I agree with a review left a week ago. I privately messaged the gym fb account about a weird smell. As soon as I sent the message, it was viewed by someone who has access to the account. It appears now I’m blocked on Facebook.
If vents didn’t look like they had on fur coats and smelled like death, there wouldn’t be an issue. There wasn’t one to begin with. It wasn’t a criticism. They would rather sweep things under the rug, or in this case, the air vents, than respond to their customers.
Poor air quality doesn’t help with allergies. I figured the owner, Chris, to be a stand up guy. Can’t speak for the management he has there now.
Also if you could remove my “member testimony” off of your webpage I would appreciate it, as that is no longer accurate.

I can’t say enough about Top Gun Gym — or as we in the Trap Bar streets call it, TG. I used to be clunky, with arms like twigs and legs that could’ve auditioned for a chicken commercial. Not anymore. These days, my arms are big enough to spot Bro on his top set, and my back’s strong enough to yank a tree out of the ground. Legs? Well… some things you just gotta leave in God’s hands. Anyway, love my gym — appreciate y’all!

Twice as nice as my last gym for half the cost. Definitely has the best weight room out of any of the gyms ive been to in the area. Huge plus for the standing calf raise machine, hip thrust machine, and freeweight should press machine. Dont see those in most gyms ive been to

Visiting Concord from the UK and found this gym for the week, probably couldn't of picked better to be honest.

$30 for a week pass, 24/7 access is incredible value (for context I pay £58/$79 a month back home for a gym about half the size!).

For those outside the US, you can sign up for a day or week pass online prior but note your phone probably won't allow you to download the app for the QR code to access the gym as you're not "in" the US due to phone set up for some reason. Luckily we were able to get help from someone on the front desk (didn't catch her name) and she was incredibly helpful and welcoming and assigned us little key cards to get in.

The equipment is great, people wipe down machines and overall a really great gym to train at. If I'm back in Concord, I'll 100% be back! Multiples of machines, plate loaded, pin loaded, hammer strength, life fitness and arsenal brands.

My only SLIGHT negative feedback - there doesn't seem to be many staff around at all. Apart from the first day, I don't think I saw anyone else after that.

I'd highly recommend it otherwise!

My husband had a membership here and tried to cancel it but there was a contract so he couldn't cancel. The front desk team member said he had it set up to where it would cancel once the contact was up. Today we noticed it was still being taken out so he went to the gym and found out his contract had been ended for a year and we got charged every month after!!! So the employee lied and did not set up the cancellation. He cancelled it today and they said we would still have to pay an additional month!! Would not offer a refund for their employee mistake.

Top Gun Fitness is a solid gym with great equipment and attentive staff like Ryan. However, the locker room doesn’t match the value for the price paid. If this aspect were upgraded, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

I’ve been coming to this gym prior to COVID. The staff is phenomenal. They’re always available to help out, spot you, motivate you and educate you. The environment is supportive and a great place to make swolemates. The GM Casey and front desk girl Maggie are motivational afff. They’re so sweet & super fit. The trainers Kevin & Taylor have years of experience in training. They’re can get along with everyone at any age. The front desk attendant Ryan is go to man of the gym. Constantly providing excellent customer service, smiles, and hype to each person. He has an attention to detail and can remember something someone told him from months and years ago. He’s always making sure it’s clean and held to a standard. This gym is diverse, there’s a wide range of beginners to power lifters to bodybuilders. So much knowledge and experience. If you’re looking for a gym to visit or join, this is the place.

Absolutely have enjoyed coming to Top Gun. The environment is always welcoming and judgment free. As a woman who regularly works out, I appreciate the positive atmosphere without feeling like I’m being watched the whole time.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. Ryan is generally working the front desk while I’m working out and he’s always upbeat and making sure the area is clean and organized. He always takes time to encourage and uplift gym goers. He also maintains a clean and professional area for patrons.

I have been going here almost 2 years. Good people, good equipment, be careful about putting a cancellation date on the contract if you plan on going there for a few years. When that date hits there is no warning email or heads up. You will get charged $150 to restart for the same account that just cancelled. No consideration given even if you were gonna sign another 2 year contract. Hope this saves someone some money.

It was just okay at best. A lot of the free weights seem pretty worn out. Saw some other comments about the gym owner gonna definitely say I definitely agree. He seems like a bit much and will complain if you use equipment and don't lower it super soft where it doesn't even make a noise. I wouldn't come back if it was free.

Save your money. $50 per month is a rip off for what they offer. Even $40 per month for a year contract is ridiculous. Top Gun bought Lifters Gym and raised the prices to cover the purchase. Better to go to Golds or Planet Fitness, more equipment and much cheaper price. Stay away from Top Gun, you will be pay Top Dollar for the same service you get elsewhere for much less.

This is a fantastic little nugget of a gym. There is a solid amount of equipment and different varieties of equipment for all kinds of lifters and experience levels. They tend to bring in new equipment every few months. Also, there are lots of fantastic people at this gym that train around the same time I do daily.
