I have been a member since 6\2018 (?). I typically go to Symmes Township. Becky Mirlisena was the first instructor I had. Her attention to everyone’s form is amazing. She is hands on to ensure we maximize the Pilates methodology. I attend 6 am classes when I can, but will always go to Becky’s class. I know for certain I will be corrected to ensure I am using the correct form so I understand the how and why! Also so I don’t injure myself!!! It is Becky along with the friends/pilates family I have developed over the years that keeps me coming back. I know I speak for our 6 am classes that if Gd forbid Becky were to go elsewhere, we would follow her. Yes.. she is that good! We all trust Becky and appreciate her level of expertise.

I was 67 and had balance and vitality challenges. I attended a fitness center for a year 2-4 times a week - even with a personal trainer - I had progressed but I had hit a plateau. On a whim I tried Pilates. When I first settled in the reformer, it was like magic - I knew I belonged there. That was 7 months ago and my body and spirit are transforming- I can’t say enough positive about the staff - Dana and ALexa- and each teacher brings their expertise and creativity so classes are never boring - shout out to Lauren - Danielle - Samantha - Katie - Valerie!

I delivered a packages to this location and after standing there for a while, I was about to give up on delivering the packages and the person comes out and as I’m telling her be careful that one package is really big. She then tells me oh it’s OK. I’m a fitness coach. I’m sorry when somebody’s trying to be nice and let you know that a package is really big and to be careful. You don’t need to be all cocky you’re tinier than I am.

Pilates has been wonderful for me. It has made me stronger and has healed my lower back pain. I now have ab muscles, this is new! I like to say - they hurt you, then they stretch you out at the end and you feel wonderful.

My favorite instructor is Becky - her Center + Balance 1 class feels wonderful, how I always thought yoga would feel, you feel “like jelly,” her class is like getting a massage. Center + Balance every two weeks keeps my lower back pain away. Also Becky’s Flow classes are amazing. She has been so encouraging to me on my journey to completing 100 classes recently.

I have Osteoarthritis and had both hips replaced in 2017 and both shoulders in 2022. I stopped running and struggled to find a good substitute. A friend talked me into trying Club Pilates. The different levels allowed me to safely increase my strength and flexibility. Pilates classes are fun and help reduce stress before and after work. The 50 minutes goes by quickly with all the variety of exercises and equipment used. It is great to be back after my shoulder surgeries and Pilates has certainly helped me get stronger faster than regular PT alone. Thanks a million Club Pilates teachers, I am grateful!

New to Cincinnati a year and a half ago, I took my first Pilates class. My body fights inflammation and achy joints. Especially knees and feet. . Pilates has helped me so much! My feet, which were very achy, are now great! My flexibility has greatly improved! I can’t recommend Pilates enough. Every teacher I see has been fantastic! They really know their trade! As a former college football player , I know the benefits of staying in shape. I also had numerous injuries.I must say that the classes we are taking gives me the same exercise I need without the pain.The instructors are excellent. They are patient and very concerned about how I do the exercises.What a wonderful find by my wife for us in the upper 60's! Every instructor has their own way of making the classes a great experience.

I enjoy going to Club Pilates 5 times per week. I leave feeling stretched out, calm and energized for my day! This is a big change for me since I have arthritis that started in my 40s. I love the instructors! I see Becky (Queen of all Pilates!), Shauna (my instructor nearly everyday who keeps it interesting!) and occasionally Sonia (I learn something from her every time). The staff is also great! Jenny the manager is so helpful and Barb always has a friendly greeting for you. Try it out! You will love it!

I have been with Club Pilates for four years now and I absolutely love it! I have become so much stronger with a much leaner body at the age of 58 which has given me so much more energy in general. The teachers have been very good! Each one has her own personal expertise of course. Some of my favorites are Katie, Danielle, Shauna, Mary Anne and Becky. A new star teacher is Sonia! I went to one of her classes on July 3rd and thought she had been teaching for years but it tuned out she was newer. Her positivity and great cueing led to a challenging workout which was appreciated! I shout her out because it shows the training of the teachers is very well done. They know anatomy and how to work with each body for safety and health. I love my Pilates!!

