The person who answered the phone sounded high as a kite and had zero idea what they were talking about. They just kept asking someone else what to do and didn’t want to put that in person on the phone. They refused to help me and just said they don’t know what to do.

This is our go to gym for past year now! Go to planet fitness if you want content creators n broccoli heads taking up the machines. Go to workout anytime if you want to be able to get a real workout in without all that extra BS. They have a smith machine for those not ready to grow up yet but also have free weights to bench, squat, dead lift and anything else your heart desires. They have the tanning bed and massage bed for the extras just like any other gym in the area. The staff here is only focused on making sure your needs are met. They not there to push products or stand around judging everyone who comes through the door. Also no stupid rules here… you can wear any type of shirt or bottoms you want, you can make whatever loud noise you may not be able to control without setting a dumb alarm off. O and the best thing you can go at anytime on any day n even holidays. No more losing gains because your gym isn’t ready to give you your moneys worth n force you to follow a certain schedule. Anyway there you go this is a perfect gym under new management ready to make those on their first day in the gym feel comfortable to continue to come back or provide the old gym bro the needed facility to continue his gains. Give it a try ain’t go nothing to lose! Promise you won’t go back to any other gym in the area.

New ownership has been in for less than one week. They have improved the staff and cleanliness, but I'm most looking forward to equipment improvements.

They told us it should be within a month, but they also wrote out what to expect on the whiteboard within the next month or so. I'm very excited after being a member for years and experiencing some neglect from previous management.

I do know some members have been upset about rules being enforced, but that is expected and I hope they don't give up!

Me and my family and friends have been going to this gym for around 5-6 years just for a new owner to buy it and leave the machines run down and unattended, and not only that but he was extremely rude and unhelpful. New owner has awful customer service and offers. I thought this was a franchise but he has his own rules. They don’t do the 22 dollar membership even though it’s online only the premium but they don’t even have any premium equipment. I’ve had a membership for 5 years and was always able to bring a guest but he doesn’t do that either with a premium membership. Tanning beds are awful the workout equipment is extremely weathered and falling apart. They never put the air on. Let me get started about why this place SUCKS. When I deployed to Iraq I told them to cancel my account. They didn’t, they just put a freeze on my card. So I was paying whatever service fee my entire deployment after showing them my military orders which have special rules for breaking contracts stateside. That’s not even the fun part. I went to a much better gym and a few months later workout anytime hit me up and said I hadn’t been making my payments. Even though I had gone and the worker at the time said “yeah man you’re good your account is cancelled.” Apparently not, stuff went to collections so thanks for that. So moral of the story. Incompetent workers will mess your life up and be a nuisance. Thanks this place sucks their contracts are predatory.

I have shown up on four separate occasions during "staffed" hours to try and get a membership and every time a staff member has not been present. I either see a sign that says a staff member will be gone until a certain time or I show up during the weekend during hours the door says their supposed to be open and the door is locked. A member will open the door for me and I will wait for about an hour, yet no one shows up.

I'm just trying to get a membership but the staff doesn't bother to show up to work to receive new members and make money for the gym. The owner should be aware of this to understand they are losing business.

This gym is absolutely filthy. The bathrooms haven’t been cleaned for weeks. The floors are dirty. You never see any staff working. They are usually on their phones or computers sitting in an office. I have been going here for almost two years and it has gone downhill terribly since Planet Fitness opened.

This is a great place to work out it has everything that you can possibly think of besides of not having a hack squat, but they have three half racks. But the main issue that I am seeing is the music. This place only cater to one type of music. They have no problem playing white based music but no black music and when blacked music is played it’s quickly turned off. I feel like it’s wrong. I also think it’s a slap in one workers face because I believes he’s the only black person that’s works there ,And it’s not right. 👎🏽👎🏽

Clean and well maintained equipment. The only negative so far is they only have one toilet paper dispenser in the men's locker room and it wasn't restocked. Which made for an interesting adventure into the women's locker room to restock. Since I was in thegym all by myself I had no choice. It would be nice if they added a second dispenser to the male restroom and made sure it was fully stocked at the end of the the day for us early gym go'ers

It has great equipment. The only thing is the front desk gave me wrong information and was no help me needing to cancel my membership. I had personal problems I was going through and was going to be gone for a while and needed to cancel. Tried contacting them for weeks then a man named Ryan called and offered to help and told me he'd cancel it for me personally but yet I am still being charged til this day and that was May 8th. THEY MAKE IT VERY COMPLICATED TO CANCEL I don't recommend sorry!

