLY to all my friends and family.

One of the things I love most about this place, is every time I am there, I have an instructor watching my form, correcting it if need be, and standing next to me doing the move with me and being by my side. They know what you are capable of and will push you or modify for you, if that’s what you need. Stacey and Tanya make it a point to know you in every sense of the word. I cannot say enough about this place. After many months of feeding my face during covid I decided I needed to get back on track. Normally I do the 'gym' thing - but I heard great things about the Fitness Lab in Holly Springs and I wanted to give it a try. The ladies that work there are awesome. Even though I took the group classes, they were small enough that I felt as if I had a personal trainer by my side. The trainers push you - never to the point of hurting yourself - but enough for you to see that you CAN do it. And you know what? You can! I can honestly say I saw results quicker than I ever have before. The trainers ensure you workout correctly for optimum results. I highly recommend giving the Fitness Lab a try!
