What a treasure of a gym here in Thomasville! If the bar in cheers was a gym this would be the place! Every time you come in and leave Jeydi (pronounced Haiti) is so nice to greet you by name and tell you have a good day, she really sets the tone! All the staff has been so nice the equipment is clean and new with an excellent variety! This is my new go to gym in Thomasville hands down! I've dropped going to the YMCA for this spot and haven't regretted it at all! They have an excellent selection of free weights, machines, cardio equipment along with a sauna, tanning bed, and red light bed to boot! I'm sure I missed a few things but they did really well packing a lot of greatness in a small location!

I love the fact that I can fulfill my exercise Daily regardless of the schedule, super organized every day towels & bathrooms clean , the workers very friendly and reliable do not forget to take your personal classes with Janae is very strong with the exercises but they are very effective lol jk very professional 10/10 recommended

Love this gym! Super close to my home, always clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Love that you can workout on your schedule and feel safe and secure in the building after staffed hours. Lots of extra perks for the membership and the WA app is very helpful!! This gym is by far the best I’ve gone too. It’s never really busy. Everyone there is super friendly and inviting. It’s clean and all the amenities offered are great. On top of that it’s literally up the road from my house so it’s just very convenient.

Anyone looking for a relaxed and comfortable home welcoming and home feeling place then this gym is definitely the best place around town hands down to be at environment wise overall is the spark and vibe of the building as soon as you enter those doors!!!!
