When we travel in our camper van, we use Anytime fitness to shower. This facility was absolutely the cleanest, nicest gym that we have been in! And we have traveled all over the United States. Thanks for maintaining an A+ facility.

Make sure you pay attention and ask lots of questions during sign up. This is not a membership you can drop anytime. This actually has a yearly renewal and trying to stop early is like trying to break a lease. If you want out you have to pay for around 3.5 months worth of membership.

Do not trust these people they just want to steal your money. I’ve tried to cancel my services and they keep ignoring my requests and I haven’t used their services in a few months now. Don’t come here unless you plan to give them money monthly for the rest of your life.

Brady was absolutely awful to work with lied to me several times throughout the signing process with being able to bring guests with charges me 10 dollars everytime I bring my girlfriend when he stated she could come with for free. When I went to leave a review lied to me about what location he worked at.

Awesome gym, I travel a lot and have seen many Anytime Fitness gyms and this one is #1. Clean, plenty of equipment, great variety for a complete workout wether it be strength training or cardio. Thank you to the managers/owners for taking pride in providing a great experience.

I was so happy with this place cause it awesome, I had a communication issue with the staff but I called and Ms.Molly took care of everything. Even made sure that when I’m well enough to go back into the gym I’ll have an appointment with Vinny to be shown how do use all the equipment properly. Thanx Molly

I visited this gym a few times while visiting family. The nicest Anytime out of the 30+ I have been to. Would recommend checking it out. I can not speak to the staff as I just came in and left but from facilities alone I was very impressed.

Good, clean gym, not too busy at night, and very helpful staff. It's a small place, so if it's busy you might be waiting for some machines and benches but that's why it's ANYTIME -- you go when it's not busy and get your routine done.

As a member of Anytime Fitness I’ve been to several gym. This gym has a large bank of south facing windows and a lot of natural light. Great equipment for lifting or cardio, several training rooms and staff that keep the place clean. It is my favorite location.

Not a bad gym. Always hard to get a full workout in in a reasonable amount of time because people camp out on equipment for ridiculous amounts of time and don’t put away their weights so it’s hard to tell what’s in use. Pre-Covid asking to “work in” would have to some small extent solved this (except rarely are two people working with the same weights), but in today’s world with the new etiquette, it’s hard to know if you can. Still overall a decent gym. Also priced closer to a “specialty” gym without offering anything other gyms don’t.

Worst gym experience I've ever had. The staff are all pushy and extremely motivated to... Make money rather than help their clients. I was lied to on 3 different issues about the end of my membership whvih had come months ago.
I expect quality customer service and they fail at that. Negative stars if I had the option.

Having only gone to about 2 other gyms this Anytime Fitness has been by far the best experience. It feels like entire staff is cheering you on every time you walk in the building and genuinely cares about your fitness goals and progress. Highly recommend to anyone especially gym newcomers like myself, they'll get you on track and help you every step of the way!

This gym is clean, bright and not too crowded. Good selection of equipment. To me the membership price seems a little high, but I guess the benefit is you can go anytime. It has everything you would need out of a gym. Bathrooms, showers, tanning etc.

North Bismarck location is is dirtier than the south one. It has an odd odor, similar to it not being cleaned in awhile. The showers and bathrooms seem to only get cleaned once a month. Will be driving across town to the south anytime fitness for the cleaner facility.

I had a very similar experience with what I believe to be the same person... there is a fellow who works here he seems to watch everyone like a prison warden. He likes to try and be intimidating and he does approach people in a very very militant fashion. I find this to be petty and pathetic and members/ customers should not have to be subservient to this man's desperate need to feel big.

I'll make it as simple as possible

Guy that was working (claims to be a manager) at 6pm on 11/8/17 looms over the gym like a bouncer, always trying to be intimidating and macho-because he's a bitter little man full of insecurities... well he approached me in a very demanding and disrespectful way, which , I do admit, I responded with a (leave me alone) attitude that could be considered "unfriendly "... this was in response to being immediately under his gaze the minute I stepped into gym... he demanded that I go back outside and reswipe my key fob for some reason, which I reluctantly did. As I was doing so I gave this guy a piece of my mind, last time I checked , that was not illegal. It felt like he was harassing me and is exactly what I told him . I simply said you are harassing me for absolutely no reason... but I went outside and swiped the key anyways and he followed me the whole way is if I was some sort of interloper. This guy gave me attitude and I gave it back to him. Well, he told me that I needed to leave, and that if I didn't leave he was going to call the cops. And he did. Cops came and didn't give a damn about my side of the story. I continually asked to speak to a manager or supervisor or superior and was told that I needed to leave.

Advice to management... if you're going to automatically approach customers/members with an attitude...then don't get offended when they give that back to you. And don't call the cops to have them removed because that's just petty
