My child has attended ninja competitions here and we’ve met many of the athletes and coaches here. The coaches are outstanding and supportive and have even coached our gym’s kids when we’ve needed help. They produce great ninja athletes and even more important, the athletes are also great kids - supportive of other athletes and always demonstrating great sportsmanship. Would highly recommend!!

A fantastic experience for our older toddler (2 and then 3 year-old) -- he got to expend energy while learning new skills and being challenged, in an age-appropriate, safe, and fun environment. The coaches are terrific and the gym is great with communication. Would highly recommend, especially for particularly high-energy kids like ours!

Ninja challenge Durham is awesome! Our oldest daughter has been going for over a year now and the coaches have been supportive and professional each and every time we show up to burn some kid energy and learn some new skills. The equipment has been well maintained and every class has been a different setup to keep things fresh and new. Can’t wait for our youngest to start when she’s old enough.

We have been going to this gym 4 years now, if you want your kid to excel physically and mentally, this is the place to be! Coaches are hands on with each kid, pushing them to do more and guiding them as well. On top of all that gym produced multiple champions!

We’ve been part of the Ninja Durham family for a year now, and I continue to be blown away by every aspect of this gym. The owner’s passion and commitment to creating a positive, encouraging environment for kids is evident in everything—from the thoughtful class structure to the welcoming community vibe.
The instructors are not only highly skilled in ninja training but also truly gifted with children. They know how to challenge each student while still making it fun and supportive. Since joining, I’ve watched my child grow tremendously—not just in strength and coordination, but also in confidence and social maturity.
Ninja Durham is so much more than a gym—it’s a place where kids thrive. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of it.

We love ninja! They have a homeschool class where our son thrives and adores his teammates. He also loves free play Sundays. This was the first activity we found for our son that wasn't full of macho junk and bad messaging for boys. The instructors use positive language and encouragement to help kids success and they encourage them to do their personal best and always strive for more. The owner Stephen has gone above and beyond to make all of the families feel welcome and he has hear feedback about programing and met the needs of each child. I'm tremendously impressed with the entire operation. Highly recommend sending your kids here! The courses are really great and they change regularly keeping our kids engaged. The space is air conditioned and clean, colorful and inviting. The kids are able to play after class in the hangout area and there's tons of space for parents to sit and work or watch their kids swing around. Fantastic space for mental and physical fitness!

Everyone at Ninja Challenge Durham was incredibly helpful and supportive as we worked to determine if the Junior and Side Kick classes were a good fit for our son. Coach Brandon was patient, understanding, and flexible, as were all the other coaches, and worked hard to make sure our son was supported in his first few classes. Thank you for the care and attention that you give young students as they learn how to engage in Ninja class!

Great class for preschoolers! Highly recommend this as a great place to let your 4-5 year old get out energy and gain some confidence! It's a very laid back setting and our kids have really enjoyed the 4-5 year old class.

We absolutely love USA Ninja challenge! Our daughter has been going twice a week for two years, and the skills she has (laches, warped wall, balance exercises) are unbelievable. The coaches are all fantastic and really develop great relationships with the kids. Camps are excellent too - highly recommend trying this place!

My oldest started classes here in 2021 and we cannot recommend this place highly enough. The quality of the staff/coaches is incredible and my kids have so much fun here. It's both wonderful for a fun sport and a way for kids to let out their energy, as well as providing top notch coaching for the kids who want to be competitive. IMO it's the best ninja gym in the Triangle for a fun, supportive, and quality experience.

I was nervous about signing my sensitive son up for ninja class, but wanted to get him moving. I contacted the owner to ask him about my concerns about the messaging the kids might get there and his kindness and openness absolutely floored me! He is a rare gem in the physical/sports world! And on top of that he and the coaches were open and kind about incorporating feedback to improve the structure of the class, which they 100% did! I HIGHLY recommend this gym!

This place has been a safe haven and outlet for my introverted kids who desperately need physical exercise that we can reliably provide.
The coaches are wonderful and have really mentored our 3 boys.
They even encouraged them to enter the competitions, where my kiddos have found themselves standing on the podium with medals!
So happy we chose to check out this gym.
It Is, unfortunately, children only. I have asked numerous times if they would allow adults to train...I certainly would.

My son is a 4-year-old with a lot of energy and we loooove this place! He’s done a few other organized programs (music, soccer, swim) but both he and we enjoy this one the most. The space is clean, the instructors are so enthusiastic, and it’s a good balance of free and structured play. Adults do need to participate, but honestly that’s made it more fun. Highly recommend!

My 10 year old son liked this place… unfortunately, the staff is not equipped to deal with children. No training at all, as confirmed by the owner via personal conversation. My son learned the term “suck my dick” while attending one of their camps.
Just beware. Not a bad venue, but the folks interacting with your kids are less than appropriate.

These guys do a great job! Our daughter has been taking classes there and also doing an occasional competition. They have a good number of obstacles and will change them around enough to keep things interesting. The competition wasn't set up in a traditional ANW format where once you fall you're out, rather you got points for every obstacle completed (or at least for getting part of the obstacle done). Was really well done and a great confidence booster.

I go to camp here all the time, it is a great place when kids are out of school and on break. There are countless of activities and it is always a good work out for your kids. They also do classes almost everyday. You do obstacles to earn levels. Masks are required as of now and they constantly sanatize. Just a great place all in all!

This concept at this gym is brilliant: the kids are able to reach different "levels" for each obstacle, which provides a sense of accomplishment and motivation in every class! The instructors are cool and the owner is extremely helpful. My daughter is among the youngest in her age group and quite shy, but she loves attending Ninja class and has gained a good bit of confidence in a short time. Couldn't be happier with this class.

Our daughters have really enjoyed taking ninja classes at USA ninja challenge. There is a nice emphasis on stretching and warming up properly. My daughter attended a birthday party here a few weeks ago. It's a nice facility, apparently it used to be a large electronics store and has now been converted into the Ninja Challenge gym. The party leaders did a very good job of keeping things moving and keeping the kids (mostly 1st graders) engaged throughout. There's a second floor that overlooks the gym and has two party rooms.

A great place for kids. Instructor are good but can be great if the consoles other kids better that are out of line. My child is almost seven and he really looks forward to learning how to be great at what he is learning not just okay. Overal we love that this is here but we would love stronger instructors to discipline and give constructive criticism . if so five star all the way
