About the Club

We're an independent Fitness Studio located in convenient downtown Thomasville! We teach group fitness classes as well as personal training.
The instructor, Mary Parris, is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Fitness Trainer through AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America)

Mary is awesome and amazing ❤️. She will help you in any way to see you get to and or meet your goals. She pushes you to give it your all.
I do a PiYo class with her. And I love it ❤️. She is so knowledgeable about exercising and eating healthy etc. She will help you in any way she can. I’ve only been going to PiYo class for a couple months now and I love it and I love Mary and her passion. Thank you Mary!! ❤️

Mary is an Expert at her profession, (personal training! ) I like the fact that she does private personal training one-on-one and her private studio. Mary creates custom workouts that are tailored to the client's goals / ability / needs. I would highly recommend her as a personal trainer especially if you lack motivation / knowledge on how to do correct form etc... To achieve your goals!
