The gym is great to include the phenomenal staff that run it. Korbin is an exceptional trainer and he really puts in the time and energy for his clients. When he’s not with clients, he dedicates some of that time to gym-goers. He is friendly, welcoming, and has a plethora of experience. Alexa is personable and works hard to help you make the right decisions to reach your fitness goals. I felt very comfortable coming here and I feel like I’ll be coming back for a long time.

People keep bringing their kids to the gym and it’s happening often enough that I don’t believe the staff is doing anything about it. I saw a girl who couldn’t be older than 10 completely fall off a treadmill while her mom took selfies on the other side of the gym and toddlers messing around with weighted equipment. Staff needs to start checking cameras from 8pm-10pm.

Great gym and great staff. The gym is clean and they encourage disinfecting after every use. They have equipment for every need and level of strength. Adults of all ages are welcome and so far everyone seems respectful and polite.
I also do personal training and have enjoyed Drew and Chad. They respect my decision to decline certain activities but yet are very encouraging to try new things. I highly recommend this gym.

Update* Things were resolved by higher ups and I was allowed to do the 20% buyout and still use my remaining sessions, as before I was unable to do so. I still do not recommend doing training for the amount of hassle this has caused me. *

To start, this is nothing against the trainer, Chad or the GM at all. They have been nothing but great. My complaint is who is in charge of training and above them. I have been a very active member at this gym. I decided to join group training and absolutely loved it. When doing this, Drew knew I was planning to move in the future months being around 6-9 months later. I then became injured, and had to take a month off. They do not allow a paused payment, you continue to pay and with a doctors note you have longer time to use up your sessions (I’m moving. This doesn’t help me) frustrated with the loss, I just accepted it. I then got back into it and Chad’s group schedule changed to mornings only. I have a job, I could not make these times. Frustrated because now I’m behind 20+ paid for sessions and zero way to make them up. The trainer was out for medical reason, he’s also taken vacations etc making every single person in training behind on sessions! I know every person in group. WERE ALL BEHIND. Finally, schedule was changed and I was able to come again. I then became pregnant and there was just no way I could handle group training. It was too much and unsafe for me being pregnant. Well, they let me switch to personal training, paying for 2 sessions a week for 30 minutes. I was paying $180 for 3 a week at an hour down to 2 a week for $160. Again another huge loss for me but at this point I needed to save money because there was zero way I was making these sessions up with myself moving. Slowly, making up sessions where I’m about 15 behind due to no fault of my own. To verify this equals out to $600 worth of sessions and only reason I’ve caught up is I’m doing double sessions. Finally, its moving time. I let Drew know immediately I’m moving and where to and now told bc there’s a location 20 miles away from my new home I cannot do the 20% cancellation and now required to pay 50% !! This location is 55 minutes away from my work and 25 minutes from my house. Who would drive that for the gym?? Especially pregnant! Not only am I out $600 now I’m out another $880!!! There is absolutely zero understanding or care with how much you spend. They already got $600 of services paid for that I cannot use and now they want more. I get there was things that were out of zero our control but what about injury with a doctors note? Them changing their schedule to where I couldn’t come anymore due to no fault of my own and now their moving policy is absurd!! I was willing to pay the 20% after all of the BS and they said nope, let’s screw her over even more. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TRAINING IT IS A SCAM. I have had multiple people tell me this. One girl has been on bed rest for pregnancy since like 20 weeks, still paying, another guy lost his job, zero remorse. Out on injury, doesn’t matter. Your husband passed away and he was paying, don’t matter you’re going to collections. They do not care about you as a person and they will take your last dollar if they can!

Great gym! I have been working with Chad as my trainer for a little over a year. I can see how much stronger and healthier I have become. He’s great at pushing you to do your best and a little beyond. I would definitely recommend!

The gym is always clean and the staff is always friendly. My husband and I have been working out with Chad, our personal trainer, for two years. We always have an amazing experience and he works with you on what you are looking for in your body and the goals you want to achieve. He always has great workouts and he will be there to guide you and cheer you on even when you don’t feel like you can do it. I would recommend him to anyone!

