So originally I was definitely a lot more hesitant about going to do this over the summer as my parents signed me up for it as a surprise, but come like 3 months later and it was absolutely worth it, Jared is just a great guy and while I can’t speak for everyone the results you might get in only 3 months might surprise you, I honestly didn’t think I would lose about 14 pounds and gain muscle just from doing personal training two days a week and eating more protein but low and behold that’s exactly what happened. Can’t recommend enough.

I’ve been training with Jared at The Lab for just over three months now and I can honestly say that the experience has certainly exceeded my expectations so far! The one on one attention you get is hard to beat. Every exercise I do is picked specifically for me by Jared to improve my strength all over in a very well thought out program each session. Jared, is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He worked with me, on all of my needs. I was having knee and hip problems. He worked with me with my strengthening and conditioning. Food prep, exercise, and routine very thorough on targeting the entire body.. I called about three or four other gyms/ training facilities. They were very high price or they never returned my call. Jared called me the same day- we had a 30 minute consultation gave me his prices for 5 to 10 sessions. This was well worth it 15 sessions from him. I feel 10 times better. If you haven’t stopped by you need.

Jared and The Lab are great. Always willing to talk through ideas and tweak my workout plan as needed. He responds to my questions quickly and is great at motivating you doing your workout. People don't realize that body composition is different for everyone and different methods work better for different people. That's where Jared and The Lab do a great job. If you are a novice or a more experienced lifter like me, The Lab takes the time to test what is working and change what is not. Don't get discouraged if you don't see immediate results, it take time. But that's what Jared does well. He takes it step by step and review YOUR plan with you. It's not just cookie cutter when he works with you. Also The Lab is one of the more cost effective places out there too.

Jared is great! While he pushes when you think you can’t do one more, he is encouraging! He is knowledgeable and can quickly modify exercises based on my needs. He tracks my progress so exercises differ session to session. Good, solid workouts!

Jared & Aidan are fantastic! I have had several personal trainers over the years & they are by far superior. I have been working with Jared for a while & I can't say enough great things about him! Overall, I feel better, stronger & have trimmed down. I will say that this process is not easy but he will guide you along the way with tons of encouragement. I've even had a few injuries in the past that flare up from time to time & Jared works through them with me.
