Train with Becky offers personal training and health coaching sessions in a private studio environment located in Chapel Hill, NC.
With over 22 years of experience and American Council on Exercise (ACE) certification, Becky creates results-driven, efficient and effective workouts. She also provides health and nutrition coaching to help each client feel good in their own skin and improve their quality of life.
Increasing strength and endurance without injury is her primary objective while avoiding diet culture myths and misinformation. She educates her clients to achieve long-term, sustainable results.

Becky is great ~ Very knowledgeable about health and fitness and thoughtful with her training sessions. Becky made it easy to get back into lifting weights with reasonable goals and lists of things to do at home in between sessions. Highly recommend!

Becky is truly amazing! She helped me transform my strength and the overall shape of my body in just months. She makes you work hard, but she is so thoughtful about your limitations and making sure you feel good at the end of your workouts. I’m 23 and was already doing a lot of cardio when I started Training with Becky. I wasn’t sure I would see a lot of results from weight training but I definitely have seen improvement in 3 months. I’ve been doing a lot of travel including hiking in National Parks and really noticed my ability to climb and recover.
I’ve been doing Partner Training with my Mom and Becky is so great at modifying the exercises so we both get the most out of the workout.
Love Training with Becky and it’s way better, less stress, and less pressure than going to a crowded gym!

I have been training with Becky 2x/week for 4+ years. She mixes up the workouts so I don’t get bored and pushes me, in a good way, to keep getting stronger and leaner. Becky pays attention to be sure I am doing the exercises correctly, adjusting as necessary. She has helped me get back into shape after recovering from hip surgery and I appreciate our conversations about eating well. A plus is she emails me workouts to take with me when I travel for work so I can continue my workouts in the hotel fitness centers. (Although I haven’t been traveling due to the pandemic!) I highly recommend Becky as a personal trainer.

My daughter and I are doing Partner Training with Becky. Becky has been excellent in designing our time together with a combination of exercises that we both do and some where we are working the same body part but with a different exercise (there’s almost 40 years difference in our age!). Such a fun thing to do with a spouse, an adult child or a friend and you don’t have to worry about being at exactly the same fitness level. Becky keeps it fresh, fun and is very motivating!!

Becky's been my trainer for over two years. In that time, I've grown stronger than I've been in over 20 years. I've discovered I love strength training -- Becky makes it fun yet also very challenging. She's easy to work with, knowledgeable, and really cares about her clients. She also offers nutritional counseling (free!!). Highly recommend!
