The Montgomery studio of Elemental OM is located in the heart of old Montgomery just up from The Montgomery Inn and next to CVS. We offer more gentle and new to yoga classes than any other studio system in Cincinnati. If you are New to Yoga, have tried yoga and hated it, have physical situations including aging, you have found your new yoga hOMe. Just pick any class and come 5 - 10 minutes early to settle in. You do not need to pre-register and we do have mats. Wear loose and comfy clothes. We can't wait to see you on your mat.

Elemental OM yoga studios is one of the main reasons I love living in Cincinnati! These beautiful and serene yoga studios provide places to practice all limbs of yoga, something that is not found easily around these parts of town. The caring and professional staff are attentive to the needs of their students and I feel safe practicing yoga with these teachers (who have all had the proper training to guide you through the class safely so that you leave feeling refreshed and not injured). The beautiful studios also have yogi wares for sale and on top of that the owner of the studios is a wealth of knowledge who offers classes to expand your practice off the mat as well. If you crave a practice that offers more than just building muscle mass this is the place for you. A Cincinnati gem! Namaste Elemental OM you guys rock!

My favorite yoga studio in all of Cincinnati! Pamela has a beautiful studio set up. I love the large of variety of different classes & teaching styles offered at Elemental Om. Every teacher has their own unique style of teaching so you don't get bored at the same repetitive flows like those offered at other studios.

So happy I discovered this studio! The Cleanse is amazing, the classes are top notch, and the atmosphere is superb! Now I am taking the yoga teacher training class, which has really helped me establish my own spiritual practice!!!
