Coach Dom is positive and provides encouragement throughout the work out. The workouts use compound movements for strength training with the landmine, sled, weights and so on along with core and cardio training. I like how foam rolling and mobility is added to start the workout and the music is upbeat.

The Dojo is great! Their classes are geared to be challenging but Dom provides expert support on how to perform the exercises the right way. The crew there is awesome and great intimate classes with plenty of weights and equipment to make every class different. They also provide the added benefit of having other health services onsite to give you a holistic experience if needed.

Overall, Omega has a great staff and an excellent strength training and chiropractic environment. I enjoyed the rehab training as it helped with my upper back issues and allowed me to implement more training and stretching in my daily routine to reduce other potential problems.

Still loving it! I've been coming to the Dojo for 2 years now which probably makes this the longest I've ever exercised consistently. Dom and Dr. Myers have put together a great program which keeps it fun while doing some serious strength building. My daughter joined about a year ago and my wife started a few weeks back. They got jealous with how good of shape I am getting in.

Really comfortable with the approach these guys take to wellness. Dom is supportive and takes into account factors that may require modifications. Training is highly personalized and encouragement is positive. The gym has never been my happy place (still isn't-lol) but it is tolerable and the results I'm seeing make it alright, and I actually am looking forward to seeing the transformation that has already started after only 1 month.

What a great place to heal and strengthen. Finally a place with a trainer that works to rehab you while building strength. It is like crossfit and physical therapy had a baby. Great staff, great atmosphere, great workouts, and great experience.
