Canceled my membership because for one there is no one ever there, the place is a wreck and dirty and bathroom doors are locked. And two, I have medical crap going on. She still has not refunded my money after almost a month. So either lazy or shady

Went through the process to cancel my membership. Sent in the form they provided along with a pay stub proving I no longer lived near an Anytime Fitness anymore. 3 years later I get a call letting me know they lied and never actually canceled my membership and my outstanding balance has been sold to a collections agency.

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning at 9:30am. It was an orientation for the 6 week challenge. Want to talk about embarrassing? No one was here to do the orientation with me. It was such a waist of my time, and it really got what hopes I had crushed. It takes a lot for me to even walk into a gym, let alone talk with a fitness coach. This is beyond unprofessional. I also would love to note that the phone number for the gym itself is humorous. You can't even leave a voice-mail because the mail box is full. Thank you so much for embarrassing me, making me a joke, and for destroying the spark I had going this morning.

I love Anytime Fitness. But at this location of the three bathrooms one was closed and locked up. One was available and was OK. The third one was available but it was missing the toilet seat. Never in my life have I actually seen that before. Then I went to get a drink of water. The first water fountain did not work at all. The second one did but at that point I decided not to even drink from it. Hopped on the treadmill for 30 minutes and I left … never to come back. I drive many thousands of miles per year and I visit many anytime fitnesses across the country. Alabama to Boston and everything in between. This was the only one I didn’t like and the only one I’ll never go back to again.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription to this gym for more than 2 months and I haven't been able to! They keep collecting my money, I don't live in the city and it is impossible to cancel it from another gym! They don't answer the phone! and when they miraculously do it, the person is not fit to do the procedure! I have called more than 30 times on different days and they don't answer! I wouldn't give it even 1 star!

Anytime Fitness scammed me...said I could stop my membership anytime and not be charged a cancelation fee per the manager since I was between jobs. I tried canceling my membership for months by leaving messages because no one would answer the phone. At last I got a hold of a new manager...he told me he would not cancel my membership unless I paid $1100. He said I had signed a 2 yr contract...which was not the agreement I had with the previous manager.

This is one of the most poorly run establishments in the Ohio Valley. I have been attempting to cancel since February, and they are impossible to reach. I’ll be filing a lawsuit for my back payments. Corporate says this is one of their worst franchisees.

First I have the best home anytime fitness I have seen, so my standards may be a bit high.
The equipment is in good shape. Sad there was no hip thrust or actual bench. However, I was able to bench on the squat racks. Overall adequate for a good burn of any variety.
Main reason only 2 stars was the cleanliness. Everything I touched left black marks. Thank goodness I already planned on a shower. Seriously Everything is dirty. Granted I came late at night but this is not filth from a few hours, this is long term built up grime from lack of cleaning. I was the only person wiping my equipment down while I was there. On top of that I had a visitor in the shower. I attached a photo. Really hope nothing got in my gym bag.

This is my “home gym” location. It used to be an alright place but recently has really gone down hill. Staff does not keep up with cleaning or maintenance at all. The bathrooms are filthy. Trash cans are constantly overflowing and left like that for days at a time. None of the machines or squat racks are bolted to the ground, so they move around. Sometimes they’re 3ft from another machine or rack, sometimes they’re just a few inches from another machine or rack. My girlfriend and I are cancelling our memberships as soon as we can. I would not recommend joining this gym. There are plenty of other places around with much better and we’ll kept facilities

I travel to a lot of anytime fitnesses. This is one of my favorite ones. They have a vending machine for drinks. They also have a lot of exercise equipment and a lot of room. More than a few bathroom so you don't have to worry about not getting into a washroom. Pretty clean facility also.

Good-sized facility for an Anytime Fitness (most are usually pretty small), always clean, lots of equipment, and awesome staff. The personal training at this location is unbeatable and I recommend Allie to anyone and everyone; she's amazing!

Me and a friend were told the key phob fee of $49.99 would pay for our first month of membership, I got billed for $45.99 2 weeks later, I tried to cancel my membership 3 days before this for other reasons and no one would answer the phone, I left my name and number at least twice and no return call, I even went to them and no one was there that could help me, it was only after the payment went through that I was finally able to get in and talk to the person who signed me up, at which I was told that I had agreed to be billed monthly, and had agreed to be charged when I was charged, (of course this was all small print) and I remembered this same person telling me that the key phob payed for that month, but when I brought that up he got defensive and disrespectful and kept saying, “ I know what I said I’d never tell you that” and “ do you really think the key phob would be that cheap?” “I deal with this stuff a hundred times a week, I know what I said”... poor customer service, terrible at getting anything productive done, and just disrespectful all around. To anyone who decides to go with this gym READ THE FINE PRINT, also record every conversation you have with the manager. Besides all that the gym itself is nice and no too crowded in the mornings, equipment is new and well maintained.

Decent gym, seems to be increasingly popular. Unfortunately, there are little things that are annoying:
-Towel racks that have been broken forever.
-I've gone for the last 5 days, 2 days in 2 bathrooms, there was no soap in the shower. And 1 of the toilets has been leaking, covering the bathroom floor each of these days.
-Someone should stop by on the weekends. Every weekend, EVERY trash bin is overflowing.
-Someone equipment has needed simple repairs for a long time. The handle on the rowing machine for example. Or some of the pulley "handles".
