I really liked this gym. It is very big. Huge!
There is a lot of different and cool equipment, which allows you to train 100%. Very clean! Lots of light, which allows you to feel like a super fitness model!!!

I would give less than one star if I could. I have tried to cancel my membership since September of 2023 when it expired. I moved out of state and was told to cancel I need to send back my key fobb. Then I tried canceling again in November when I finally got a hold of a person I was told they need a 30 day cancelation notice so I would be charged one final time and I was suppose to receive a email. They decided to charge me twice and told me that they charge bi-weekly and because I'm still in the 30 day cancelation they have the right to charge me. Seriously... that's not what you said the first time and when i finally received my cancelation letter on 12/13/23 after I just spoke with the employee my signature was forged on the document. Seriously dude

This place went downhill so fast with their newest manager. I've been a member for two years, and I had to cancel because of the terrible service from both the trainers and the manager. They're hiring college students who are constantly rescheduling training appointments, sometimes several days in a row. The manager repeatedly ran me in circles when I tried to cancel my subscription, freezing the payments instead of taking me off the list so that I would get charged a month later. This place has cheap rates because the employees don't take people seriously. Go elsewhere.

I had an absolutely awful experience at. This location Brady lied about being able to use guests passes when my boyfriend signed up and charges us 10 dollars everytime I go with him when he said he could bring me with completely free.

After nearly ten years of commuting to this gym, I can say that this facility is becoming a nonrelevant competitor of other gyms in Bismarck.

I constantly see an increase of things going downhill: Broken treadmills, broken kettlebell racks, busted attachment racks, dirty men’s facilities and so much more.

I find it dumbfounding to see my monthly bills increase over time and see no effort of capital expenditure to upkeep a baseline experience.

I have canceled my membership and now I’m being penalized for doing such a thing.

Great place, friendly staff and equipment has been kept up, certain times of the day or night where the gym is a ghost town or 3-4 people and has it's rush hours like right around every one getting off work, price isn't bad there is cheaper BUT!! it's a good price for the fact you can workout when..... ANYTIME!!! PUN INTENDED.

Worse than 1. This is a horrible gym. They will lie to you and tell you that you can cancel then not let you. I was a member for over two years and paid on time via auto bank withdrawal. I cancelled after two years and two months and they still try to take my money. They are still adding money and trying to collect it through a collection agency. I had to stop payment from my bank. The manager is extremely rude and will not answer questions as to how the bill continues to grow. This is a horrible gym. Do not sign a contract!!!!

I have tried cancelling my membership many times before they told me that I couldn’t cancel my membership till 2024. I was originally told that I could cancel it whenever I wanted! I hate this place and haven’t been here in months so now I have to pay a membership at a gym that I don’t want to attend anymore. DONT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!!

Do not sign a contract here. I am current military and was told the contract was flexible in my situation by management when signing up. I gave a very early notice that I was moving away for active duty service along with my orders. I was assured by management that it was all good and taken care of. Now I'm finding out that they have been trying to charge me the regular membership fee, as well as some kind of regular $300 recurring payments. I've heard a lot of bad things about this location after the fact, and I would not recommend giving them the ability to charge your bank account.

Horrible experience at this anytime fitness gym. I was completely misled when signing up for a gym membership. I was told I could cancel or freeze at any time, only to find out I was locked into a 2 year contract I have never seen. There have been so many lies from management throughout this process. They refuse to contact me and help resolve this unfortunate circumstance. It's not always the situation that matters, it is the response to the situation that makes the biggest difference. Clearly they only care about taking my money. If you care about your physical and mental health, do not get a gym membership here!!

Got conned into signing a contract a couple years ago under the impression that it was suitable for those who travel for work— I would spend 6 months in Bismarck then the rest of the year in Clear Lake Iowa and was told that there was an anytime fitness there. Got to clear lake and it was closed permanently But it said on google that it was open and running. Tried cancelling & could not because my permanent address that i spend a few days at a year was 22 miles from an anytime fitness. My temporary was FIFTY miles, was supposed to be 2 but I was lied to, but that wasn't enough in spite of it being their mistake. More like their lie. So recognizing that they were conwomen who had me hook line and sinker i bit the bullet and paid for the membership for the rest of the year and now Im trying to cancel now that my contract is up but Im still being charged and have had my phonecalls and voicemails ignored for two weeks. I also sent a letter as it states in the contract but cannot talk to anyone to see if my request will be honored.

Absolutely disgusting business ethics. Do not support these crooks, support your local gym. There is one less than a mile away with much better amenities and a less cult-like atmosphere.

By far the best place around. This is new location for me,I have been there only for a couple days it’s mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the Chelsea management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anytime fitness sauth to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility .Thank you guys for making me feel like home, keep up the good work!!!

I like this gym, I have been a member for a few years. Staff is so friendly, other members are considerate. I only wish it had a track. It does have plenty of cardio machines, it has weight lifting machines, free weights, and more. Tanning beds are available, they are small lay down beds, but they are well cleaned and maintained. I recommend this place.

Have never had to wait for a machine and the place is clean for the most part. Staff there are friendly and helpful when needed. There is a wide variety of people that go to this gym and everyone seems to keep to themselves.....which is why I choose to drive all the way across town to this gym and not just go to the north one. 😉

Walked in wanting a gym membership and was greeted with a friendly face. Jessie the manager offered me a tour and gave a very in depth tour around the gym. What i loved what that upon signing up, she went over the whole contract with me so i knew exactly what i was being charged for and when. She definitely didn’t try to screw me over like i felt when i walked into golds!
