Yesterday I was so motivated to start this year off right. I’m overweight and really need help with getting on track with a trainer. I did some research and found this guy on TikTok. Since the gym was local I decided to look it up. Seeing all the great reviews I went to go check it out. I walked inside and saw two gentleman. I’m assuming one was a client and the other the trainer. This man (the trainer) looked me dead in my face and didn’t say a word. Completely ignored me and continued his conversation about sweet potatoes. Now I understand that this was probably a training session but he could’ve at least acknowledged me and asked me to wait or come back at a later time. Saying Hi to someone doesn’t cost you a dime. I stood there for 10 mins looking stupid and he just continued on with what he was doing. I walked out of there, got in my car, and all I could do was cry. I hate gyms and have past trauma from going. I walked in there with so much confidence and excitement and all within a matter of minutes my confidence was crushed. I never feel like I belong at a gym and that’s exactly how he made me feel. Being polite and courteous to people is basic common courtesy. Greeting your customers is customer service 101. There’s no excuse for this! DO BETTER!

I had such an incredible experience training with John when I lived in Winston Salem. He is so professional and switches up the workouts every time so that it doesn’t get repetitive. He also is patient during the training process while also making sure you are always challenged. Most importantly, however, he was such a positive influence on me and such a bright light during very difficult times. I’ve had trainers in the past and I can’t say the same about them. The gym is always clean and has a really good vibe (not the douche bag vibe). 10/10 would recommend and if you can get John, well that’s just icing on the cake 🥰. Also never felt like they were trying to upsell me on anything or rip me off. Check it out, you won’t regret doing so.

Malcolm Marshall is the best trainer around. He knows his stuff, he's tough, and pulls no punches, but he gets RESULTS! The facility is great! All of the necessary covid-19 protocols and guidelines are observed.
