I've been going here a few years now. Literally has the best equipment I've ever used, ESPECIALLY the lower body equipment. It's also one of the few gyms in burlington with all the cool powerlifting toys you need for your training. For its cheap price point, the value is quite literally unmatched. I got enticed by the free one day trial and now it's my go to gym - Christian

Old school gym mixed with more up dated equipment. Plenty of free weights, treadmills, elliptical, stair climber, extra heavy duty squat racks and benches for very heavy lifting especially if you are into power lifting. Been coming here for years. Love this gym.

When you step into Winners Gym, all the distractions that a corporate commercial gym go away. Once inside, you acquire this laser like focus that enables you to do business 💪. The staff is very friendly and experienced in various areas regarding health and fitness. Once inside you see commonly see some of the greats of alamance county both working out and on the walls on photo frames. This is a great gym for really getting focused and getting on track with goals. As for me, I’ve found the place I’ll be lifting at for good!
