Always a good workout. In a group atmosphere. We laugh, we sweat, we have fun and then we are done. All in less than 1 hour. 3 X a week. ๐๐ all ages and all body types too.

Brown Fitness and Performance has been a great experience. Coach Adam is a good coach who has helped me problem- solve when my weight loss was at a plateau. I enjoy the small group strength training and have seen great results. Last week I was able to squat 200 pounds under his direction! He is good at altering exercises when you have an injury or surgery like my knee replacement. I would highly recommend Adam as a Coach and trainer.

I have been doing a boot camp Style fitness program for 12 years now. Several of those years have been with Adam Brown Fitness. Adam has a fun yet highly structured HIIT class that targets both cardio and strength training. He has all of the equipment from dumbbells to TRX to Bosu balls and everything in between to meet your best workout possible. Adam foster's a fun family atmosphere of all ages.

Being in my 60s I find it is important to maintain flexibility as well as strength. These workouts accomplish both for me. Adam is able to adjust any of the exercises individually even in group sessions. he has a good grasp of physiology and anatomy and as a physician, I can appreciate that

Adam is a great coach, with a wealth of knowledge. That atmosphere is perfect. Only complaint is I wish there were more times to train to work around my schedule. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fitness trainer.

I have been working with Adam Brown for a couple years now and he has been an excellent trainer. His extensive knowledge of workout techniques as well as some knowledge of physical therapy has helped me have a consistent workout routine despite the presence of a prior ACL injury and some flexibility restrictions in my right shoulder. I highly recommend Adam for anyone looking to be in shape!

Take a chance with Adam Brown! I did, and I couldnโt be happier. I am a 56 year old woman that has a desk job. I sit a lot! I get winded just walking up a few stairs. Adam worked with me to get me started on the right program. I also have bad knee and he has adjusted the program for my mobility issues. After just a few weeks of working with Adam I am down almost 6 pounds and I have taken an inch off of my waistline. I feel stronger and more energetic.

Adam does an incredible job of creating a plan for me that pushes me to step out of my comfort zone. In 3 weeks I lose 3 lbs and 1/2 inch with just 2 sessions a week. 5 star great trainer !!!! He is a good listener, patient, encouraging, flexible and changes routines to keep things interesting. Adam has been my personal trainer for 3 days a week since Feb. 2019 for a total nearing 300 sessions with him. I am a 57 year old female with some physical limitations ( a compromised elbow from an accident and aggravated knees from scrambling hillsides) which he mindfully works around by changing my routines as needed. I totally recommend him !!!!! Disclaimer: I am not being paid or compensated in any way for this truthful /honest review. My comments are based on my experience with him.
