Trisha Selbach is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist with over 15 years experience helping women lose weight and keep it off.
She also holds certifications in Kettlebells, Lifestyle education, group training, and Jivamukti Yoga.
Her no nonsense approach helps women create sustainable lifestyle changes so they can get off the diet rollercoaster for good.
She works with women in person in Tryon, North Carolina as well as online.
She is also the author of "Uncomfortable"; available on both Amazon and her website.

Trisha is a wonderful person and trainer! From day one, she has motivated me and helped me become a stronger version of myself. I am beyond thankful to have found Trish and her studio. Since starting with her, and this is coming from someone who has never really worked out, so many aspects of my life have improved!! I feel stronger, more confident and I have so much more energy than I did when I started, which has only been about 5 weeks ago! Trish has shown me that I can do things I never thought I could do. I am excited to workout now and I am thankful to have found someone that holds me accountable and motivates me to become the best version of myself! Thank you Trish! Working with Trish has been completely life changing in the absolute best way. I saw her post on Facebook and chose a new path that day. I would’ve never seen myself as someone who works out especially with heavy weights and now I can’t imagine not doing it. I look forward to it every week. With the help of a GLP1 in April 2024 and working out 2-3 times a week I’ve lost over 70 pounds. I feel so much happier and healthier and confident with myself. Trish knows just how to target my weaknesses and make them strengths. She has shown me proper form to maximize my workouts and I’ve learned so my different ways to get results. She keeps me motivated and encouraged. When I started, I thought I would just do it for a couple of weeks and now it’s been almost a year that I’ve been with her.

I have always been physically active and familiar with the Gym but for me working with Trisha has been a game changer. I now lift heavier and more consistently. My workouts now have a flow as Trisha created a personalized plan for me as well as provided we with access to meal plans and recipes. I started going to Trisha in March of 2023, I was feeling pretty low having just lost my father to a heart condition and was worrying about my own health and have spent a life time of dieting and trying to exercise but not really knowing what I was doing. I was 59 years old and had taken a class a few years back with Trisha and saw that she was now a personal trainer and so I decided to talk to her and give it a try. This decision was probably the best decision I could have made for myself!! I’m still a work in progress but I can do things that I never thought I would do, dead lifts, bench presses, push ups?? Who Me?? Yes and with confidence and even with excitement and enthusiasm to work out. Trisha is kind, patient, and a wealth of knowledge about nutrition, strength training, exercise, and supplements for older women. I have learned so much and plan to continue on this journey.

Trisha is fun and highly professionals.. Positive attitude and knowledgeable about the right exercises to heal injuries and strengthen weaknesses. I’m pretty old but she has me doing exercises I couldn’t do at the beginning of sessions. She will

She is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of weight training, exercise, proper diet & even provides a shopping list that will guide you. I have been working with Trisha since the end of July and my results and knowledge have been AMAZING!
