I really enjoyed the class. The instructor and the girl at the welcome desk were both very accommodating, attentive and kind. Plus it was a great workout!! Really hope to go back soon

I love this studio. Clean inclusive environment. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming. They are organized and attentive. Other memebers are friendly and courteous. The classes offered are a good mix of low intensity to high intensity. You can pick what works best for you and mix it up for yourself. The variety of instructors also helps me experience a broad range of workouts, as their choice of exercises, methods of instruction, and engagement tactics keeps the classes fresh.
Only point of critical feedback is that some of the equipment is aging and needing replaced. For the price charged at this premium style studio, I would expect premium attention to wear and tear. As an example, rips in the reformer padding are starting to merit a couple of them needing replaced.

Iβve been attending Club Pilates classes since 2020. I love them and the instructors. After all the changes in the last couple years, West Bay has a couple great teachers in Yih Yee and Andrea. Yih Yee offers a Level 2 that consistently challenges me to balance and harmonize. She is always asking us to check in with both sides of our bodies - do we feel the same? Sheβs teaching us to be balanced and strong! I try to never miss a week with her Level 2 sessions.
Andrea is more traditional with her classes with classic Pilates moves that Iβve cone to expect from CP studios. She gets us going and working hard to dig deep and be consistent in our practice.
Pilates is a core part of my anti-aging approach. Along with good nutrition, good habits and some additional strength training, I intend to stay out of a nursing home as I age! Thank you Yih Yee, Andrea and Club Pilates!

This location had a bunch of instructors leave a few months ago and it is not good anymore. Substitutes and replacement instructors do not create new classes and their classes are not challenging. Only giving this review 2 stars for Lisa and Andrea who are consistently creating great workarounds and standout from the rest. I am considering switching to a different studio to see if a few months from now things will change at this location. Right now most of their classes are a waste of time and money.

I attended my first class at this Club Pilates location today and brought my mom along because I loved the experience at another location. Unfortunately, today's experience left us both extremely disappointed.
The instructor, Yih Yee, repeatedly berated my mom in front of the entire class for looking at her while she was demonstrating exercises instead of looking at herself in the mirror. My mom, whose first language is not English, was trying to follow the instructor's physical cues to ensure she was performing the exercises correctly. Instead of offering understanding or support, the instructor was aggressive and dismissive, saying things like, "It won't help no matter how much you look at me."
What made this worse was that other students were also looking at the instructor, yet my mom was singled out and humiliated. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and made the class feel far from the supportive environment it should have been. It also raised concerns about whether this studio encourages inclusivity and diversity.
I was so excited to share something I enjoyed with my mom, but this experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I hope Club Pilates takes feedback like this seriously to ensure a more positive and inclusive environment in the future

Lisa Dranuski is simply the best instructor on the planet. Iβve been to numerous studios in multiple brands in several states. Itβs not the brand that makes the experience. Itβs the instructor. Lisa always delivers an incredible experience and simultaneously builds an unbeatable culture of fun, hard work, friendship and of course, results. She is the only instructor Iβve had, and Iβve had a ton, that provides individualized guidance, even altering the springs so that every member is challenged, does not get injured and gets superior results from their Pilates workout. Lisa also is constantly altering and evolving the workouts and never runs the same workout twice in a row. How unique! Her students would follow her anywhere to any studio in any brand.

The instructors at this location are wonderful. However, if you want to get scheduled with the classes and or times you need or prefer, you have to schedule all your classes immediately or they are all full. I would not recommend this location to someone who has a busy/ unpredictable schedule like myself as you will likely not get into the classes you prefer.

Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. I've met several new friends through the classes. I love all the instructors but if you have a dance background like me Linda is amazing. I'm disabled but every instructor has modified poses for me. I'm no longer having to use my cane because I've built up so much strength at the classes. They are changing my life and I am so blessed for it.

Unfortunately I was having continual billing issues that were blamed on the app - still not my fault. I was also not given referral fees and charged for missing classes even though I canceled in the 12 hour window. I was also charged for missing classes when my doctor said I had to sit out even though I discussed my disability with them before I signed up and they said it would be no problem and it never was until recently. It also wasn't a problem when I was going in California. Instead of a refund of money withdrawn from my account without permission, causing me an insane amount of overdraft fees, I was offered a small credit that didn't come close to what I feel I'm owed. This despite them not carrying my size even. I already bought a hoodie that they said would fit me and when it didn't was refused a refund. Unfortunately it seems to be all about the money and it's never in my favor but always in theirs and nobody apologizes they just give excuses. Because of this I've had to stop my membership and only go the 4 times a month my insurance will cover until I can buy my own reformer.
Just an FYI, maybe this is common pilates practice that I'm just not aware of, but even if you're paying for unlimited classes you still get charged for missing if you cancel less than 12 hours ahead of time. I'm totally bummed about this.

I just took my first intro class and although I really enjoyed the movements of Pilates, the instructor Feather was a little passive and did not demonstrate movements visibly. The intro class deterred me from this location.

This place is amazing!! Club Pilates offers different types of classes from Reformer, TRX, weight/cardio, and stretching. I had a knee replacement 2 years ago and Club Pilates has helped me get back to exercising and feeling great. From the front desk staff to the knowledgeable instructors, this is a very inviting place!

I joined this club, and I couldn't be happier. I wanted to strengthen my core for standup paddle boarding, but pilates has helped my posture, taken sciatic pain away and I feel strong and more confident at age 63 than I ever have. The reformer looks a little like a torture machine, but the instructors are great at keeping you safe. I find every class is a little different from the last one. I maintain a 6 day a week schedule, which is amazing for me...the non-exercising "desk jockey." Try it, you will love it!!!!!
