An attentive, helpful and responsive trainer is available, we are here for you! We meet in person and online for your safety. Rhonda is an absolute gem of a trainer!

I’ve been training with Rhonda for many years now, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best in the business. Her full-body workouts are thoughtfully designed to build strength and stamina while always prioritizing health and injury prevention.

I was in search of a class to not justhelp me strengthen my core and recover from an injury, but for a trainer that I could connect with that would help me reach my goals. At Tone, your Temple, I found just that!

I am not one to go to the gym. And I don’t like instructors who push you beyond your limits to the point of injury. Rhonda is very personable, and really gets to understand what your goals are, and then she motivates you and guide you to achieve those goals. On top of that, we are in small group settings so it’s more personable. The culture of the class is that we motivate each other. I feel that my personal capabilities are respected. Rhonda modifies the workouts to accommodate injuries and skill level without making you feel like you’re less than capable.

I’m learning about myself in my body at Temple and actually an excited about class every week. I’m so happy to have found this small personal independently owned studio.

Since I’ve been a Participant my body feels so much better. I have more flexibility, my muscles are toning and I’m able to stretch further than I have in the past. I love love love my instructor Rhonda. She knows her stuff. I can’t see myself going anywhere else which says a lot cause I can be very picky. . lol

Rhonda is absolutely amazing! Our daughter had flexibility issues that impacted her sprinting. Rhonda watched her carefully and designed our workouts to help loosen her hip tightness. Her HS coach saw improvements almost immediately. She is so easy to work with and caters to my individual needs. I love that she holds me accountable, but doesn't push me to the point of misery! I look forward to our sessions every week. Never thought virtual training would work for me, but it's been great!

During a recent doctor visit, she commented on my body’s flexibility in a surprising manner. First thought, I’m flexible?” Guess I was surprised as well. Lol. Second thought “Thanks to Rhonda and Tone Your Temple Fitness”.
As a personal trainer, she performs every single move with you, instead of just telling you what to do. The routines are individualized and always adjusted for any current physical ailments/restrictions while providing a thorough workout. This confirms her knowledge of how the body moves and functions.
Rhonda cares about your total wellness, by providing meal plans and tracking your progress.
Even though we have standing appointments, I always get a reminder text the morning of. This tells me, she won’t let me give up on myself and she’s fully invested in me achieving a healthy and fit body.

Update...Tone your temple has been a real blessing for me. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 and I’ve gone through chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation. I have had adverse effects from all of the medications especially being extremely sore. I started taking Pilates class just recently and it stretched my body for the 1st time in almost a year! I felt amazing! If your on the fence about Tone your Temple jump on over.
Even on Zoom the class was amazing I’m on the road to recovery and this was the 1st step! Thank you Rhonda for continuing on zoom and keeping us safe!

I wanted to get in shape. I was talking to a co worker and she talked about Tone your Temple and how the owner not only walked us safely through every movement but did them with us. I’m hooked and look forward to the 5:30 am classes I always feel accomplished after each class. Rhonda has been a God send! Tone Your Temple has changed my life!

Rhonda Walker trainer/ owner of Tone Your Temple is the best trainer I have worked with in Charlotte. She is very professional and knowledgeable about health and fitness. I found her through a co worker when getting ready for a milestone birthday. I had two dresses for my event that were too small. She was able to get me into shape in a short time through private training which includes food monitoring. I was able to wear both dresses for the event.