Pilates is my forever work out! I started taking Pilates to alleviate having a spinal fusion. That was 10 years ago and I’m happy to say that no surgery was needed. I attribute that outcome to Pilates. I love the Club Pilates experience. The teachers are awesome, each class is different, and I have made many friends within the Club Pilates family. The welcome staff at the desk is always so warm and helpful. I started taking Pilates at age 51 and I’m now 61. I honestly believe that I’m stronger than I ever have been. Shout out to all my regular instructors - Lesley, Stephanie, Maryanne, and Shauna. They all bring something different to the table which makes for so much variety. You should definitely come and take an intro class. You too will find your forever work out.

I’ve been a member since 2020 and still love it! Increased core strength, better ankle and balance mobility and just looking and feeling better are a few of the benefits. I recently had surgery and had to take a break for a few months. When I returned, the instructors really helped me modify the exercises as I ease back in. Extra shout out to Shauna, Becky, And Thea who went above and beyond! Much appreciated and good to know you can get the additional support if needed.

BUYER BEWARE! I have had an unlimited membership at Club Pilates Symmes Township for six years. Recently, they have done a membership drive and changed booking policies. Suddenly I cannot get into the classes I’d like to take. I’ve gone from doing 20+ classes a month to 10-12. The unlimited membership is really not unlimited clearly because you can’t get into classes. And the best part is, Daniel, the operating manager, doesn’t return emails. I have emailed him three times in the last two weeks with no response. He gets a zero for customer service!

Absolutely impossible to cancel membership. My friend had the same experience. I may have rejoined at some point because there are some good teachers but their customer service is awful and their desperation for money is repellant. Go read their Yelp reviews before joining. I wish I had.

I recently retired after being in an office environment for 43 years. My only commitment was to take care of myself and signing up for Club Pilates was the best thing I could have done! My whole body has changed and I’m 100% committed to pilates. What I like best is the variety of different classes and levels, the use of different equipment, the availability of classes throughout the day and the really great instructors. I highly recommend Club Pilates!

Early this spring l, feeling sluggish after 2020, I responded to the offer of a free half hour class. I’m so happy I did. The class was a basic introduction to all that Club Pilates has to offer. They have classes every day of the week. On weekdays they have classes from early morning to the evening. I signed up for the twice a week package and after only a couple of months am seeing a big change in how I feel in general AND my core is getting stronger. Both without really feeling that I’m having to exercise. Instead I feel great after each session and it is fun! The instructors are knowledgeable and can help modify every move to accommodate injury. I’m enjoying it so much that I’m considering increasing the frequency of attending class. I highly recommend Club Pilates!

Great instructors and clean space. Following COVID guidelines to the maximum, they even have curtains between the reformers and a max of 10 people are allowed inside of the studio including the instructors/employees.

My strength and flexibility have improved in a short period of time while taking 2 clases per week. I love their classes!

I would give a zero if possible. The classes were fine but they lie to you about the membership and then refuse to return calls when you try to cancel, only sending an email saying they refuse and will charge my credit card anyway. RUN as fast and far away from this place as possible!

In reply to the response - I just received a nasty email today on a late notice for not continuing to pay you. Good thing I contacted my credit card and put a merchant block on you as you really have no intention of stopping the scam. So much for your note below. Thanks for proving me point in how much you lie about this!

I started Pilates in the fall because of back pain. I DID not want to go. But now I love it! I take classes from many different instructors and they are all excellent, each one doing it a bit differently than the others so it keeps it fresh! The atmosphere there is so positive, from the time Shannon the manager greets you at the door to the instructors and the other (mostly) women taking classes. It has helped my back problems tremendously and I just feel so fit and strong. I highly recommend the Symmes Township Club Pilates...it is just wonderful!
