I have always thought I could lose the weight on my own as I had done so in the past. However, I found myself unable to lose the weight nor motivated to do so. I knew I needed to change and thank goodness I found Michael. There aren't enough stars to rate him. He is a wonderful personal trainer. Through his motivation, encouragement, and guidance, I am working on losing the weight. I recommend him to anyone - fit or working towards fit. He is the best!

Michael is wonderful to work with! I’ve used him as my personal trainer for many months now and he has helped me reach many of my goals of loosing weight. Michael is such a knowledgeable guy about building your body and knows just the right amount to push without causing damage or injury. I have never gone to a trainer before this and seeing the results every week makes it all worthwhile... Not to mention he makes the workouts fun. Great for beginners as well as experienced lifters. I was looking for a personal trainer in my area that took training seriously, so I reached out to Your Fitness Solutions for a consultation. I met with Michael and worked out with him and I was impressed. He pushed me to my limit by challenging me and I knew I had found the right trainer for me! I signed up with YFS and I have been working towards my fitness goals ever since
. I have started to gain muscle and my body is starting to shape nicely. I was also provided with a nutrition plan along with work out plans on the days I don't meet with Michael. This allows me to also take control of my work out routine and hold myself accountable in order to reach my goal. When first looking for a trainer we had a hard time finding the right fit. Since our son is 13 years old we were looking for someone who would be able to teach him the right techniques and focus on the importance of safety. Jack is a hockey player who needed to work on strength and endurance. After our first session we knew right away we had the perfect trainer. Mike is very personable and hit it off with our son right away. Jack looks forward to going to each session. Mike knows how to motivate and is always encouraging. He relates to our son and is happy for his successes. It has been seven months and we have seen amazing results. Jack has gained 20 pounds in muscle and is in the best shape he has ever been. It makes a difference training with a professional who understands technique and the physiology of the body. He teaches what muscles they are working and the benefits of each.
We highly recommend Mike Palevo as a personal trainer if you really want to see results.

Michael is not only knowledgeable but also very encouraging whether you are a teenager or granddad like me, he knows what limits to take one to. Upon moving to Raleigh I wanted a trainer and atmosphere that wasn’t like 90% of the gyms out there and he provides that. If you’re on the fence post or toying with the idea of getting back in the gym MICHAEL Is your answer. His devotion to his wife and the Lord speak to his character which is hard to find these days. I have already lost 20 lbs. and I haven’t felt this good in years. In my case I want to keep up with my grandkids as they grow but having kids who were college and pro athletes if you have kids he is the kind of man you want training them. Thank you Michael.

This is a great place to workout!! If you are looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, experience, great communication, great quality, clean place to workout and know how to motivate you this is the place to come!! Michael has been awesome, I can say he knows how to deal with your different needs and wants and as we know getting in shape is not an easy task is a process, but he made it easier and fun!! Unfortunately we were with him in this gym for over 4 months before we moved away, we miss him and his gym and we are trying to keep up with the workouts he prepared for us to continue feeling good and staying healthy. We truly appreciated all his dedication to make my hubby a believer again and his passion for make it happen all those months we were there! Thank you Michael !!!

As someone who is older and with very little gym/exercise experience, I was quite hesitant to sign up for a personal trainer. However, Michael was just incredible. His passion shows in all he does. He customized my workouts and helped me see the beauty in small improvements each week. He is kind and encouraging but also fun and engaging. The gym itself is wonderful. I thought I would be self conscious, but it's a perfect environment. You absolutely can not go wrong by signing up with Michael. I wish that I had known what a great experience this was going to be because I certainly would have done it much sooner. 10 stars!!