I was paying for my daughters monthly membership. She decided she didn't want to belong any longer. They made her come in and sign a cancelation notice.....Ok, whatever. They then let her know it would take 30 days to cancel. Just a way of getting another months payment out of her. Shady business practices. Buyer beware.

Instead of treating people fairly I guess it is more important to scam you on the way out the door. She could have possibly returned, but certainly not now.

Has all the equipment you need, good showers. Spacious in comparison to other anytime clubs. Only bad part is that you would think with the temperature below freezing outside they wouldn’t have 6 fans blowing at full speed but, no that’s not the case. Almost as cold as it is outside as it is inside

Worst place ever. I started at Anytime Fitness in 2017 in preparation for boot camp. When I left for boot camp they promised to pause my membership for the duration, and after my schooling I got orders to Japan. I gave them my orders and terminated my membership, and they were still charging me after that, even when the gym was closed due to Covid. Now I have debt collectors calling me because I was unaware they were still trying to charge me. I will never return to this gym and I will not recommend this gym to anyone else. Very disappointed due to the fact that this gym is run by prior military.

The worst fitness company! Their cancelation method is the most ridiculous and they force you to jump through hoops just to cancel or they'll just keep charging you. Planet Fitness has a better method thats more customer friendly. This company over charges and just wants to take your money from you. Anytime Bucyrus recently became my home gym after I moved to the area. The gym is clean and the employees are friendly with lots of awesome equipment. Personal training or go at it on your own. Whatever you choose Anytime will work for you. Oh and it's 24/7 access!

Someone who used to have my cellphone number before it was reassigned to me has been using the number still. This place has been calling me, texting me and harassing me ever since that unknown person (I know the name just keeping it private) gave it to this place. Multiple texts back have attempted to fix it to no avail. They keep saying they'll remove my number but I get a new text or call every day! I shouldn't have to change my number because people here don't seem to understand that the phone number they have ISNT correct!

They've stated "sorry, we'll remove your number from the system so it won't happen again." Guess what? I have that screen shot as will as all my responses.

I don't go to a gym, let alone one that is about 100 miles from where I live. This has also put me off from even considering the one close to me. If they seemingly ignore the requests of a non-customer how is it once I'm there?

If these harassing calls and texts keep up, I don't know what I'll do. Actually I do, use your imagination. They'll he hearing from my lawyer soon if it don't stop as this is pure harassment plain and simple.

I moved over 80 miles and have been trying to cancel my membership. I sent in certified mail to prove my address change, then they need other info. Everytime I call its a new story. Ive been paying almost 4 extra month bc each person I talk to has a different way to cancel. Not impressed by the lack of education the staff has or the speed of reply. I keep getting promises to resolve the issue and nothing so far. Only another monthly charge.

I'm glad to see that they have changed the florescent lights.90 percent weren't working.Wish they would fix the TV's on the bikes.Both of them not working.One hasn't worked for almost 2 years,the other,around 5 or 6 months.I bringy phone in now,sick of asking to get stuff fixed.The TV's on a lot of the treadmills don't work either.Ive told Olivia,the current manager,and have told Amanda,the manager that was here before Olivia.Im pretty sure we get charged a fee to have things fixed at the fitness center.Im not sure the funds are being utilized.Thank You.

Tried to get a membership, but the staff ignored my calls and never let me inside the gym to sign up. The general manager tried to apologize to me, and claim that I never called, but I was right outside watching her through the window, ignoring my calls. I have been a member of this gym for a year and a half. I have tried to cancel five different times because I don't have time to utilize the gym. I still cannot cancel! I'm no longer in contract, but I get a run around from every person I talk to trying to cancel. I've been forced to have my bank freeze payments, while they continue to Bill me, it's bad business and I'm sorry I ever joined. I felt pushed into something I didn't want, nor could I use. It's been a lot of money wasted and a masive headache.

It’s a great place and the local staff is great but the membership is made so it’s very hard to get out of. I’m also dealing with an overcharge(for the second time in less than a year) that now has to be corrected. I will never again join a place where I can go in and sign up but have to write a letter to a different place and have it postmarked 30 days in advance to cancel. If anyone would have told me when I started that would be ok but they’re not upfront about how the membership works.
