I have been coming to The Little Gym of Fayetteville since February 2023 with my son when we first moved here. After having my daughter we started to bring both. The parent child and preschool age classes have been amazing. The teachers are all so friendly and encouraging to the little ones that may be timid. We LOVE Miss Grace! We highly recommend to everyone who asks!

Worst experience I've had here was during the summer camp class. I did not receive a single bit of correspondence regarding details about the class since I first signed up a few months ago. I tried calling, leaving messages, and even going in person but without success. The class was supposed to be themed but resembled more of a few hours at daycare than a fun, themed summer camp class. There was very little structure to any of the activities that were done, and the activities they did weren't anything special and most of them were not even related to the supposed theme for that day. I could've saved my money, played with my kids at home, and still gotten more productivity than we did with this summer class. I will absolutely not be signing my kids up again for any of the summer camp classes here, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

The kids were stuck in the small, dirty, back room majority of the time whereas, when I signed them up, I thought there'd be themed decorations and games and such in the big part of the gym for them to do. Instead, they did preschool activities in the back room majority of the time, and ran amuck without structure during the time they did have in the actual gym part. The instructor for this class, Katelyn, seemed uninterested and almost annoyed for most of this class and was not very present mentally. I would suggest keeping her at the front desk at the least because what could have been a great class was severely disappointing. My young child walked on the 4 foot high balance beam twice without either of the instructors that were present in the room (there were 2) noticing at all. Had he fallen, it surely would've been a sprained or broken bone. Katelyn and the other instructor were too busy chit-chatting with one of the "regulars" to be bothered enough to pay attention to the rest of the class, including when one of the other children had a hula hoop around my child's neck, dragging him across the floor. For all of this to go completely unnoticed by not one, but two instructors that were in the same room is unbelievable and completely unacceptable. I had to step in and bang on the window to tell the child to stop and the instructors still paid no mind. I hate to think what else could've happened had I not been there to step in and do the job the instructors should've been doing from the get-go.

As if all of this wasn't awful enough, the kids barely had the opportunity to make their own craft - most of it was done by the instructors, and when my child got upset, none of the instructors paid any mind until he started crying and I had to step in. I did not feel comfortable at all having my children here and am sorry I wasted my money and mine and my children's time with this. This was a poor excuse for a summer camp.

My girls have been going to The Little Gym of Fayetteville for several years. Throughout our time as members, we have loved all the employees that have worked there. They come to work with smiles on their faces, and truly enjoy what they are doing. Not only are my girls learning gymnastics and dance, they are learning skills such as listening, sharing and other skills geared towards social and emotional development. My second born can be quite difficult due to her health and nervous system being dysregulated. I have watched the employees handle her strong willed behavior with nothing but grace, understanding and patience. We are incredibly thankful for The Little Gym of Fayetteville!

Both my daughters adore Little Gym. A safe, fun & social place for all ages. Miss Grace & Miss Jasmine are incredible as well are the other teachers and staff. Birthday parties, dance, age specific gym classes… we LOVE it.

My girls have been taking gymnastics classes here for over a year. They absolutely love it! And I love this place for these reasons:
1. Clean and comfortable environment.
2. Very good teachers and staff. Professional, nice, encouraging, helpful.
3. Comfortable waiting area, with chairs, books, toys, extra waiting room for younger siblings to run around, and big windows for parents to watch the kids.
4. Super flexible rescheduling policy.
5. Great communication. There is almost always someone answering phone calls.
6. Lots of wonderful activities and discounts for members.

My daughter has been coming here for at least half of a year and loves every minute of it. They have parent survivor nights every two weeks so you can drop your kiddos off and enjoy a free 3 hours away. The kids have fun and have pizza. The teachers and workers are always helpful and nice. I attended to 2 classes with my daughter, it was either the beasts or birds class. It was a cute idea, but the classes were way too crowded, specifically by the adults. A lot of the children had 2 adults attending, some had 3. I felt like there was nowhere to move without running into someone. If they allow 2 adults to accompany a toddler/baby, that's fine, just make the class size smaller. Also, they should set a limit of 2 adults max that attend with the child. Additionally, the last 15 minutes of the 45 minute class, they let the kids play on the equipment. We came there for a bit more time on the equipment than 15 minutes and realistically you get about 5-7 minutes on it because you are generally standing in line to try something. This place could be great for the classes that aren't the parent and child classes, I might give them a try again when my daughter is older. If you're looking for a parent and child class, I'd try for somewhere less crowded.

This place is a hidden gem! I wish I would have taken my daughter sooner. Everyone is so nice, and really care.

My two year old loved it! Always got excited when it was time to go and always had a blast in class. She learned new skills that she uses outside of class.

We made new friends and I say we because I did too which turned into play dates outside of the classes.

I’m so sad to have go but we are military so duty calls.