I started coming here back in October during one of their specials to sign up and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! It took me a while to really get back into exercising regularly again but the staff here has consistently fostered an atmosphere of support and friendship. Brandi and Jerzie are two of my favorite people that I see every day when I get here and I’m always greeted with smiling faces and familiarity. One of the best gyms I have ever been a member of. Top fitness equipment, tanning beds and hydro massage chair makes this a one stop self care facility. The awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here are fantastic, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. This gym is good until you try to cancel. Although they say everything is written in the agreement. I believe they are trying to recover lost income per the pandemic. They sent an email to me in June, I replied to that email in June cancelling, but they said they were closed so they weren't receiving emails, but they were sending them out and that's how I had their email address. They knew they received my email, but I still had to pay annual fee, and 2 additional months. To me its unfair practices. They can send out emails, but they would not accept that I sent them one back cancelling my membership*** Shame on you!!

Gym makes it difficult to cancel your membership. They try appear military friendly because the owner is military, but in reality they nickel and dime you with a start up fee, membership maintenance fee, etc. Make sure you read the fine print. I asked to cancel my membership 9 months ago and they keep coming up with excuses why they can’t. I emailed them in June to cancel and they did not respond. So I finally was able to get them to answer so they could say I have to send in a letter.

The gym equipment is nice here. However, I have had nothing but problems with the front desk. When I initially was signing up I was told inaccurate information. This meant that when I returned with my wife to sign here up, I was told I would need to pay double what I was quoted in my first conversation. After bringing this up to management I was told there is just nothing they could do about it. Needless to say I never added my wife. Then COVID hit and I had to move. I sent a notice to them that I need to cancel. They communicated well at first, but when it came time for my next payment it became oddly silent. I was charge both my next month and my annual fee. I would recommend going somewhere where they don't play games like this. The extra star is for the quality of the equipment and amenities at the gym.

Gym is clean and adequate, gets crowded around the usual hours. Poor review is due to staff's ability to give any kind of customer service when your account is involved. Needed a 6 month freeze because of military deployment they said no problem, still charged me full rate twice after freeze started, they said they would refund me and it never happened. Then when I returned I discovered they froze my account for 18 months. I waited over 2 weeks for them to take off the extension, asked them to cancel, was given an attitude at the store and was still charged again! Clearly the staff does not talk to each other and does not move quickly in resolving issues. Big Box gym memberships are notorious for this. At least the fee is cheap. Would not recommend.

I cancelled mine and my daughters memberships and 6 weeks later was still charged the monthly fee. I went in to have it fixed. The employees are rude and not there to be helpful. I was told that until recently only the owner could cancel memberships, Appartenly she barely ever shows up to her business amd choose not to take care of the cancellation. When I made a comment about that being irresponsible I was told she was about to go into labor. That is not an excuse especially when she had 6 weeks to take care of it. She has done one thing though, she has taught her employees to make excuses for her.

The hours are very convenient for me and my husband. The equipment is up to date. The staff should be there later for the members that come in the evening. My only problem is, the gym smells like food and when I leave the smell is in my clothes!!!!! I understand that it’s next to a restaurant, but who wants to smell food the entire time they’re working out?? Please do something about the venting system. Just moved to the area... and stumbled upon this gem. I've looked and shopped around to find a gym to call home, and after signing up for the free trial... I knew this was it. This. Is. By. Far. The. MOST. Affordable. Gym. In. The. Area!!! Finding a gym where you feel comfortable... I mean, really comfortable is... difficult to say the least. Erin and Jequawn are always smiling everyday I come in. They greet me like a friend and are incredibly sweet. They're always keeping the space clean and sanitized, putting free weights back... and really being attentive to everyone's needs. When I first started coming in.. I had some trouble adjusting machines (as you know... every gyms machines height and size adjustments adjust differently-same concept, but certain tweaks are different) and they were so sweet to come and help me get the machines to fit - me. It's a great feeling to move and then fall into place at a gym... where that comfort level is there automatically. Also a big positive... you can work out anytime!
