This isn't just any place you go to workout. It also became my little sanctuary. If you want to reach your ideal shape, you have a trainer there to give you advice on how to reach your goals. The atmosphere is clean, friendly and uplifting. The restrooms are neat as a pin and the showers are great! The best part of a hard workout was the hydro massage chair! Best little secret in town! Open 24 hours so anytime is good to go!

I just celebrated 5yrs at WOA. I’ve been a member since January of 2020. Nothing & I mean NOTHING beats the convenience of being able to workout literally ANYTIME I need to hit the gym. Very dissatisfied with this place! I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for OVER A YEAR! I did exactly what was required, filled out the cancellation form, ON 2 OCCASIONS but monthly fee continued to be deducted from my account. I’ve called several times, with the manager stating the cancellation form could not be found and I would need to come in and fill out another. A time was given to arrive and fill out and I was told the manager stepped out for a few minutes. SAME STORY EACH TIME I ARRIVED THEREAFTER!! now I am being charged 29, as well as 49. This is unbelievable!!!!! Very unprofessional and unethical! I will be taking different action!

Hope you don’t plan on canceling your overinflated priced account, because they’re gonna charge you an additional monthly charge even though you cancelled your membership in advance of the monthly bill. Terrible place to sign up. Beware of the contract fee they have in place. Manager must be there to cancel the contract (but just hasn't been there the 3 times I've been by to cancel my club fees.) The alternative to that, if you moved (which is what has happened in my case) is to send a letter in with too much personal information for something that is, by no means necessary for a gym. Finally took action on stopping payments differently after being fed up for the last time by them. Please, do better. You are not necessary to my well being and it should not be this difficult to get out of a gym contract.

Equipment is great, but beware they try to charge almost double what the original agreement is. And then when you try to cancel your membership because they tried to charge 78$ when my app said it would be $40 on top of the 30$, they say you have to come do it in person. so you go up there and instead of canceling it like you asked they just freeze your account instead of actually canceling it. Worst gym membership i’ve ever had such a scam.

The facility itself is nice. Be aware that it is not truly month to month. They scam you in the fine print. I signed up while home on leave on multiple occasions letting the staff know that I was only in town for a week or two at a time. My most recent time, October 2022, the staff did not cancel my membership as they should have and then set my account as delinquent and sent it to a debt collector. So I was on the hook for $255 because I wasn't able to cancel in person because I was out of the country.

Very dirty. The locker room is complete trash and hasnt been cleaned in probably 2 yrs (cobwebs on the walls / shower stalls filthy). Morning staff are unhelpful and eat cereal on the gym floor while talking to customers with a company shirt on (says he doesnt clock in until 0900 to come back for any questions). very disappointed.

P.S. I never leave reviews but this place needs a visit by the Caldwell County Health Dept.

Joined about a week ago, been 3 times. Everytime I go the vibe is good. Everyone seems to be genuinely having a good time, and helping each other. Some of the reviews on here say that the gym is dirty, but I go during non staffed hours and it is still pretty much spotless. Also love that everyone I see utilizes the sanitization stations after each machine use.

**I called and was told by 2 different employees the ONLY plan you offer is $29.99 with $99 up front. There was no option for $19.99 and that was confirmed by your own employees.

They should probably take down the huge advertisement for $19.99 a month that is still up for people to see when the real price is $29.99 a month with a big upfront cost. When I joined before they had added random charges to my account and made it a huge hassle to cancel my membership.

5 stars if you'll install some exhaust fans in the locker rooms/bathrooms. Good machines, great hours, but the ventilation is lacking, especially in the locker rooms.

Edit: still no exhaust ventilation, and sanitation is getting worse. It's hot and smells horrible in the locker room. Trash can overflowing. This pic was taken at 6 AM on a Wednesday.

I started at this gym and was completely happy with the service and staff. Time went by and staff slowly started to change. Things progressively got worse. No paper towels to clean machines without walking all the way across the gym, waiting for at least 15 minutes at the front desk to even ask to lay in a tanning bed, and just over all became very rude workers. I got walked in on while I was in the tanning bed. (YES I locked the door even double checked it) When telling the lady at the front desk I got laughed at. After complaints and talking to the manager. Got told oh must’ve been a faulty lock!! I actually got told that by both men managers. After talking with my husband and hearing managements response to the issue I thought it best to just cancel my membership as I am no longer comfortable using there facilities. Manger and assistant manger, and another manager (maybe district) assured me they would cancel my membership for free. A couple months go by and I am now being charged again because they didn’t cancel my account they just suspended it in hopes I would change my mind. So now not only have I been humiliated and lied to by this staff. My bank account is now going to over draft due to not budgeting for that expense, that wasn’t suppose to be there. I never leave reviews but I just feel like this is not an okay situation, and I wouldn’t want someone else to have this kind of experience!!! Please be careful using this facility!!!! I will never return!!

P.S.The music plays so loud that if you did get walked in on (your in a gym with a lot of men that workout) no one will be able to hear you yell for help!!!! IMO

Workout Anytime is a place I can be myself and feel supported along the way. People that work there like Jacob have helped me meet my goals, stay consistent and see my development coming into fruition and it’s exciting to come to the gym having those things in mind and having people in your corner to help realize your goals. So at first I called to ask about some of my wife's account details. I found out about some issues with her and my account. Previously someone had made a mistake on my account and my wife's account and in result the employment was terminated. Luckily I had the privilege of speaking with Jacob whom recently had started working there again, luckily he knew EVERYTHING about the computer and account side he promptly fixed my wifes and my account. Honestly if not for Jacob and his professionalism, I would have left. But He and only he, took his time to fix every single detail I had the slightest of an issue with. Therefore Jacob kept me and my wife as clients, and I will also refer my friends as long as he works there. The store has on their door, "Mon-Thurs 9-9" yet when i come in before 9 to use the tanning bed, 8/10 nobody is working. It's ridiculous that I have to wonder if I'm gonna be able to go tan even though it's mid afternoon because the workers there seem to never want to come in. They need to do better or I'm gonna find somewhere else with tanning beds and at a cheaper cost because it's unfair in all honesty.

I have been trying to cancel my membership with Workout Anytime in Lenoir, NC since November 2020. Every person I talk to gives me different information. I was told it was finally canceled in February of 2021 and found out they've continued charging me $29.99 every month since. Now, 4 months later, they refuse to give me a refund and are asking me to provide a notarized letter in order for the charges to stop occurring each month.

The facility itself was always in good shape, but the customer service has been absolutely horrible.

Really started taking my fitness seriously this year and couldn't have picked a better place to start my journey. This place is very clean with sanitation bottles everywhere for you to sanitize your equipment, the bathrooms always smell great and are well kept.
The trainers are so nice and are there to help you with whatever questions you got.
Just a shout out to coach Trinity my personal trainer he's helped me beyond belief from nutrition to the perfect workouts to get me in the direction im wanting to go with my body very friendly energetic and motivating guy.
All these trainers are great though and are there to help. Also the people at the gym are very friendly and most just mind their own business. I recommend this place to everyone.

Impossible to cancel. Driven up 2 times (40 mins 1 way) in a month to try to cancel and the first time was basically begged into staying, drove up today and was told I need to come back thursday to cancel.
