I needed to increase movement in my life and joining this pilates studio has been a great decision! The equipment is clean and the instructors are kind. I have been going regularly for almost a year and hope to continue going for a lot longer!

I started going with my friend three months ago. My core is stronger and it makes it easier to do weight training. It is the only exercise I have looked forward to since college (1985 grad 😜). The instructors are all wonderful❣️

Usually when I leave google reviews they are good. But I have to leave this review because I don’t want anyone else to be treated like I was at this location.

I previously had a membership at club Pilates Austin landing and I wish I would have just rejoined there. But this location was closer to my house.

I rejoined at the 8x/ month membership in my first class the coach yelled at me on the mic stating “I wasn’t listening to her.” When she stated that the springs needs to be on red and blue, NOT a red and a blue ( which is what she meant but in her instructions she said red and blue). I should have just gotten up and walked out at that point because that was incredibly rude. There are ways to
Coach and singling someone on the mic
That way in a rude and condescending manner is not the way to do that. The second class I asked to have my reformer locked out because I’m tall, but I didn’t know how to do it. A different instructor this time and just as incredibly rude. Looks me up and down and says you don’t need it locked out. I insisted so she begrudgingly showed me.

I absolutely LOVE group fitness, but this is not the place for me. I would highly discourage anyone going here if you are wanting to feel welcome, educated and empowered. These instructors don’t do that here unless you are their friends then they treat them differently.

What I am most frustrated about is when I went to cancel my membership, I asked if my credits could be transferred to a friend. No, then I was told that “I signed a 3 month commitment.” Which I remember discussing it was just a 30 day notice to cancel. They did drop me down to the 4x/ month price for the last month. But I am frustrated because I explained my awful experience to the owner and I would have expected that she would have just cut her losses and let me move on. But no I am stuck paying the last month and will not ever step foot again in that studio.

Long story short. Don’t waste your money. Don’t go here!!!! There are plenty of other gyms/ studios in the area that are way more inclusive, helpful, kind and friendly . (( & better priced!!!)

Club Pilates has changed my life! Never one to be athletic, I always shied away from exercising. I LOVE Club Pilates @ Crosspointe. Teachers/staff are kind, supportive and encouraging no matter what your fitness level. My body is transforming, I have muscles and stamina! I very much look forward to each class.
I find that having the unlimited package, gives the most flexibilty with scheduling and getting the class times that work for your calendar.
This is the best gift I have given myself.

I've always wondered what pilates was all about so I took the free introductory class. Pleasantly surprised! Looking to increase flexibility with my RA and I think this will help!

I took a trial class over the weekend and enjoyed it. I’m a powerlifting, cardio type but I’ve been looking for something that would be more parasympathetic. This exercise program is AWESOME. Just enough to be challenging but very safe and gentle on the joints. I was having some back soreness and I felt a lot better after the class. VERY relaxing. There are a lot of different classes for whatever you’re looking for but I would really recommend this for those who have injuries or need modifications. Tell the instructor when something is too hard!
