Kodi is an awesome personal trainer and I am getting great results since working with him. The workouts are challenging and quick which I really appreciate. Kodi is attentive and fun to work with and frequently checks in on how I am feeling during the workout. Depending on scheduling needs, he is flexible to move workouts to different days and times which is great. I have only been working with Kodi a few months and I feel better physically and I am sleeping better at night. Signing up to work with Kodi was a great decision!

As a busy, full-time working, postpartum mom, I was looking for a personal trainer who could meet me where I was and help me get to where I wanted to be. Kodi did just that! His workouts are super efficient, well-structured, and always challenging. He is a wealth of knowledge without the slightest bit of pretentiousness. He empasizes form and safety while keeping you moving and working. I've participated in all sorts of fitness activities in the past and for sure this is the best coaching I've ever received. Kodi is literally one of the best trainers I've had. As an ex-athlete with medical/surgical history, he still knows how to push me beyond my limits but not to the point of injury. He is very aware of my goals and structures my sessions that cater to how my body feels that day. He is super supportive and acknowledges concerns and praises on progress that has been made no matter how small! Would highly recommend to a friend.
