This gym has been such a life saver for me after having my last baby. The daycare is PHENOMENAL! The girls who work there are so nice and take such good care of my kiddos!! The owner of this gym is wonderful too! It’s always very clean and has everything I could ever need. Can’t recommend enough!

The best gym in the Salisbury area, hands down. One of the few places I genuinely miss from when I lived there. The student discount was a great deal, and the gym is always clean and well-maintained. There’s a wide variety of equipment, and if anything breaks, it’s usually fixed quickly. Great selection of dumbbells, with multiple sets at lower weights so you’re never waiting around. Staff is always friendly, and the day pass pricing is perfect if you’re just visiting. Can’t recommend it enough.

The best gym in the entire area and it isn't even close. I have worked out at about every gym in the Salisbury, Mocksville, Mooresville and Statesville area and this is by far the best gym around. They have the most and best equipment out of all the gyms and the friendliest employees as well, everyone is very welcoming. Having childcare for a private gym as well is a major plus. Their prices are better than about any gym around as well. They also have tanning, saunas and fitness classes, cycling classes for those who are into that.

Great gym but definitely needs an expansion. During peak times every piece of equipment is in use. So kind of hard to get a good workout in. I use all but mainly the weights and circuit equipment.

Great facility and staff! I’m so glad my husband and I chose a membership here versus one at Planet Fitness or the YMCA. The equipment selection is fantastic, locker rooms are always clean, and the amenities, such as a smoothie bar and sauna is the cherry on top! Thanks for being the best gym in Salisbury.

This is a great gym with a great community within it. I love the weights and machines and my wife loves the classes and treadmills. It's very affordable and the equipment is in great shape and is well maintained. It's packed at certain hours of the day (lunch and 5ish) but there's never been a time I couldn't get my workout in.

This was the starting and end to a New Year's Day Resolution 5K...but I went inside to check it out....super busy and had big variety of machines and not too crowded together....women's locker room, showers and bathrooms clean and well kept...would love to have membership here, but unfortunately I don't live in this town..

Just such a great fitness facility through and through. All staff are welcoming and down to earth. There is plenty of equipment here and a great atmosphere. It was my husband and I’s first time this past weekend and we enjoyed it so much. The owner and employees are incredibly nice and there is even a smoothie bar in the front. We also received a discount for joining as a couple, which was such a nice surprise. Awesome gym. Equipment is new but overall the gym still has maintained that great 80s- 90s gym feel (vanilla ice isn't playing, you may have to check it out to know what I mean). The staff is great, they'll go out of their way to make sure you have the tools for success to get to that next goal. The people who work out here are friendly and of all body types from high school kids just getting started, to body builders dead-lifting 500+, to seniors showing those young guys how to bench. Best gym in the area if you really want to achieve those goals, get those gains, have a fair priced membership, and make some great friends along the way! Otherwise, try planet fitness.

Great gym! I enjoy going there to workout! Friendly staff and clients as well as really good trainers. I had some sessions with Rijkent Zwaan and he was awesome! I felt like I had plateaued at the gym and he developed a personalized program for me and walked me through it. He is super patient, knowledgeable, intentional about form and safety and loves what he does. Even though I have a routine now and he doesn't have to walk with me every step of the way, he is always super encouraging when I see him. Just an all-around great guy! I've seen some nice gains and I look forward to meeting with him again at the end of my current program to kick it up another notch!

Excellent gym, their extended hours make it easy to schedule a workout routine into any busy schedule, as they're open practically all day and into the night. Excellent equipment that's maintained its reliability. Actual hardcore workout equipment too, not like some of the more basic gyms out there. If you're in the area, definitely check 'em out. You can get a single visit for $7.00, and if you plan on becoming a member they've got excellent plans and deals for like students and stuff too. :)
