Equipment is pretty good. But it is the most stuck up bunch of staff and people I've ever experienced. Enjoy!

My partner and I absolutely love this place! The friendly atmosphere, exceptional staff, and outstanding gym trainers make it truly remarkable. This gym is simply the best!

Good gym overall, needs better dumbbells after 70 lbs! Really wish they cared as this is a safety hazard they are all bent. Everything is nice and clean, but the gym goers would greatly appreciate newer, safer dumbbells

Great staff and awesome offerings such as childcare, classes, and event nights. The place could use some revamping though. Some updated equipment and TLC for deteriorating parts of the building would put this place at 5 out of 5. Would still recommend it to anyone though!

Good environment and friendly staff. In desperate need of new dumbbells. Anything over 70lbs is either bent or warped in some fashion to the point of being a legitimate safety hazard if you do decide to mess with them. I understand that a small percentage of the clientele actually has a need for the heavier dumbbells and that they are an expensive item to replace but such an essential piece of equipment should have a higher priority on being maintained in my opinion. Nearly perfect gym in all other aspects but such a major issue really taints the experience there.

Wasn't a bad gym at all. Some of the equipment is a bit out of date, like the treadmills, but everyone is nice. The owners always made sure to smile and say hey when they could. Only reason I'm giving them a 4 star is their cancelation policy.

Ended up moving and needed to go in and sign paperwork to end my membership. Did it in early November. Said they needed 30 day notice, so I would have to pay for December as well. Ok, I get it. Not ideal, but that's what it is...Fast forward to today. I get a call from a collections company saying they need money because my payment didn't go through. Due date was the 9th. Today's the 16th. Kinda rude to just send my info to collections and not even call me personally to tell me that it didnt go through the day it happened. Card was compromised a couple weeks back, so my fault. I call to pay and find out that if you go late, they have to charge an additional $20 on top of the regular monthly cost. A lot of money to pay for absolutely nothing. Especially since I haven't even lived there in almost 2 months now.

Just be wary of their policy when or if you need to cancel. Like I said, the gym itself is great. They also have classes and a basketball court.

My husband and I have been members for almost 3 years. We thoroughly enjoy working out at Triangle Fitness. The workout equipment fits our needs perfectly. The owners and the staff have always been extremely nice, considerate and helpful. Being open 24/7 is a definite plus for us. Thanks TF for being there for us!

With a long standing customer where there have been no issues in the past, one would believe that the situation would be handled fairly. No one asked the person who was actually there. No one offered to sit down and discuss the said issue. This situation could be damaging to all involved which is why it should have been handled in a more professional manner. It would seem it is coincidental to this said person already having changed gyms prior to this said occurrence that this accusation occured. You DO NOT treat children or people in the manner in which it was handled. Especially when they have supported your business for almost 20 years! YOU as a business owner should have been prepared to sit with the actual individuals involved to seek the TRUTH. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Incidentally, everything I said about your gym is accurate.

Out dated, non-working equipment. Rude, arrogant β€œstaff”. Childcare is horrible. They have children β€œwatching” children without a clue what’s going on. Drama and rumors with staff that doesn’t want to actually do anything other than prance around. Unfriendly all around. You could be a member 2 months or 20 years and they do not have any regard or respect in any way, shape, or form. He needs to get staff that is more concerned with doing their job rather than doing the customers.

Best gym around. I been a member since 2010 and wouldn't go anywhere else. You couldn't meet more nicer people.

Overall it's a good gym with a positive atmosphere. Great options for equipment with a multitude of leg machines, at least 5 different squat variations, and a seated OHP rack. The flat bench also has a platform for spotting.

They also offer several different types of classes, and a kids play area that I'm sure is a life saver for parents. They also offer individual training for specialized goals, as well as a smoothie/drink bar with good options for variety. They also have tanning beds!

I go late at night, so my interactions with staff are limited. Unfortunately this means the CrossFit area is unable to be used, as it's locked after hours. The CrossFit area offers some great equipment as well, like bumper plates, multiple squat racks, glute ham bench, rings, sled, ropes, most of your conditioning equipment.

I sincerely wish this area was open after hours, or something implemented to make it available for others. A second card scan maybe? This is the only gripe I have. I was told to call to discuss my options, but considering my night shift schedule is non negotiable due to a work contract, my only option was to cancel my CrossFit membership.

To sum it up, I would recommend this gym for most people. It can get crowded during the day, so if you go during non staffed hours make sure the equipment you want and your goals are able to be met.

Recently a sign has been put up telling gym goers to not use chalk in the main gym but instead upgrade to the crossfit area where chalk is allowed. I have a huge issue with this. 1 my fiance and I pay for the crossfit area as I get more enjoyment out of crossfit than I do weight lifting. 2. We have only ever been able to use it once since together since getting out membership 3 months ago 3. They close it off at night, unless it is Norma business hours the crossfit area is closed. I work overnights at a hospital, I sleep during the open hours listed. I don't understand how an establishment can expect their customers to pay more for something that cannot be accessed 24/7 if they want to use chalk. We purposely come at 1am so we are not around a bunch of people maskless. In a pandemic I wouldn't think a business would want a majority of their customers in the same area without a mask on.

I had my son's birthday party here yesterday, and it was fantastic! We had 2 helpers, Alex & Breanne, and it was awesome unexpected assistance. The indoor playground area is so big, and it has something for everyone. We also rented the party room, which is huge, and it has a fridge and freezer which was super helpful. They helped clean up, gather kids, and so much more. I definitely will be having other birthdays here. There are so many other great things I could say about this place!

Nice gym. Excellent service. I like the no-nonsense atmosphere. People come here to train. This is not a cardio-only facility. They have a good variety of equipment and a great section for training with free weights. I like the powerlifting section.

While I haven’t had the opportunity to use Triangle as a gym, I’ve routinely used them for their drop & go childcare. My kids loooooove going to Triangle and are always thrilled to have some playtime there. Recently, we had multiple days of school closings due to weather and Triangle opened an all day β€œday camp” that was extremely affordable and allowed me to get back to work while knowing my kids were in a fun and safe space. We’ve been so thankful to have them so close to home!

Going to the gym means going to "get your workout on" and grinding it out, not worrying about setting off the "Lunk" meter. I've been other gyms, and this place is great for the price. Its a place you can go to get a no-nonsense workout with good equipment, a helpful, friendly staff, drop in daycare, and 24 hr access. The protein shake bar is a nice touch too! I've brought my sons there on several occasions, and they enjoyed the basketball court and the punching bag. Great place !

I've been a member at Triangle for about a month and note that several previous reviews are not accurate. Place is clean with daily vacuum, dusting and overall care--I have watched the workers. I have worked out on most machines and have not found any broken. Owners are pleasant and decent people. Triangle now has an excellent basketball coach/mentor/trainer (Harold Cone) who is developing a significant following.

Give Triangle a visit and see for yourself. This gym also has 24 hour access for members. Pricing is reasonable!