I began working with Michael Palevo about 7 weeks ago, and I have had an outstanding experience with him in such little time! I was in search of a personal trainer to quickly prepare me/put me on a workout routine that I can take to college so I can confidently and properly workout independently with the motivation to do so. When having my consultation with Michael, I told him my goals and he has provided me with a plan that has helped me reach those goals to set me up for success! He also set me up on a nutrition plan that went along with my workout plan so I could have the results I was seeking. Michael is very professional, patient, and encouraging, and he never fails to push me to work my absolute hardest. I have all my trust Michael as my trainer and know that he is educated in proper alignment and how to prevent injury. One morning during one of my sessions, I had back pain from a car trip the day before, and Michael worked around my back pain to help alleviate it but still make the most of a workout! The environment of the gym is extremely welcoming and comforting. I would undoubtedly recommend Michael to anyone who is interested in a personal trainer no matter what your goal is!

I went to see Michael for help in starting a fitness program. I’ve never been a regular exerciser, I didn’t know anything about lifting weights, but I knew strength training is an important part of any fitness regime. Michael helped me learn how to use the equipment, learn what kinds of exercises were best for my fitness level, he provided tailored workout plans that I could use on my own and he motivated me to work hard to reach my goals. The Wake Forest location is very clean, never overly busy, and Michael was always prompt, positive, professional and very knowledgeable. It has been gratifying to see my own progress and I look forward to continuing to work with Michael towards my goals.

After 6 months working from home in 2020, I decided it was time to see a trainer. Michael was the first person to respond and reached out immediately to chat. Right away I could see his energy and passion for Personal Training, Fitness & Nutrition. I’ve now been working with Michael for 3.5 months, and my husband and two of our friends have started seeing him too.
What we love about Michael: He tailors our regiments to our body types to help us get the fastest results. He's invested a lot in his education, with two Masters in exercise physiology and biomechanics, and so he is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to help us understand the right positioning and what muscles we are strengthening with each movement. He pushes us to our limits, but not past our limits which is what I found my past trainers did. He reads us very well and we get the most out of our workouts without killing us. He’s also an absolute blast which makes me look forward to going back twice a week – with other trainers, I didn’t last long. Amazing experience aside, I’m seeing RESULTS! I recently had some pictures taken on a holiday and shared with family/friends. Many haven’t seen me due to the pandemic but they all noticed the difference, and I could see the difference! I’ve toned up and I feel great. I’ve learned so much and hopefully one day I’ll be able to go on my own, but until then, I’m so glad I found Michael!!

Michael Palevo does a great job personalizing the program to match the client's strength and endurance capacities, while effectively challenging the client towards measurable progress. Michael trained my husband and me during the same weekly session and adjusted our routines (and diets) accordingly to accommodate our physiological differences and myriad of injuries. In a nutshell, Michael cares about his client's success.

Michael is a pro. I have had about 10 classes with Michael over the course of the month and I’ve already seen results. Michael works with you to best understand your goals and builds a plan to help you achieve them.
I have a busy schedule and Michael always works around what’s best for you. His meal plan helps me stay on top of the diet and definitely keeps me in check throughout the week. Can’t recommend him enough if you’re looking for personal training services in the Triangle area!

Michael doesn’t disappoint! I’ve been having problems with my shoulder for a while (not workout related) and it was more evident as we added weights to my workouts. He recommended a chiropractor who has now been treating me for a month. During that time, Michael tailored my workouts based on my visits with the chiropractor. Today was the first day we’ve done a push workout in a month and it was great!!! Michael’s knowledge and his dedication to your overall health is why he should be your trainer.

I’ve been training with Michael for 2 months now and love working out with him! His workouts are never the same and he truly knows when and how to push you to challenge yourself. The best part is after he pushes your muscles to their limits he uses a massage therapy gun to help with recovery... it’s a game changer! The gym is super clean and all the equipment is in great condition. I have tried just about every gym and group class in the Wake Forest/North Raleigh area and have gotten more from my sessions with him than anywhere else... I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a personal workout and nutrition program!

Michael is a great trainer and encourager! He really knows what he's talking about. There's been many instances where he's corrected my form with something simple and I could tell I was getting more out of each movement. It made me feel better about working out knowing I was being taught proper form and technique. I don't feel like I'm wasting time when I work out because of my lack of knowledge.