Cute concept and the class is okay. However for infants 4 to 10 months classes longer than 30 mins seems excessive. My daughter is done after 30 mins. Most at the age range are. I think the toys should be disinfected each class. They go in the children mouths. I didn’t witness that after class. They were immediately put away. Lastly their policy on having to come in to cancel membership seems predatory. Possibly just this brand’s overall thing but it’s a huge turn off. Having kids and making parents make additional trip to the facility just to cancel is ridiculous. It’s 2024 not 1995. Won’t be returning. My girl has started swim lessons and I rather invest my money on that.

I was pretty excited for my 4 year old due to so many great reviews, I have to start with the cons over the pros since they are important enough to highlight:

Con:
- supervision (there are only 2 teachers and I understand they can't watch or instruct their designated kids, but they didn't even look around to see if kids could be endangering themselves) multiple occasions of semi serious tumbles and crying from kids for doing things that looked fun or that more experienced kids were doing.

- pace of the program (this is a one hour block of instruction, that is not well designed. Kids wander off due to lack of interaction, forcing other kids to follow)

- organization - some of the instructors just look lost and overwhelmed. They also are over confident in their skills in theory but the practise is not there. And they don't enforce discipline.

-parents - parents also seem to not call their kids out, intervene in disruption, and turn a blind eye.

- shortstaffed

Pro:
- facility
- observing glass
- affordable
- cleanliness

While I believe this location means and tries really hard to be professional and effective, it just isnt for us. We sincerely hope for this business continued success.

The staff here are beyond excited to teach the kids and interact with them! No matter the age the kids are met with happy faces and enthusiastic instructors. The environment is perfect for kids that are outgoing or even the most reserved child. They focus on helping expand the comfort zone, not just make them do the activity. Everything is at your child’s comfort level and works to nudge them and build confidence.

My son absolutely has loved this class from being a bug buddy to a bird. I wish I could take him everyday but we go extra days when it’s possible. The teachers have so many students but still build connections with every child to make them feel welcome. My son has the biggest smile in the gym and loves all the teachers. Parents will for sure get a little workout as well! Highly recommend for any little child around! Extremely thankful to have given this a chance because my son has developed great with the workouts and skills they teach the little kiddos!

I enrolled both my kids for the intro experience, and was able to be in the lobby without a face covering. My kids were enrolled in different classes and had no issues when I took my son, we were in the lobby watching my son play and have fun. Nobody mentioned anything about our face covering unless we went inside the where the class was being conducted. The next day I bought my daughter and the receptionist was extremely rude and sarcastic towards my family. She was forcing us to wear our face covers and I informed her that we’ve been here without them and it there was no problem. She refused to serve us even after our class had already being paid for. We were happy to enroll our kids and we’re going to enrolled them for the summer camp will not be doing that due to her behavior. I will find another place to take our business. It believe it was about $200 per child to do the summer camp, thank you for saving me $400.Not due to the face covering but the inconsistency of the service, because we asked prior to enrolling them.

There are a lot of different things that I like about the little gym... first, when my son was 3 he loved it here and now at ten he can still find enjoyment in events that are held here. They accommodate so many age groups and they are very adaptable. Another is that the turn over is not crazy, it always bring me comfort knowing that the employee turnover isn’t high in a place that caters to children. Daughter is 2 and we did the dance/gymnastics class. Ms. Diamond was very nice and good with the kids. Only disappointing fact was the correct dance recital time was not properly relayed to us (seemed like we were the only ones it happened to). So we showed up right as everyone was done. Daughter was very sad and upset that she didn't get to do her dance with all the other girls. As a mother this infuriated me but our experience otherwise was good.

The Little Gym of Fayetteville has been a second home to our family for the last 7 years!! We started our oldest in the parent and child "Bugs" class for babies, and fell in love! The staff is professional, fun, supportive and friendly in getting kids active and having fun learning how to move their bodies! They have tons of different types of classes at all different times, so it is easy to fit it into our busy schedule! We also had our son's birthday party at The Little Gym and it was AMAZING!! All of the instructors and staff have been warm and welcoming since day 1. My youngest learned to walk here at 8 months old! My kids have taken most of their classes from gymnastics to dance as well as the winter and summer camp days. They really have an outstanding curriculum. They have smaller class sizes, which allows the teacher to highlight their strengths and be able to give each child some individualized attention too. They have the mid-season and end of season showcases to let these kids show off their skills for friends and family. But as my CHILDREN and I walked up the gentleman who runs the front counter was outside Cussing and using horrid language loudly to a person working on the complex.. how is this place for kids and I have to walk away as fast as possible so my kids dnt continue to witness such rude and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior especially for a children's place!!! My daughter loved her time at the little gym. Teachers are great and she was able to get exposed to gymnastics and tap and ballet. Prices are not bad and class sizes are small. Highly recommend.

Love little gym in Fayetteville. They live and work at the pace of children and kids just have such a great time there. Our son sent there for a year after he turned 1 and it really got him off to a great and active start!
