Today was a great day! Coach J is ALWAYS supportive and fun. Even when she's pushing you for 1 more rep,it's in the nicest way. She's helped me believe, "that I can do hard things "💪🏽! Completed my first class today at Tribal Fit! Working with Coach Jecenta was great, her energy set a focused and motivating tone for us. I appreciate that Tribal Fit offers a beginner-friendly space, but is still challenging. Jecenta and others in class were very welcoming and supportive throughout class. I love the positive atmosphere at Tribal Fit, just really good vibes all around!

I would give Coach J ten stars if it was an option. Coach J is a phenomenal coach. She pushes me to be my best and motivates me at every session. I truly appreciate her showing up for the tribe. Oh, and to top it off, her sense of humor and and laugh is contagious. 💪🏾❤️💪🏾

Jecenta kept saying “You got this!” even in moments when I was pretty sure I did not have it! (LOL) but somehow with her encouragement and the supportive vibe of the whole class, I pushed through and made it through my first class! Was I able to do everything perfectly?…nope! Were modifications made?…yep! But without shame and judgement! There was only motivation and positive energy! I actually had fun even in the midst of my discomfort (LOL) I’m nervous but can’t wait to come back and looking forward to this journey! Also looking forward to the day I truly feel like “I got this”! Thank you Tribal Fit!

I had a fantastic experience in this class. Jecenta was very attentive, ensuring I was doing the moves correctly and checking in with me throughout. She gave me an inspiring pep talk and cheered me on, which really motivated me.

Joining this class was a big step for me—I faced a fear today, especially since I’ve gained almost 80 pounds and was worried about hurting myself. I loved that I could work at my own pace and push myself when I felt ready. Honestly, the hardest part was just showing up, but I’m so glad I did. Thank you for creating such a supportive and empowering environment!

Coach J is the perfect mix of cheerleader and drill sergeant. She cares so much about us hitting our goals, you can’t help but push yourself—even when your legs are begging for mercy. Oh wow! Coach J did a great job incorporating first timers ( that would be me ☺️) with seasoned members. She instructs and motivates you through each circuit! I'm currently dealing with some knee issues however Coach J demonstrated modifications when needed....I never felt "left out". The class was amazing and I am looking forward to participating in the rest! If you like a group setting with a "personal training" feel then I highly recommend Tribal Fit!

Jecenta is super upbeat, helpful, and organized with her routines and interaction with everyone. The classes hit many muscle groups, it is not boring, but it is definitely difficult!

I feel that it's a judgement-free zone!

The price for the classes here combined with the quality of the instructor and workout are superior to most others in the area.

So excited for the opening of this gym. The pop up workouts have been AMAZING. 60 minutes total including the warmup and stretching! Best full body workout and different every time so I never got bored!! Owners and trainer are such wonderful people too!
