Kayla at Mind and Body boxing is an absolute pleasure to work with. She makes working out enjoyable! The time passes so quickly! Kayla is very encouraging and does a great job building upon your foundation no matter if you are just starting or if you have been doing it for years. The gym is very welcoming! We recently have started family classes and my daughter Is also loving it! Would highly recommend Mind and Body Boxing!!!!

Kayla is very knowledgeable and makes class so enjoyable. The environment at Mind and Body Boxing is very welcoming and relaxed. As someone who has been out of any group fitness classes for quite some time….. I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about attending class. Afraid I might not be able to fit in, or keep up with others, but Kayla made me feel as ease!! Her instructions were easy to follow. She gave modifications for each move, encouraging new participants like me :) and challenging modifications for those that regularly attend her classes. I was surprised that I was able to do the entire class with everyone else! During her instruction, she is encouraging and giving positive feedback. I highly recommend giving one of Kayla’s classes a try!!!

I absolutely LOVE Mind and Body Boxing! This is been the best outlet for my physical health but the change it has done to my mental health is crazy. When your boxing, your mind does not have time to think about anything else going on…just the next punch. Physically it has made me so much stronger (in lots of different ways) which lead to me not needing physical therapy!

Wow where do I begin? When I started with Kayla I could only do one push up. I have lost 30lbs. I am stronger. No knee pain. But best of all it has been so good for my mental health. Kayla makes working out fun. I have met great people and formed freindships with the other clients.
