I stumbled upon this gym through Google, and I immediately texted Chad. He was super responsive and helped me out! I tried out a 30-minute workout class, and it was exactly what I needed! The class was super fun and welcoming. I had no idea I’d enjoy working out with boxing gloves, but the class was so enjoyable! If you’re looking for a gym that’s clean, professional, and fun, look no further. Chad is the best! I can’t wait to work with him more! 🥊🥊🥊

I dropped in for a group class. Element 5 is a great spot for both beginners and those experienced in self-defense. Chad’s boxing HIIT classes are well-paced and accessible, offering a solid workout. Highly recommended!

I've been seeing chad for a year and a half now. When I first got to him I could barely move and was an embarrassingly high weight. He has very methodically worked with me to get me to a much healthier place and am now doing a significant amount of lifting and boxing. With his combination of aerobic and lifting, I'm now down a significant amount of weight. But more importantly, I can move without pain, walk distances I never thought I could, and my heart rate is at an all-time low.
He's patient when you need him to be, and yet pushes when you need it as well.
This is not hyperbole: you really can't find a better trainer no matter what your fitness level or journey.

I had a 30 min boxing session with Chad last Friday and it was awesome! I am someone who has found himself middle-age somehow and can no longer deny it. I want to push myself as hard as my younger version did but also want to be careful not to spend a month recovering. Chad’s session was perfect for me because it’s almost like he knew what I wanted out of the session without me telling him. He pushed me just enough and was motivating without screaming like a drill sergeant. His space is clean and inviting as it is not a large gym. I was happy to get in, complete an awesome workout, and get out! I highly recommend Chad with Element 5 Fitness and Wellness!

Had an awesome training session with Chad! We did a combination of functional fitness training and boxing. I've never boxed before so this was something completely new to me and I loved it! Chad is very knowledgable and took me step-by-step through each movement, watching my form along the way. If there was a movement I was uncomfortable with, he quickly modified it to meet my needs. No matter who you are, Chad can help you at any fitness level. He made working out both fun and enjoyable. Can't wait for my next session!
