I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for over a year. No one helps. They can’t even find my cancellation request and now I have a lawyers office trying to sue me over $100. Complete joke and this facility is absolutely subpar.

Friendly staff. Two Olympic platforms and is basically a ghost town during non peak hours which is great. Dumbells go up to 120 lbs and I really like the hydro massage and massage chair. Some locations have vitamin d light and red light therapy. If this location go those I'd give them 6 stars.

Pretty cool gym. Staff members are chill and often very helpful with any questions you may have. Most seem endearing when conversing vs. just being nice becos they're paid for it. Back in October, I had to have an emergency surgery and couldn't come in for a while during the healing process. After being cleared to lift again, I called to make sure my account was good to go, and Cole asked about my well-being post-surgery. Super sweet people. :)

Great looking gym and equipment. However I was in town to visit family for a week and asked about my options. I was told I could have a week trial if I were to leave a 5 star review on Google. After 3 days my FOB stopped working and I was no longer able to access the gym. What is upsetting is I had no issue paying for a week pass but the only real option I was given was the Google review. This is not how you conduct business. Asking for a 5 star review and promising a trial period before people have even had a chance to test the gym. Not to mention the lack of tour or a walk-through of the facilities or services offered. I would not recommend this gym, especially when my experience in the past with local competitors such as Redline has been a night-and-day difference.

I have had several memberships over the years and I have to say that I really enjoy Workout Anytime over most of the others. Ample parking, secure for after hours workouts, plenty of cardio equipment so you're not fighting to get something nor rubbing elbows.
Showers, hot box sauna, lockers and a water station to refill and rehydrate. They have two different massage chairs, the hydro-massage being my favorite. Also a stand up and lay down tanning booth.

The weight equipment is new, functional and clean. Free weights and machines with plenty of both so you're not waiting on something. If you do wait it isn't long.

The staff is friendly, they all say hello when you come in or cross your path and I have yet to leave and not be told to have a good day. The facility is welcoming and you don't feel judged whatsoever. There are several personal trainers as well if you need guidance.

Overall I love the place and glad I went with then over other gyms closer to me.

I truly cannot speak highly enough about this gym, but even more so the people within. From day one, after being greeted by the sweetest kiddo helping advertise outside, to the owners, and the staff - (shoutout to Michael for coming through with all the answers) I have nothing but amazing things to say. As someone who is chronically ill and sick often, the gym had become daunting, but Katie(owner) & Faith both have gone above and beyond for me. From simple talks to helping answer questions I never even thought I would have myself, I will rave about this place forever. The equipment is awesome, and the sauna is simply saving my whole life. I'm glad I dropped Planet Fitness and switched. I was having to drive a half hour regardless of which PF I visited and Workout Anytime is almost the same price as the Black Card membership at PF was, has all the same amenities, less crowded, and more convenient. This is hands down the nicest and most complete gym I’ve ever been to. It has every piece of equipment one could hope for, and it’s all in incredibly nice shape.

But the equipment alone is not why I am giving it 5 stars—the staff is who earn that distinction. Although I was there on just a week pass, I got to know Faith, Uriel, Michael, and Katie. They’re all so knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, hard working, and kind. It’s exactly the kind of environment that everyone from beginners to dedicated gym rats will love.

The only downside about working out there is that I had to leave at the end of the week. If only I could take the gym and staff home with me!

During Pre-Sale Jana spoke to me and explained to me thoroughly the process of joining the Gym! I came a little later and Landon was able to give me a tour of the gym and the equipment they have. Very clean facility and friendly staff. Jana was able to help me become a member today and I can’t wait to start working out again.

I have been on a health journey since April and wanted to join a gym but was nervous. It can be intimidating but not at this place. This has been the best decision I could have made. When I first met Jana, I felt at ease and like I belonged here. She’s been a great cheerleader for me. The owners Matt and Katie are so down to Earth and I feel welcome everytime I come here. Michael has been great too and is quite knowledgeable. This place is amazing, has everything for all levels of fitness. Great place to work on physical and mental health.

I haven’t signed up for a membership just yet, but I would feel incomplete to not give a 5 star review!!! Uriel, who works at the front desk, happily gave me a tour of facility, provided insight on certain machines and products, and best of all took the time to sit with me and genuinely listen to my situation. Other than the fantastic customer service, the facility offered a clean and space-friendly environment. The equipment was welcoming to both beginners and veterans in the gym, and the perks that come along with the membership are nothing to gloss over. I look forward to my next visit!!

Uriel was the best person to work with. He knew exactly what he was talking about and was the kindest and easiest person I’ve ever worked with. The gym is amazing 10/10 and Matt and Katie (the owners) are so cool and down to earth I love it all
