Been going to this gym almost a year. It has been great until tonight. A female employee came in off hours, reeking of alcohol and stared me down like they wanted to fight me. This happened at about 20:45 I’m sure it’s on the camera. Did not feel like a safe environment. I was hesitant to walk to my vehicle. My membership is cancelled as soon as I can get ahold of someone there to do so for me.

Finally I found a gym in this area that has rules and enforces them to makes all its members feel safe and comfortable and create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility in which to workout in. Gyms in Lexington allow vaping and members to sit on machines playing on their phones, but not here they enforce rules for everyone to be considerate of each others workout routine. It is also clean and the equipment is well-‘maintained. Sick of the filthy gyms nearby that allow mayhem and disrespect to disrupt your workout? Want to workout in peace? Then Triangle is where you want to be. And also it has 24/7 access so unlike the corporate gym that hands out candy to keeps you fat and coming back and that closes so early for a few more dollars more you can have the convenience of deciding when you want to go to the gym and not scheduling your day around going to the gym. I’ve been to all of the gyms in the area and they are filthy, disgusting, and allow unruly members who refuse to follow simple rules to run the gym (City Fitness) like vaping while on machines and the floor but are so greedy refuse to terminate their contracts. Triangle is such a fresh breath of air! So happy I found it!

I enjoyed the type of equipment available here and the staff was very kind always but I never found the equipment to be clean. I see a lot of reviews highlighting the clean environment, but maybe I just went too early in the day because I always found the equipment to be mucky and dusty. I would only see two or three rags to wipe equipment down for everyone in the gym, and I just found that icky as the rags were always soaked and grimy from use. We started bringing hand sanitizer and then really felt comfortable and enjoyed the workout, but I ended up just working out at my home gym more often than not because of it. I really do wonder if I just got there too early? I would work out super early before work but canceled in the end because of the cleanliness issues on the floor. Bathrooms were clean though. Just something to keep in mind.

Great gym for the surrounding area. Price points for different levels of membership are very good. This business supports all civil services, veterans, and active duty military. Good selection on equipment and training space. Other amenities are also offered like child care and tanning, and well as on site supplements purchase. They even have purple heart recipients special parking. Everytime I visit NC they will forsure get my business.

I recently moved to the area and was in need of a gym. Triangle Fitness is right down the road, so it is the perfect location so I have no excuses! My husband and I were able to join together and the rates are very affordable (located on their website). The gym is fully stocked with new equipment, DBs, barbells, and cardio equipment. There are multiple rooms aside from the main equipment area. The gym and locker rooms are very clean at all times. Both locker rooms have a sauna, as well. The staff and owners are very friendly! They also offer a shake and smoothie bar at the front desk. The gym is offered at regular hours or a 24/7 hour option at a slightly higher monthly rate. I couldn't recommend this gym enough!

Triangle Fitness is like a second home to me. I started going there several years ago when I had a bad episode of sciatic nerve. I've been working out several times a week and I am currently free of sciatic nerve pain. The owners and employees truly care about each one of their members. I have always felt comfortable there and would highly recommend them for your gym.

Terrific gym. Very deceiving from the outside. This gym is huge!
There is no waiting for a machine as they mave multiples of treadmills, epilictal, bike and a few stair climber machines.
Huge free weight section.
Classes, juice bar, sauna. More than I've ever seen in a gym.
The staff is knowledgeable and so friendly!

Over all very happy with the gym. The only complaint I have is the child care room. The staff working the childcare are always very friendly but twice now when I get home with my kids I've found a flea or two on them. We don't have animals so they've got to be picking them up from the childcare room.

Triangle Fitness is my third "home away from home" home, church and "gym" home. I have been going there for 4 almost 5 years. The staff goes above and beyond for every customer. I feel more that we are like FAMILY. The owners have literally transformed this gym. All new equipment including all new cardio, free weights ETC... The locker rooms are clean and a bonus is you get a towel every time you come in. I feel more safe there now that the New owners took over than I ever felt before. I encourage all of my friends and family to join and will always encourage everyone. If I have ever had an issue with something the staff jumps right on it and it is fix and or resolved in no time! I am excited to see where this gym goes! BEST AROUND!!!!

Rude employees. They don't wash the utensils used in making the shakes and supplements. I asked why they said it wasn't a problem. I watched a guy think from his water bottle then get a funnel put in the mouth piece and supplements added. The same funnel they use for everyone. That's how people get sick. The management doesn't know how to run a business.
