Tri-Fitness is a privately owned personal training studio located in Matthews, NC. At Tri-Fitness, we recognize that everyone is different, and many can feel overwhelmed when approaching fitness and health. We also understand that not everyone’s journey is the same. Personal training begins with a consultation and assessment with our Lead Trainer. Clients receive customized workout programs created to help them achieve their goals.

I’ve been training with Ollie for a few months and was concerned about an injury and how to work around it. Ollie has been able to help me make progress with my fitness goals and knows how to adapt the workouts around my injury. I would recommend training with Ollie!
3/13/23 update: After signing up with Ollie twice before, I decided to sign up again. Soon after paying for a 20 session package, I was exposed to COVID 2xs within 2 weeks or so and paused my workouts for 3 wks. I resumed training with Ollie, but only used 4 of my 20 session package. He texted me on 2/17 that he is closing the gym and would issue a refund. I’m still waiting (3/13/23) and he has ghosted me, not responding to texts or calls. This is fraud according to my bank as I am in the process of disputing the charges at this point!

Ollie is an incredible trainer! He leading Tri-Fitness with integrity, expertise, and a steadfast idea that everyone can get better, stronger, and more healthy! I have tried working with trainers in the past and always felt the experience could be more “personal.” Coach Ollie definitely cares for his clients and encourages you to get better and do better. I highly recommend visiting Tri-Fitness if you are looking for a personal trainer to work with. Ollie is knowledgeable, caring, and a very encouraging person. He is dedicated to spending the necessary 1-on-1 time to help you learn and improve in the gym while removing the high stress environment of a public gym.
